I ordered for Valentine's day fro my wife evening glamour and i paid 171 CAD for it, without taxes. All she got was a do it your self kit. Some flours spread in a package with some vase or something. I will never ever buy from them and I advise everyone not to buy from them anymore. I am coming back on my review to say tat I appreciate the refund of my money and advise you not to use the shop which delivered the flowers last time as they did a very poor job and all they did is cast a shadow on the way you do business. This is making me rethink my position and I will be using your services again in the future. So after all Thank You!

Placed an order 3 days early for my anniversary so they couldn’t screw up 5pm of anniversary no show and no call Called to find out what’s happening and the answer was the florist didn’t pick up the dispatch Why no phone call to to give me a heads up ? Answer: oh I don’t know phone next day again spoke to a supervisor to find out what’s going on? She said I’ll call you back shortly Never called back Don’t ever use this company, they simply don’t care !!!!

Purchased a bouquet delivered to the house for my anniversary. Flowers arrived wilted and brown. After complaining they offered to refund me 35% of the order amount. So much for their freshness guarantee. Do yourself a favor and just drive down to the local florist instead of ordering from these people. Oh, and they were completely dead less than two days later, had to throw them out.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers online for my girlfriend. The flowers in the picture looked great so I thought Id try out the service even though the cost was pretty high. The flowers that my girlfriend received looked nothing at all the like the picture online even though right under the image it says that you will receive exactly what you see in the photo. Overall, it was a very embarrassing experience ordering from here I do not recommend this scam.

I ordered a premium arrangement and they didn't look fresh from the first sight. The tulip petals were hanging down and the roses had dark spots on the top of the petals when the delivery guy took them out of the truck. I could see my mom was trying to make me happy by saying she liked them but I'm very disappointed. I was expecting them to be fresh, especially after paying over $100.

I ordered flowers for my cousin’s engagement. They were delivered on time and the bouquet was beautiful. I selected the mid-size and was not disappointed. Some places tend to look nice online but the actual arrangements appear smaller or are not true to the photo. In my experience this company is not one of those. It was a beautiful arrangement and looked true to the photo. Very good experience and would recommend.

I paid the highest amount for the premium flowers for my mom. She sent me a photo and I was not impressed with the size/amount she received. Unfortunately, I know it's local florists who get the orders from Canada Flowers so it's not directly Canada Flowers fault. I still won't be ordering from them again.

Order was delivered late and I was only notified late in the day of the delivery that the affiliate had no stock left of what I paid for. Was told in a few days the order would go out. A few days????? Anyway CF sent a different flower arrangement to my mother and it was not at all what I ordered. I feel that the florist just filled a vase with whatever they never sold on Mothers day and used it to fill my order. I was not given the chance to adjust my order just accept that they sent out equal value for what I paid - I doubt that however. Anyway not impressed with how this turned out and I will look at other options in the future

I use Canada Flowers exclusively as they send beautiful, fresh flowers that are worth the cost. They also often have coupons available that help with the taxes or delivery charges. Highly recommend!

The one star is because Canada Flowers did delivery on time for the funeral and when I phoned them to make sure the flowers would arrive in time they then phoned the Florist in Winnipeg to make sure. My cousins sent me pictures of the 2 arrangements and I was very disappointed in the skimpy amount of flowers. I had ordered Purest Love (the most expensive) and Harmony (the most expensive). These do not contain the amount of flowers that are on your website and the arrangement of the flowers is not professional. I won't use your services again.

My sister came home to find a very beautiful surprise awaiting her outside her condo door. She was extremely delighted with the beautiful bouquet I had sent her!!! However, I had specifically asked that the truck driver deliver the bouquet to Liz in person. Anyone could have walked away with the bouquet I had ordered for her.

