The seasonal flowers are absolutely beautiful and top quality.The arrangements are true to what you see displayed in the pictures. The pricing is very reasonable and delivery is on time. Great customer service and the friendly staff. I love this place and highly recommend it for all occasions.

I called City Florist to see if they could help us out and was very pleased with the lady I spoke with on the phone. She was friendly and professional, a rare combination. I ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered May 6th and they weren't delivered. I had trouble getting in touch with the company at first, and found out that the order was never printed or processed. They are taking care of the order now and are adding some extra flowers to make up for the delay.

Ordered flowers and the arrangement is not full and their are gaps. This appears to be amateur work. The color of this particular set was supposed to be purple and we got pink. This was all for an outrageous price too! I am sorely disappointed and will not return. I had to fix this arrangement to look better.

This is hands down the best florist in town. I have seen work from other shops and nothing compares to the talent that comes from this place. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff and have been in business for many years. They also carry home decor, clothing, accessories and gourmet food items that really set them apart from the other shops. This is my go to for anything floral, gift and home!

I was unable to pick up the lily I had ordered for my parents' grave on Good Friday afternoon. I had ordered this by phone the week before. I asked my daughter to pick my order up for me. When I had ordered by phone before this, it had been charged to my credit card on file. When my daughter asked for my plant, she was told she needed to pay for it. She told the girl at the desk that it had been paid for. The girl said no it had not and was very rude to my daughter. My daughter called me and I spoke to the rude person( she was rude to me too ) and told her to put it on my card. Eventually my daughter got my plant. I grew up working in a flower shop and was never allowed to treat a customer as my daughter and I were treated. I will not purchase flowers from City Florist again! There is no reason for this disrespect except thinking that I have no other options. I will find another option!

They know how to make many miles apart, even for just a few moments, seem not so far with the smiles they create when they deliver a beautiful arrangement. Always ready to help. OK, so I keep trying, but this was the last try. There's absolutely no reason for half dead flowers coming from a Florist. You're better off going to Wal-Mart for flowers. I am attaching pictures, taken when delivered, to prove my point. Really, you could at least TRY and make it look good. Sad part is, this is NOT the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time, I keep thinking it will get better. You've lost my business. The 1 Star is for the delivery.

I always go to City Florist to get my son’s arrangements for his grave. I tell them the colors I want in the arrangement and then tell them to surprise me! I’m amazed every time at how beautiful the flowers are!

Back in 2013 City Florist did the flowers for our wedding and they were beautiful!!! It has been 7 years, and we still have people make comments to us about how pretty the flowers were at our wedding and reception! They have served our community for a long time, have always made high quality arrangements, great customer service, delivered on time, and at a fair price!!!

My family has purchased flowers from this family owned florist as long as I can remember & that’s as far back as the 60’s! I’ve purchased flowers from City Florist, known as the “New City Florist” now days & they have always been very beautiful, fresh, & arranged wonderfully! Best florist around! I special ordered an arrangement for my girlfriend that included her favorite flowers (peonies). They were not in season in the states and City Florist was able to source them and get them shipped in. I'll gladly make the 1 hour drive into town to come here to get all my bouquets, best customer service I've ever had! You can't go wrong with City Florist.

Boo to City Florist. Today I went to City Florist to order a casket spray. I was handed a book and told to look through it for ideas and that would be followed by a price list. The girl who gave me the book took a personal call and I got to listen to her talk for about 10 minutes about cake on the face and what plans the caller wanted to make for the night. People like me who come in to order a casket spray do not expect that kind of service. I left City Florist and drove around until I found Queen's Florist. The owner served me with the same offer of a book, showed me several sprays and listened to what I wanted. She offered the adjust the spray I picked by substituting some less expensive filler flowers that would reduce the cost by 50%. Want great service and an attentive employe? Visit Queen's Florist in North Wilkesboro instead of City Florist. As a person from out of town, this is what I would recommend.

I would give it a -5 stars but I can't. My wife was treated rudely. Was Told to be there at a certain time and the arrangement was not ready. Told it would be ready in 20mins.people showing up and there arrangements not ready.
