While I don't purchase flowers, arrangements, vases, or decorations often this is one of those first stop local places I'd choose in Bay City. My first time in the store was to purchase a corsage for a homecoming dance in high school. Friendly staff are critical too in helping design arrangements, or match corsages to formal wear.

I ordered a bouquet on Keits website and had it sent to my Mom after her breast cancer surgery. The arraignment was absolutely perfect, it was exactly what I ordered, exceptionally beautiful, big full bouquet, and it was put together very very well. The flowers used are obviously really fresh as my Mom keeps mentioning how good the white roses smell, and that you can smell them through her house. Lol. My Mom is so extremely happy with her flowers. Thank you. Thank you so much for putting her bouquet together with compassion. Thank you for taking the time to make someone's day better instead of just "doing your job". Caring is what matters, and y'all sure did. You made a lifetime customer with me.

Most people by human nature do not write a review unless it's bad. Well, today I want to change that. The existing review that's dated 3 years ago is old and out of date. Friday I ordered an arrangement for my sister's 70th BD. I ordered online from Florida for delivery yesterday. Today I confirmed that she had received the arrangement yesterday and was very pleased. The ladies of Keits Flower Shop are friendly and ever so helpful. Work needed an arrangement for a co-worker who had a family member pass away. They helped me pick out a plaque, created and delivered the arrangement same day as well as taking the time to send a pic of the final product so that everyone who contributed could see it. Recently ordered a sympathy basket of outdoor plants for a colleague over the phone. My apologies as I don't remember her name but she was so courteous and helpful!!! She took my vague ideas and instructions and a beautiful arrangement of perennials was delivered to my colleague's family the same day. Highly recommend this place.

I had ordered flowers for all the men and our parents for our wedding this past weekend. The staff were great while placing my order but we were all disappointed with the flowers. The guys boutineers didnt even last 2 hours. The flowers looked all wilted and the pins they gave us to use to hold them to their shirts did not work at all. They were constantly falling off. The corsages did not last long either, they were falling completely apart by the middle of the night. Highly disappointed that we spent so much money on flowers just for them to to not be usable for even one night.

They then made sure that we liked them throughout the process of putting them together. Overall it was good experience. Price was moderate.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I walked in having no idea what I wanted or was going to choose. I gave them a few ideas of what my brother in law liked. They gave me time to look around while I sent my husband pictures. I told them my price range, and my arrangement was absolutely beautiful!

We live downtown and have shopped there several times, however walking by this morning they had a poster in the door for Bay County Right to life and a movie they’re hosting to try to convince people they care about life. Since this florist doesn’t value women and their humanity I will never give them another dime of my money! So disappointed in this company!

My husband surprised me with flowers, which he enjoys doing very much. With us living closer to Pinconning he has been ordering flowers from a shop out here. Well yesterday he just so happened to call the wrong number and he got Keits. I'm BEYOND happy he did. Not only are the flowers BEAUTIFUL, probably the most beautiful flowers I have ever gotten but my whole kitchen smells AMAZING! This bouquet is so bright in color but yet so classic. I'm in love. They will definitely will be having our business from now on. OHHH and on a plus, they delivered out here!!! 10/10 recommend!