The arrangement wasn't as nice as picture. I was not pleased. Certain flowers were promised and didn't get them. Not well put together like picture. Totally different theme and colour. Don't think I would trust them again. Too bad. Customer service was great though. This was for my sister's 60th too. I wanted a more trendy arrangement and received a traditional style.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this company. I ordered flowers on Friday to have them delivered on Saturday. I received email after email saying that the shop was out of the flowers that I ordered and that they couldn’t be delivered or even replaced for equally priced flowers. FINALLY they were delivered today(Wednesday). I gave them 2 stars because they gave my a complimentary floral upgrade due to everything that happened. I won’t be ordering from Canada Flowers again, I was very disappointed in their customer service.

I was nervous to use this company because I read a lot of bad reviews but my experience was very positive. After I placed the order I called and asked them to set up a delivery notification so I could know that the flowers made it to the funeral home. They set this up for me and delivered the flowers the same day I placed the order. They did substitute some flower types but they still looked beautiful so I didn't mind.

I sent my mother some sympathy flowers for the loss of her mother. A loss she had to go through... in a facetime call due to covid restrictions. They didnt arrive on the date they were supposed to due to weather. Understandable. What I still cant grasp is how these people can ask 150$ for a premium arrangement, that isnt worth 20$ & when you complain about it they say they're 'investigating the situation' and ignore you in hopes that you'll forget. I'll attach a pic of what I ordered and one of what was received. Take the extra 10 mins and go to a local flower shop OR EVEN THE GROCERY STORE. Avoid this company. Very disappointed in the quality received!!! Save your $$ The ordering process was easy, and the delivery went relatively smooth but the quality was extremely lacking I ordered the Teleflora Get Well Flowers (Premium) as I wanted something big bright and beautiful for my girlfriend. When I discovered what they looked like (which was the same day) I contacted Canada Flowers right away by phone to let them know my disappointment and also emailed them pictures of what was delivered as it did not look like the picture that I ordered and that it was not worth the $124.00 that it cost me. I was told that someone will get back to me within 48hrs...which nobody did. A week later I emailed them again and told it was being reviewed. I asked when I should expect someone to reach out to me as it has already been a week. Again I was told typically 48hrs, but it depends on the investigation. Well today marks two weeks exactly to the day I placed my order and I received an email advising me that the flowers I ordered was what was received and they are sorry but generously offered me a 10% discount on my next order! I have used Canada Flowers a handful of times and I can guarantee that I will NEVER order from them again. Makes me wonder what my other orders looked like So much for their 48hr guarantee!!!! This is in their ad: This festive basket also comes arranged with playful party favours and a birthday balloon. Please note that balloon and favours may vary regionally across Canada. There was no balloon, or playful party favours. The flowers were a hit with my sister, but I am not happy with the fact that items were left out. Delivery was excellent. And my interaction with the member of your staff i ordered thru was very polite and informative.

Their customer is polite and responsive, the only reason I'm giving this more than a star. However, the service was below satisfactory. I ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day (well in advance). One never arrived at all, despite me following up twice during the delivery time frame and being assured it was coming. The other, had arrived in a timely fashion but I paid for an upgrade, and it certainly didn't resemble that. All I got in response is that it was "the correct size and value", but a visual comparison clearly indicates otherwise! Their resolution: a promised refund for the order that didn't arrive and 15% for the next order for the order I didn't think matched the upgrade. It's frustrating to be told that it's the "correct size and value", when it's clearly not. I just wanted a refund for the upgrade value, I thought it was a fair ask. Will I order from them again? Definitely not! My first and last time, and it was disappointing.

Reliable delivery around Toronto even on the rainiest day! A knock on the door and I was surprised to open to two incredible bouquets delivered contactless! Beautiful arrangements, thank you! They certainly made my day! I would have given it 4.5*, as it could have used a bit more attention to details (some petals falling the moment I unpacked them, the sender’s note printed very small at the top of an otherwise empty page, etc, but overall they are a joy to look at!

My parents were impressed with how fresh the flowers look (I was quite pleased with how similar they were to the reference picture on the website). It's well worth paying a little more for quality. My order was to be delivered 2 days ago, my friend has still not received her sympathy arrangement , now 2 days later. I have called a few times to speak to someone, finally this morning I was advised they were going to be delivered today. So far they haven't. The work day for the flower shop is almost over here is hoping they are delivered. Very frustrating. I thought this was the best route. It would have been easier to call somewhere and they would have been delivered the the same day.

