The shop is beautiful, customer service is top notch and the flowers are amazing...the designers really have a unique eye and create some really amazing arrangements..they also have some local wares to add to your purchase, chocolates,candles,cards and even some beautiful handmade soap...I will be back again!

I forgot my girlfriend of 7 years her birthday! Needless to say I was in a lot of trouble I'm actually still in trouble lol. But the awesome girls at Everbloom designs were very helpful in arranging a bouquet of flowers for this crazy occasion of mine! I wish I could post a picture of the arrangement it is absolutely beautiful. I was on a budget. And they worked with me with that and I'm very impressed I will definitely be back.

Highly recommend. I had to order so close to my wedding date as Covid kept changing things on us. I was unsure if anyone would be able to get it done in such short notice, and they replied SUPER quick and got it done for my big day! Covid also changed it, even more last minute, that my parents could no longer come because they were not in our health region with the new lock down restrictions, so my bridesmaid came instead. And Everbloom was ok having me add an extra arrangement for her and even gave it to me for free because they felt bad my parents couldnt be there for the big day. So helpful, so quick and my flowers were BEAUTIFUL!! Again.. HIGHLY recommend

Unfortunately I was greatly dissatisfied with Everbloom Designs in Abbotsford, not only with the product I received but more so with the horrible customer service I received and lack of communication and action by the owner / manager. I am a huge supporter of local business, as my family has been in the area for 3 generations now. Therefore we were excited to see this small shop open up. We have used their services three times. My first bouquet on Valentines day was lovely and lasted forever so my husband received huge brownie points, so of course he used their services again. Not anything like the 1st time. Poor quality and zero customer service. My husband figured it was just a bad day so tried them for a 3rd time for our 10th Wedding Anniversary and our experience was even worse than the 2nd order. What should have been a memorable bouquet was dead in less than 2 days. I tried dealing with them directly. Initially I myself spoke to someone but all I got was excuses and no follow-thru, no replacement or credit. Got no response for any follow-up calls. I tried messaging them on Facebook, ignored. Posted a review on their Facebook Page, deleted Commented on pictures, deleted and blocked I see they have many reviews, all 5* ratings but based on my experience I can only assume the owner has her friends posting fake reviews because based on our experiences, there is no way that they would only have 5* on each and every review. Will not be using them a fourth time.

I had the pleasure of dealing with these ladies during such an uncertin time. My cousins birthday that we always spend together was of course not going to happen this year and Im 4 hours up north. I was so greatful that I found a wonderful florist that could capture our happiness that we always share when we are together, and with less then 12 hours later my bestfriend lost someone that was a huge blow to her and the isolation were all going thru did not help.thank god these wonderful ladies were still on my speed dial and I was able to order a heartfelt bouquet for my bestie who also lives in Abbotsford.So greatful that I can provide a smile and a hug for my family and friends thru times like this with a awesome team at Everbloom Design. thank you so much and stay safe.

The best florist around. Flowers are always very high quality and fresh, and they even go as far as to give flowers that aren't quite open yet so you actually get to enjoy the bloom. Dissapointing My friend’s mom passed away and I wanted to send her a professionally arranged smaller sized beautiful bouquet of cheery bright flowers. Requested gerbera but they did not have any.! When they were delivered to my friend she sent me a photo to thank me. My heart sunk. I was so disappointed and embarrassed in what I saw. It was nothing like I expected especially for what I paid for it ($73). I feel like I could have done this myself at home! If you want to get flowers delivered that look like they are from a professional florist, please go somewhere else. Sorry, I don’t recommend Everbloom Designs.
