We walked into Jade's two weeks before our wedding to place an order... Needless to say, we were a bit last minute in that department, but without hesitation, the ladies were up for the challenge. That same day, I sent Erin and Hannah a PDF with inspirations and they worked super quickly at getting me a preliminary quote and adjusting accordingly to my budget. This was super appreciated! They were great at answering e-mail quickly and communicating super clearly! Not only did they put everything together, on time, but they created absolutely stunning arrangements for our garlands, my bridal bouquet, and my hairpiece. The number of comments I got about our flowers was unthinkable. I cannot express how grateful I am for their fabulous work!

While I have not visited in-person (I live in Durham Region), I ordered flowers online for my sister-in-law and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The website is easy to use, and beautiful to scroll through the different option. The prices were reasonable, and their service is amazing. I placed an order and they called shortly after to ensure I hadn't wanted the flowers delivered for Mother's Day as their had been previously an issue with booking delivery time. I really appreciated this follow up, even though I did not need them delivered for Mother's Day. And then today, when they were being delivered, when they weren't able to confirm with my sister-in-law she was home they called me to provide an update and see what I would prefer to do. So many other florists would have just left them there, or marked it as incomplete - I sincerely appreciated them reaching out to ensure the delivery was made, and that I knew it was being made with the utmost care, given that the recipient wasn't home at the time. I will absolutely be ordering from Jade Garden again in the future, and hope to someday visit in-person to see their beautiful creations!