New Review: October 2021. I have used Canada Flowers a number of times. I ordered flowers and an indoor plant for the occasion of my daughter's first apartment. The flowers and plant look great, and as you can see in the picture they really warm and brighten the room. Terrible DO NOT USE. I ordered two vases of individual daffodils to give to the admin. staff for Administrative Professionals' Day and they arrived limp and lifeless. I had to go and buy more flowers last minute from another place because I was too embarrassed to use the Daffodils. I emailed them 1/2 hr after I received the flowers with picture and they refused to give me my money back because I had "tampered" with them, as in I moved them from one main vase to individual vases to see what they looked like.

Deliver was good. Unfortunately some of the flowers were old - the recipient advised that a lot of the petals of some of the flowers fell off as she unwrapped the bouquet. When I notified Canada Flowers of my disappointment, I explained that due to person being out of town from us & over 80 we were unable to get pictures, the response I got was they would need pictures to settle the claim. Very displeased the customer service person didn’t read my email with the intent to understand.

I included specific instructions on where to leave the delivery. My mother received a call saying it would be delivered after 4 PM. She checked, no delivery. She didn't receive her flowers on her birthday. Although the bouquet was delivered (I had to phone this morning to confirm that it was indeed delivered), it was left in an unclear spot and therefore left overnight outside with frost. And no flowers for my mom's birthday. Disappointing experience. Oh well. Will not use again in the future.

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. I ordered a bouquet through Canada flowers and I was told due to covid there may be changes. I was also told and asked that I ba called with changes because if it was not up to the standard I would like I would like to cancel. No one called. I was due to pick it up the day before Valentine’s Day, no one called. I called Canada flowers and they said the flower company was supposed to call me to pick it up. I called the florist whom I had to reach out to MYSELF and they said Canada flowers was supposed to call me..THE BLAME GAME no one owned it. It was my mother’s birthday/ Valentine’s Day dinner and no flowers. When I went to pick up the next day the bouquet looked NOTHING like what I expected and since I didn’t receive a call so I was expecting a spectacular bouquet. There were no roses and the guy said “oh! And went to put some roses in. The roses were small and closed and he said they’re new and would open, they did not. I called and emailed back and forth and they felt all my troubles were worth a 15% refund and a 15% discount on a future order. I just spoke to a manager named MICHELLE and not only was she rude and interrupting me constantly she told me that if I had gotten the bouquet as ordered she thinks I would still be calling for my money back. I explained I’m a single mother with no job due to covid and I reserved the right to cancel had I been given the chance and she basically said “well this case has been closed and we feel that we’ve done everything we can” no remorse. No responsibility was taken she was just rude and speaking while I was speaking. If you can help it DONT ORDER THROUGH CANADA FLOWERS. They have gotten multiple complaints about this particular florist and yet they feel that keeping majority of your money and not offering fair compensation for flowers you could buy at a supermarket is quality service... WORST SERVICE EVER. The first picture is what I was expecting and did not receive any communication I would not receive and the following is what I got. -3 stars if I could

Their Yelp reviews reads like a crime spree of not delivering orders to delivering the wrong orders. The same experiences over and over and over again and taking no responsibiliy for ripping off their customers. What a complete fraud of a company. I ordered the premium Fresh New Day flowers as seen in the photo below with the white background. The other photo is what was received. As the flowers received were at best 30% of the size of what was displayed for sale. Even the standard lowest price version they are selling is bigger than what was received. So, they told me they investigated and that I received the 6 roses and that it was correct. First, there is no detail on the website about how many roses you receive. But in the photo it shows 6 roses just from one side. So it's safe to assume there are another 6 or more on the reverse side. The number of roses aren't the only issue, I wouldn't have even noticed that if the arrangement was similar in size. I inquired again and they said sometimes there are substitutions. OK, sure. But that still doesn't explain the size. They offered 10% off. Call your credit card company and ask them to issue a charge back. This is consumer fraud.

