If there was an option for 0 stars, I would choose it. I went in their shop on a busy day to get a bit of info about wedding flower options. They told me they were too busy and asked me to come back. Being, that I live 2 hours away, I told them I wouldn't be able to. Then the owner (I believe) proceeded to say - right in front of us - "I don't have time to talk to them!" in an incredibly rude tone. No one was interested to help us or to have our business. No one even showed the slightest bit of friendliness or concern. I understand that we came on a busy day, but we definitely were treated as though we were not a priority. Another snide comment was made by an employee as we walked out the door after feeling as though we were bothering them for even walking into their shop in the first place. I would never recommend them, just because of the way they treated us as soon as we walked in the door. First impressions are everything. They aren't the only florist in Dahlonega :)

Diane at Flowermart is amazing, simply put. I contacted her because I had some trouble getting in contact with another flower service, and Diane was incredibly fast via email when responding (literally, it took her about 10 minutes to respond the first time!) and had some fantastic ideas right away for the wedding flowers. We kept in contact almost every month and she was incredibly organized and efficient. I felt like I could trust her right away and she was always hospitable when I called! The flowers were incredible. They were there when we arrived at the venue in vases and looked absolutely stunning. My bridal bouquet was beautiful and the girls were all thrilled with their bouquets. I am so glad that I trusted this woman and Flowermart to complete our wedding flowers and I truly believe that they are a hidden gem in Dahlonega for brides. She also completed boutineers for the guys and they were easy to fix onto the tuxs' and simple yet elegant, perfect for the style of our wedding. Absolutely stunning job!

I was very unhappy with the flowers and the rudeness of the owner. I have shown a picture of what I ordered and what was received. I called and let them know I was unhappy and they claim they fulfilled the order as specified. The best they could do was go back and pick it up and review the amount of stems contained in the bouquet. I want what I ordered from the website and they said that their pictures are photo shopped from a third party. Had they put the picture of the flowers that was sent I would never have ordered them.

So not happy with Flower Mart right now, the new management is rude and uncaring. Family attempted to send flowers to my children via FTD. Flower Mart rejected the order because it was under there $50 minimum order amount. Rather than contacting the sender or the recipient to see if we would like to make a modification to the order or pick it up. When I called to ask if they had received the order, the lady's response was to say well next time tell your family to google us and we'll take the order that way. It is not worth it to us to fill that order after FTD has taken their fees out. AWESOME customer servce Flower Mart. You won't be getting my money again with or without FTD. I would like to amend that the owner called me and offered to make the order right and was going to contact her FTD rep to enquire as to how this error even occured. She was very apologetic and was very willing to assist in any way she could.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Diane did the centerpieces and bouquets for our wedding. She patiently took my vision, which I could not quite articulate (it was a "like this, but not like that, but more like this" sort of thing), and brought it to life. In fact, they looked better than my wildest dreams. They were GORGEOUS! Everyone kept commenting on how wonderful the flowers were and I could not stop staring at them all night. Those flowers stole the show! They were perfect in every way. Diane and her coworkers were also a pleasure to work with and the price was reasonable. If I got married again, I wouldn't hesitate to use the Flower Mart again!

We also had some last minute changes to our order and she was very accommodating. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend The Flower Mart to anyone in the Dahlonega area that is in need of beautiful fresh flowers for any occasion; joyous or somber. Diane and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable about fresh flowers. If you have questions, their knowledge and experience in offering recommendations, or if you know exactly what you want, will most certainly meet all of your needs. The customer service is equally as exceptional. The staff is friendly and patient to answer all of your questions. Diane, as a local and small business owner, cares about her customers and makes them a priority. I work for a highly respected and internationally known organization. We use The Flower Mart to furnish all our flowers for all of our functions, which comes out to over 10 functions a year. Diane and the staff never disappoint. The flowers are fresh and colorful which makes the people we give the flowers too feel appreciated. I also use Diane and The Flower Mart for all of my personal flower needs. Again, she never disappoints and my wife is always happy. Diane has a large selection so typically she can turn around an order rather quickly. But I would still recommend calling at least a couple days ahead just to make certain as she gets fairly busy. Dian's prices are competitive and fair. She offers the freshest and most colorful of flowers. She will take care of you. Finally, in response to the two negative reviews... I don't know the specific circumstances but I am sure there is a strange but logical explanation for that particular day. In my experience working with Diane and The Flower Mart, she has been nothing short of outstanding. She is an asset to the local community.

It was Monday, Feb 12th before Valentines Day and I had slipped up and had totally forgotten to call and order a special Floral arrangement for my Wife! YIKES! I took a chance at 5:15 and called after closing hours and the phone was answered by the owner, Diane. I did not want to just order just some generic dozen red roses. Diane listened to what I was considering then patiently guided me with her knowledge and described the arrangement that we agreed would best suit my Wife's taste. Then, despite the SHORT notice, included delivery THE NEXT DAY as well as a Box of Chocolates to go with the card for my Lovely Wife. Thank YOU Flower Mart! Why buy anywhere else? I called and spoke to Linda who was very helpful picking out some flowers for a same day delivery for me sight unseen. Being that I was not able to pick them or even see the arrangement I was a little nervous but Linda went through numerous arrangement options with me over the phone and I was very pleased with her recommendation. Will be my go to florist again in the future.

My mom and I went in on a weekday to get information about wedding flowers and the owner immediately told us we needed to have emailed her first and that she was very busy because of a funeral in town. This didn't set the tone well for us. Needless to say, we didn't choose them for our wedding flowers.
