I placed an order for a peace lily for a dear friend of mine who recently lost her father. The delivery was a day late and I was refunded the delivery fee, that was absolutely okay. I just wanted to thank you. The red cardinal was a perfect touch. I had no idea that was going to be inside the peace lily. What a beautiful job you did! I’ve lived in the area for almost 30 years. THANK YOU! I had cause to use this florist twice in the last year. The first had our Grandfather in the hospital, and we asked OCF to build a bouquet that would be ‘Happy’. Simply, put a smile on Pop’s face. OCF delivered and then some, Pop smiled for days and was the envy of the floor. A year later, OCF helped us say goodbye. Again the flowers were beautiful, showing great care and love. This is an excellent florist who clearly cares about their work.

I called trying to get price quotes for a few different arrangements. A lady told me I could only order what was online, so I asked for manager and she got me in contact with the owner. I emailed the owner pictures of my wanted arrangements and she sent me back prices higher than offered online ftd website. They did not want my business from the beginning phone call I made but I still tried. So I took me 744$ order elsewhere who were kind and helpful. I’ll never ever order from Denise the owner of this company. Absolutely not. Beware! I’m response to your response. That is a lie. I personally spoke to the owner, she quoted me prices 25-45$ higher for each piece than what’s listed on everywebsite for ftd. There was no low cost request or anything you are full of it. But I can understand some people have problems with constructive criticism, your company missed out on profits not me so it’s no worry of mine. But if a company owner cannot look in the mirror you will never grow as a person or company. So your response was childish and you did not own that you upped the price higher than what it would have been if I used a website and ordered the same flowers from you! You would have delivered the same arrangements. So you all have some figuring out to do you cannot take away the facts if you’d like I can send you screen shots and emails of me talking to the owner. Would be my pleasure to post on google for everyone to see. No worries just let me know if you’d like me to share. So whatever you think you’ve confirmed you are mistaken. Have a blessed day.

Flowers were delivered yesterday and fully opened—which means they’ll last maybe one more day. I was very disappointed and maybe b/c this was a teleflora order, OC Florist doesn’t care—I received the leftovers. The problem is, I have homes in OC and Millville DE and would have probably chosen to directly use their service in the future if this order was nicely done, but not now. ☹️

So disappointed with the flowers that were delivered this past week. I have had flowers delivered before but I don’t know what is happening there. I called after the first delivery you would have thought that when they saw another delivery for this address they would have made up for the ugliest arrangement and the dead sunflower that I received. But no instead I received a bouquet of dead flowers!!! Reason I’m giving them two stars is because of the flowers I’ve gotten before other then that there would be no stars!!

Ordered mothers day flowers for Saturday delivery in Fenwick. They were delivered nearly 9 p.m. photo I received from mother was not what I ordered. Arrangement very sparse on flowers when I ordered the mid sized arrangement. On day 2 several flowers already limp and dying. Will contact florist about a redo or refund. Very disappointed for amount I paid.