My order was processed and delivered on time, as usual. I had a chance to look at the arrangement at the occasion it was delivered for and they were really beautiful. I noticed they had substituted some flowers as the description had advised, but they certainly went above and beyond in putting it all together. Sorry, no picture, you will have to trust a returning customer who has been extremely happy with past services and arrangements. I recommend this service to all, as I have never been disappointed.

You have amazing customer service! I was able to adjust the information for my order easily, and get a more specific delivery time window when I requested one. The flowers were beautiful and surprised my wife, as per the plan, right in front of my in-laws (not part of the plan but definite bonus!) Nearly a week later the flowers are still looking amazing, showing how fresh they were. I would recommend Canada Flowers to anyone; it's worth the money :)

I chose this arrangement for my friend's birthday, which was supposed to have purple irises but were replaced with statice; notwithstanding, she was very pleased and sent me a photo. I agree the flowers were beautiful. I love the fact that the delivery man thought better of leaving the flowers at the door and left a voicemail instead and were delivered when my friend was home. I wanted to send flowers to my friend for his wife's funeral last Friday. I ordered the flowers on Tuesday with a notation to deliver them on Friday morning. They were delivered on Tuesday, 3 days before the funeral! I was extremely embarrassed, plus the flowers were not looking their best by Friday afternoon. When I called Canada Flowers they apologized for the error and offered to send more flowers on Friday or give me a partial credit on my order - the person I spoke to suggested the cost of delivery. I said I would accept the credit and leave it up to them as to what they considered was fair. When I got my credit card bill I saw that they did gave me a credit but it was for just slightly more than half the delivery cost. Sorry Canada Flowers, but that is the second time you messed up a flower order and it is just not good enough.

If you like flowers delivered at 7pm on someone’s birthday use this service. Birthdays are to enjoy throughout the day yet my delivery happened at 7:00pm causing my mom to believe I forgot her birthday. I trusted and ordered days in advance. I could’ve driven flowers to her if I wanted them to arrive at 7:00pm at night. Arrangement was supposed to be an upgrade, I would hate to see the basic arrangement. Worst $85 spent on flowers yet.

Very disappointed with the gift basket I ordered. The description of what was included in the Gourmet Picnic Basket was "Fresh fruits, cheeses, nuts, sausage, olives and crackers arrive in a bow-tied wicker basket." What was received was nearly all fruit - not at all worth the $143 (which came to $176 TOTAL with delivery fee and taxes). Not at all what I hoped my grieving family would receive. The photo on the website is not representative of what my family actually received.

My friend e-mailed me to say that her flowers were delivered the next day and that they are absolutely beautiful. Decided to order a ‘budget’ “arrangement”. I highly recommend you avoid these. What I received looked like a 3 year old threw together. There was no ‘arrangement’. Just 6 carnations and a bunch of leaves in a cheap vase. No ribbon. No bow. No babys breath or fern. Just a blah, boring and unattractive purchase. This was the least expensive “arrangement”. If this is what I get for $56, I can only imagine what I’d get for a higher price. As a resolution, Canada Flowers offered me 15% off my next order and told me what I received was what I ordered. It looks nothing like the photo on their website. There won’t be a next order. I highly recommend you order elsewhere where your money will go ALOT further and looks like a professional prepared it.

