I ordered flowers for my mother (who lives in Albany) via the website as we were leaving Tifton heading for the Atlanta airport... my mother called to say she received the flowers before we reached the airport, only a 2 1/2 hr trip! The arrangement was beautiful and the delivery was impeccable! Will definitely be ordering from The Flower Basket again!

I have used this florist as long as I have been ordering flowers for my friend that lives there (the 80's). There is just something special about an independent florist as opposed to the grocery store. I feel like they really excel at their craft and take their time and add special touches. The arrangement that was delivered 10/9/18 was absolutely the best, better than I even imagined. I said colorful with some purples and a blue vase and WOW. I encourage anyone ordering or walking in to get flowers to use this location. Thanks Thanks Thanks, you made both of our days great!

Originally, I wanted a live bouquet for my wedding. Based on the flowers I wanted, the expense didn’t marry the marriage. As this discussion with The Flower Basket was taking place, the alternate for silk flowers became part of the narrative. They ordered in flowers and let me choose which ones I thought would best fit the look I was going for. Being as my wedding fell a week after Valentine’s Day, these ladies made sure to make my bouquet a priority. I don’t know about you but when it comes to purchasing creative services, like flowers, I like to give that person the helm to create. I wish I could upload a photo. My flowers were gorgeous and not too much! Everyone, to this day, thinks they are real! On my wedding day my photographer thought they were real! Elegance all the way!

To be honest when i came in i wasnt expecting much. I knew that i wanted some nice flowers for a purposal i was doing. However the roses were too expensive so i got the red carnations which were half the price. I came to pick them up in the morning and the lady behind the desk surprised me with the roses, and she gave them to me for the same price as the carnations. You cant beat that hospitality and my girl loved them, thanks!!!

Coming from San Antonio, TX and just wanting to get a small floral arrangement for my mother to surprise her. Went here and the door is locked. When I rang the door bell someone came to the door and stated no one is allowed in. When I looked past her the shop was full of arrangements, however no one is allowed inside. So we will take our business and money elsewhere. Thanks for nothing and do NOT recommend going here at all. So much for southern hospitality.

I didn't get the name of the woman that I spoke with over the phone...but, she was EXTREMELY RUDE and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. If there was a way to give zero stars, I would have done it. To the Owner of this shop, you truly need to give your staff a refresher course in MANNERS and RESPECT. Especially towards a CUSTOMERS who are giving you their business that is allowing your doors to remain open.
