Ordered last minute the night before I needed them delivered at 8pm. Website was easy to use and the flowers and teddy bear were delivered the next day with no issues. I even got an email notification when they were delivered so I wasn’t wondering all day! Prices are much better than the competition! Would highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the exceptional customer service I received from Forget Me Not Florists. I ordered flowers for my mom’s/grandma’s birthday. Ordering was easy and straight forward. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, with very fresh and colourful flowers. Delivery was quick and the delivery man was very pleasant with my mom and wished her a happy birthday. I’ve both purchased and been the happy recipient of beautiful bouquets from these folks for several years. Today was a special day but I missed the early delivery so phoned the shop and within 10 minutes the gentleman was at my door again with a gorgeous bouquet. Nothing is too much trouble for these folks. They are always super friendly and helpful and always have freshest flowers. The gentleman who does most of the deliveries goes out of his way to make sure you receive your delivery on time every time and always with a smile. I love Forget-me-Not Florist and won’t deal with anyone else.

After having a very negative experience with another florist in town, I used Forget Me Not to deliver a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day. As I'm out of town, I did not personally get to see the arrange but my mom sent a picture and note that they were very beautiful and one of the best arrangements that she has seen. Very nice on the phone. Ordered flowers gave an amount of $60 including delivery. My sister received a bouquet of flowers NO VASE and it looked thrown together. My other sister actually thought it was the $10 bouquet from the grocery store. Very disappointed!