Zero stars actually ..... PLEASE REMOVE SUNFLOWERS AS THEY ARE NOT IN SEASON. I placed an order today, it was confirmed and then AFTER it was out for delivery I received an email that sunflowers were not available. These were for a special occasion during a difficult time and I tailored the card to the meaning of the flowers. When I emailed them with my concern, I did get a call back from a lady with some attitude... I stated that because I had good service with them in the past that was why I used them for such a special occasion. She simply said " Well your order would not have been placed if you did not click that there may be substitutions"... RUDE!!! I asked what could be done for me, and I did NOT ask for a refund, but gave her an opportunity to do " something" for me... but NOTHING!! I said it was unfortunate but wanted to give them an opportunity to do something, .... then when I said, unfortunately, I will need to give a bad review, she again simply said " OK".......OMG I WAS FLOORED BASED ON PAST EXPERIENCE... I will share this story everywhere.... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .... My confirmation of my order stating " Sunflowers as shown" but it does not allow me to". PLEASE USE ANOTHER FLOWER COMPANY THAT VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS DURING THE DIFFICULT SAD TIMES WHEN FLOWERS CAN HELP A LITTLE. I ordered this bouquet for a friend who just had hip surgery. It was okay, but I was a bit disappointed. There weren't as many red carnations as I had expected as per the picture on the site. Also, I understand that the florists often need to make substitutions, but for the florist not to have any plain, common white daisies was pretty surprising! My friend did like the bouquet, however. She said it made her day, so that's why I am giving a 4/5. I do have a good experience when I order from Canada Flowers, however...the service is wonderful, the choice of products is fantastic, prices are reasonable and customer service is amazing! Canada Flowers is my "go to" online florist! :-)

They came up with a joke of an arrangement when I had ordered a premium size arrangement from their website. It was my 4th time ordering from them...I wonder where my money went those last 3 times. They offered a new arrangement, I told them I want my money back, even called and spoke with an agent and she said she would note it on my file. I am very disappointed with this service. My ordered bouquet of premium class did not correspond to the image which they expose for advertising. I paid the premium and they brought me something I would never order. I had to buy other flowers because it would not be convenient for me to go with them for a birthday. It is a pity that the courier did not warn me in advance when he would arrive, because I could not be at home and wait for him from 10 am to 6 pm. They left orders in the hallway. I would definitely return it if I was at home. I will never order flowers online again.

Purple is her favourite colour which goes beautifully with the bright yellow on the backdrop of green ferns and leaves. On August 30th my Wife's bouquet arrived, it happened not to be what we ordered, but a whole lot more, a full arrangement arrived in a large red vase, beautiful, not just roses but lileys and other flowers adorned the vase. It is now September 8th and the arrangement is still like the day it was delivered (or pretty darn close to it). Best flowers ever, and thank you for making my Wife's birthday even better. I ordered a flower arrangement for my husband’s birthday. I specially chose the so-called Sapphire Sunrise’ as it’s a combination of blue and yellow flowers with a blue coloured vase which are his favourite colours. But when I received the delivery, it was such a big disappointment. I can understand there might be a substitution of flowers or vase but the whole look of the flower arrangements are completely different to the photo as on the webpage. Plus the vase is an ugly clay colour stuff and most of the flowers are not fresh. This is one of the risk when purchase online. I informed Canada Flowers about my dissatisfaction and they responded quickly and their sincere apology made me feel better and have the confidence to try to purchase flowers from them again. In February I had purchased a flower arrangement from Canada Flowers which was beautiful, that’s why I chose to buy the birthday flowers from them again. Hope the standard and quality of their flowers arrangement will be monitored and maintained.

I have to say that these flowers were the best in a long time. Others from a different provider were not as well balanced as these were. My Grand-daughter really enjoyed receiving these. DO NOT use this company they are a rip off and use the excuse of COVID (or that you HAD to sign an agreement that they can sub flowers based on availability) for not including flowers they were supposed to include in the base arrangement. They count on the purchaser not actually seeing what is delivered and the recipient is not going to say anything because that would be rude. I paid $90 ( with an upgrade) and the arrangement was missing three flowers that were to be included in the base arrangement. Flowers that I just purchased at my local grocery store. The arrangement was super tiny and the picture that they show on their order pages is absolutely a misrepresentation of what they provide. Thankfully the third time I used this company a picture of what was sent was shared with me because now I’ve been made aware exactly what RIP OFF this company is. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!! If I could post pictures I absolutely would!

The online site is easy to navigate and the options for purchase are displayed well with details of what will be included. Ordering was simple and I appreciated that prices were shown in Canadian dollars. Found out flowers did not arrive at the intended address. There was an error on the address of crescent instead of court but the postal code and phone number were correct. Also, The town it went to does not have a crescent with this street name. So I don't understand when they didn't find a crescent with that street name they didn't call to clarify. It has been over a week I have made 3 phone calls to customer service and no one has been able to confirm where the flowers went. Disappointing. Company look into and provided refund.

DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I would NEVER use this service again. I ordered a beautiful purple arrangement for my best friend's 50th with 2 birthday balloons. What I received was a hideous, anemic, tiny arrangement with NO balloons. I understand sometimes there needs to be substitutions, but they are supposed to to send something comparable. At least try to use some of the same flowers, or stay in the same color scheme. You telling me no florist in the area had any roses or purple flowers?!?! I find that hard to believe. What's the point of website images if what you receive is absolutely nothing like what you ordered.

I spent hours searching for the perfect arrangement and upgraded it so it was a large, beautiful fall boquet to help him through this awful time. I understand that they can change the arrangement, and the vase was different (not nearly as nice), but the main thing was the flowers. I spent over $110 for these flowers, and they sent me a photo, and the arrangement was very small with half the flowers of the picture shown for the regular version of my order, let alone the fact that I had paid to upgrade it to MORE flowers. I'm not happy about this at all. The arrangement he received would be worth "maybe" $40. For the price I paid, I expected something really beautiful and full. When he sent me the picture, I couldn't believe that they would deliver something like this, and clearly pocket the rest of the money that should have gone into the boquet. If I can't rely on Canada Flowers to deliver what I spent hours searching for on their website, only to have something much cheaper delivered (especially at a time like this), then I won't be ordering through Canada Flowers again. It is fine to make small changes...the vase, if they don't have it, they don't have it. But the flowers, even if they didn't have the ones I ordered, they could have at least made a decent, full arrangement to be delivered to a grieving family. Never again!

If it were possible to provide them with a 0/5 star I would do so. There were so many issues I experience while dealing with Canada Flowers I don't even know where to begin: 1. I originally ordered "Dance with Me" for my Grandmother's 80th Birthday (see screenshot of the arrangement as advertised on their website). The original arrangement delivered to my grandmother did not arrive alive. My grandmother is 80 so she does not own a digital camera, cell phone with a camera or laptop. Canada Flowers refused to refund me because their Local Affiliate needed to see a picture of the dead arrangement in order to conduct an investigation. After much too much back and forth, my only recourse was to accept a replacement arrangement. 2. The process of arranging a replacement arrangement was extremely tedious. They demanded the old arrangement be return which is fine however we are in a global pandemic and I had to coordinate with a senior citizen via telephone. I asked that the Affiliate Florist provide me with a photo of the replacement arrangement prior to them delivering it to ensure they actually are fulfilling their obligation as advertised. That was refused by Canada flowers because they said "its not their policy". So they have no issue demanding photos from their customers but they cannot meet the same level of expectations as the service provider. 3. The replacement arrangement was delivered (outside of the agreed upon delivery window) and it was still incorrect. Roses were substituted for commercial mums and daisies. The overall size of the arrangement was significantly smaller than what was advertised. I was able to obtain a photo of the replacement arrangement which I provided to Canada Flowers (see attached) and Canada Flowers attested that I got what I paid for. I told them this could "possibly" be a suitable replacement for the standard version of the arrangement but I can purchased and paid for the PREMIUM version and this arrangement was definitely not a premium arrangement. My estimate was that I received approximately $30 worth of flowers but I paid $94. Canada Flowers offer an insufficient credit of 15% of what I paid plus a 15% coupon code for a future purchase (which I will NEVER use). I tried to reason with them via email and negotiate a middle ground between their offer of 15% and a full refund and they have outright refused. To me this indicates a pattern of poor service and quality otherwise any quality florist would have refunded my money. Please refer to the Better Business Bureau for accurate reviews from other customers who also experienced what I have experienced. I understand some substitutions need to be made as a result of COVID however, today I purchased an arrangement from an excellent local florist who assured me there are plenty of roses in the marketplace and they would NEVER substitute mums or daisies for roses as they are not of comparable value. This is an example of fraud due to false advertising. My last note if after all this you still decide to try your luck with Canada Flowers - Buyer Beware!

