I’ve had the pleasure of giving and receiving arrangements from Fresh By Leanne for several years; but my review is to highlight they’re customer service. Without skipping a beat, these girls go above and beyond. Vowing never to put a florist on the spot, I did today. In a moment of extreme panic, these girls whipped up a stunning arrangement and made a special trip to town to deliver before the funeral service in a matter of minutes. In a situation where they could have rightfully said no, they made it possible. I’m eternally grateful for their quick action, and if I must add, they were stunning, as usual. Thank you, girls!

This is to let you know how disappointed my husband and I were when we walked into Carson’s Funeral home for his sisters funeral. I had personally phoned and spoke to a lady on the phone to order the Open Heart deluxe arrangement, which we paid $250. The flower arrangement that was delivered was disgusting and half dead. We were ashamed to let our niece know that they were from us. Although no one knew who had sent the flowers as there was no card as stated when ordered. I was assured that a call would be made to Carson’s to find out all the details and a card “In Loving Memory” would be added with the six names that I asked to be put on it. This was never done. I ordered these flowers from Fresh by Leanne being a local vendor and like to buy from small community vendors. We feel we should be compensated in some way for the terrible service that we received on this sad day.

I ordered flowers from Fresh by Leanne for my mother's 80th birthday party last weekend - 8 table arrangements and a bouquet for the guest book table. The flowers were fresh and beautiful - 2 large hydrangeas, cedar and hypericum berries in a cute mason jar. Everyone loved them and said how pretty they were. I was able to give the table arrangements to my aunt and cousins to take home and they loved them. The delivery to the venue was right on time, and I am very pleased with the service I received.

Terrible service!!!! I ordered a purple and white flower arrangement and got only 2 purple flowers in the whole arrangement. It looked like a white bouquet. Boring. I called them and expressed my disappointment in their service and I was supposed to hear back from the owner. I never heard back from anyone. Clearly they could care less about their customers. Plus I gave specific instructions to just leave the flowers on the porch, as no one would be home. I said this twice and they seemed fine with it. They ended up calling the recipient of the flowers to tell them they were coming. So much for the element of surprise in receiving flowers. All I can say is, good luck if you order from here. Actually, I have to laugh at all the 5 star reviews. Really??? Oh yah...and beware of their $18 delivery fee to travel 12mins. I was aware of it but when you are not happy with the service, it makes it unacceptable.

Making a mother smile with Fresh by Leanne Wonderful experience, bouquets and service. Lucky I found them and would strongly recommend them. My mother lives in Midland but I'm out of town. I would usually bring her flowers myself but with the pandemic, I found Fresh by Leanne and had the flowers delivered to my mom. The flowers were fresh, a great variety of flowers was available and the bouquets were just as great if not better, than the pictures. My mother was really impressed and happy. Great, courteous and on time delivery service. I couldn't have find better place to get flowers from.

Submitted an online inquiry for wedding flowers in November and when I didn't hear anything for weeks, I followed up with two phone calls. I was told that they were "too busy" to discuss but that I would get a consultation call closer to the wedding. Here we are, 7 months later and 2 weeks away from my wedding, and still not a word from Leanne or her team. It's a good thing I made other arrangements!! Most people would say that Fresh by Leanne is the most popular florist in the area, but I am extremely disappointed with their service, or complete lack thereof.

Pretty disappointed. I ordered flowers from their website. They called the next day looking for more money for a delivery charge. This should have been built into their billing system when I ordered and already paid for them. Then the flowers weren't even delivered to the person I bought them for. Rather than commit to a delivery time with the party, they were left at some random neighbours house that they don't know. The flowers were finally tracked down and the neighbor did drop them off.

Fresh Flowers by Leanne is a great local floral shop! Leanne was super helpful in designing my bridal bouquet, a bouquet for my bridesmaid, boutonnières for my groom and his best man as well as floral centrepieces and wheat bundles for our reception dinner. They all looked absolutely gorgeous! Leanne was also very kind when an additional floral bouquet was accidentally given to my friend who picked up all my flowers. By the time we noticed the mistake, we didn’t have any time on our wedding day to return the bouquet. We advised Leanne and she graciously said to keep it and not to worry. Overall, our experience was very positive and we highly recommend Leanne and her shop for your floral needs!

Incredibly disappointed by their service. Ordered flowers for Mother's day in May 2019 days in advance and I was assured of Sunday delivery. Two days later on Tuesday morning they finally call me to tell me they haven't been able to deliver thus far, and the fact that they close at noon on Mother's Day Sunday really hampered their ability to deliver that day. They never told me this when I ordered! I'm guessing that's one of the busier days of the year in the flower business. When I ordered the flowers I told them it was really critical they delivered on Mother's Day Sunday and when they were taking my money I was assured I didn't need to worry about it. I recognize it's possible they couldn't reach my mother by phone, but they had my number and never bothered to call until two days after the delivery was supposed to happen. What a let down! :(

This place is just plain horrible. My wife received flowers from them a while back and half of them were starting to turn brown the day she received them. We complained but nothing was done about it. Very poor service. I will never recommend this shop. Support small businesses but not this one.