Dissaponted with their flowers. I ordered a dozen of roses, the total cost was over 90$ after tax. Basically got 20$ flowers from metro with some greeneries. Expected 90$ roses to be taller, with lusher bud, instead got short, small-medium bud flowers. Nothing special, and totally not 90$ flowers. Presentation is very bad, flowers were just put in an ugly carton board box and wrapped with plastic wrap. Filled up the card when submitting order, no card was found in the bouquet. Absolutely not worth the price. Maybe it’s just my particular case, since I see many good reviews here (this was the reason I decided to order from here). This was a disappointing experience. The flowers were to be delivered on May 31. When I did not hear from the recipient I emailed Canada Flowers asking about this. I received an email saying the flowers had been delivered on May 31. On June 3rd the recipient called to thank me for the flowers which were delivered on June 2nd. I confirmed with her that they had not arrived on May 31 as requested. The recipient sent a picture of the flower arrangement. The flowers were adequate, but very poorly arranged, and not what I had expected when I upgraded the order. Yesterday I had a need to send another bouquet of flowers. This time I decided not to use on online flower service. Instead I decided to 'shop local'. I went on line to find the name of a florist in the town the flowers were going to. I spoke directly to the owner, placed the order and it was delivered that day. The quality of the order, based on the picture from the recipient, was excellent. I would encourage people to forgo online florists. Google the names of florist in the town you are sending. Most of them have websites and many of the websites have reviews. When you deal directly with the florist, instead of ordering online, the florist gets the full cost of your purchase and does not have to pay the online service.

The price was reasonable (though still pricey) when compared to other overpriced online flower delivery services. I felt the arrangement, flower types, and included vase were within the price range, and the arrangement was beautiful. All flowers were fresh. Delivery was on time and the delivery woman was very nice. Packaging was professional with a simple ribbon tie around the vase and plastic wrap to protect the flowers. I would order again because of how easy the process was, and the quality of the bouquet. I was worried that a generic name like "Canada Flowers" would be more about bulk and not quality, but the experience and product turned out excellent.

It's unbelievable just how much this store does not care about keeping its customers. I received a bouquet that looks entirely different from the one they advertised on their website. Their florist used carnations instead of roses and all the lilies were buds without a single bloomed flower; at a glance, the whole arrangement looks like it's entirely composed of carnations with little variety. I had no intention of spending $87 on a bouquet of carnations and although I understand that some substitutions were necessary due to the pandemic, I definitely would not have ordered this bouquet if I'd known it would look like this and the store made no attempt at letting me know it would look this different. When you email expressing your dissatisfaction, they only respond by saying that upon review of the photos. they conclude that the value is the same as the bouquet originally shown. An arrangement is more than just the flowers it contains; you pay for not only the flowers but the way the arrangement is styled. This arrangement that already contains white carnations had ADDITIONAL white carnations instead of white roses which is entirely unacceptable and is in no way the same value as an arrangement with roses and variety. I would not have minded the substitutions had they been a substitution that was in any way aesthetically pleasing or a different type of flower that wasn't already included. Substituting with white carnations when the bouquet already has white carnations is absolutely unacceptable. They only offer a 15% coupon for your next purchase. I will not be purchasing from them ever again so their 15% coupon is not satisfactory; I will simply receive another disappointing arrangement where they will blame the pandemic when other bouquet stores have had no issues (I had already purchased two different bouquets from La Belle Fleur and had no substitution issues whatsoever during the pandemic). I took a chance with Canada Flowers and I'm extremely disappointed.

This review is for a specific order placed recently. Previous dealings would warrant at least 4 stars. I ordered two arrangements/bouquets for my girlfriend's birthday. Both delivered on the same day via different couriers (probably because these guys are an aggregate middleman type company with multiple suppliers). The first order had reasonable alterations from stock photo to reality, but she was happy. The second order arrived later on the same day. However this one was a bit different from what was ordered. Interactions with the CS team were positive and professional, 15% refund offered, and a 15% off coupon as well (net effect is really just the initial 15%, since a coupon only has value for a returning customer). We both feel the delivered arrangement does not come close enough to what was ordered, We would have preferred a call/email and be given the option to cancel or change the order instead.

The service was great and the flower arrangement was the same as what I saw on their website! The only thing I didn't like was I thought I could've had them be delivered as surprise, but their protocol is that they need to call the person you are sending them to regardless. Even if you tell them that they will be their to receive them. But overall very happy with my purchase just now I know they won't be a surprise, at least until they call them.

Flowrs ae expensive in Canada and more often than not ,what you get doesn't live up to the price. Canada Flowers however, are the exception. We are always delightd with what they provide and will use them exclusively as long as their great service continues.

Don't deserve a even 1 star. I ordered the White Garden arrangement for a bereavement. They delivered plants stuck in a planter decorated with cutesie robins and a tacky orange ribbon. So totally inappropriate for a bereavement arrangement and looks NOTHING LIKE MY ORDER! The damage has been done nothing can fix this.

I ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary from a local florist, and was pretty impressed with the flowers arrangement for the price range I had requested. I thought I would order flowers for my mother in law who lives on Vancouver Island and thought I would use Canada Flowers. The service was good and the flowers looked good, I went with the the fuller arrangement, but it was less than half the size and more than twice the price of what I arranged myself through my local florist. I will call a florist directly next time and I am sure the delivery will be free as well. Disappointed in the size of the arrangement and would hate to see the smaller one.

Always pleased. Flowers always delivered on specified date. My experience with Customer service has been fantastic when I’ve messed up on the delivery address (more than once). The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that at least once the arrangement sent is quite a bit different than the picture I ordered from. Having said that, still very beautiful arrangements and happy recipients. This is my only go to place for ordering flowers.

The only thing was they forgot to do was include the birthday message with the flower, so my friend had to spend some time trying to figure out who sent them to her. The flowers were pretty but not what I expected after I had upgraded. Looked more to be the lower cost flowers. My daughter who had received the flowers said that the arrangement should only have cost $30.00 to $45.00 and not the $80.00 that I paid. Disappointed to say the least. Next time I will just go into a florist and get them.

The quality of service delivery is low. The website says that delivery is possible from 8 AM, but in fact the courier picks up bouquets from a hub only from 12 AM. Also, the service does not guarantee either the similarity of the bouquet or the similarity of the vase with the photo.

A partial refund of 60$ from almost 800$ is not a partial refund. It also doesn't even cover shipping. Your company is full of lies and fake reviews! Your "future discount" is 10% which is what they offer on the website anyways!!! And blames their mistakes on on the driver. Which makes 0 sense. Terrible, terrible customer service. Flowers came not even close to what I ordered. They dont follow their procedures and policies. Think it's okay to send wilted dead flowers (apon arrival) and not even make the bouquet you request. At Christmas I foolishly ordered from another florist because when I checked you couldn't deliver until after Christmas. So after searching for more florists online I happened upon one who promised delivery on the 24th so I went with them. Disaster!!...in many ways AND not delivered until Dec.29/20, no vase and left outside on front porch in -3 weather!! This time I went back to Canada Flowers and I was not disappointed. I was emailed at appropriate times re the status of my order and even when it was successfully delivered in the requested time frame! From all reports the flowers are fresh and beautiful AND as depicted on-line! Thank you again for doing what you advertise and sending exactly as requested!!

I have used Canada flowers several times and been very satisfied that my orders have been fulfilled in a manner very similar to the picture shown on their website. I like the variety especially with options for plants vs cut flowers. Prices have been competitive with other floral companies but with greater choice. In an instance where the flowers shown were not available, I was notified by customer service that substitutions would be made; the substitutions were beautiful. I will use this company again when needed.

I am extremely disappointed with the order that I placed for Mother's Day. I ordered the upgraded version of the Blooming Serenity bouquet, and what I got was less than desired. The bouquet looks like someone did half of it, got bored, and then just plopped some large, unrelated white flower in the bouquet. I sent an email to their customer service email and got a small refund, a coupon (which I certainly WILL NOT use) and an explanation that the total "value" of the bouquet was delivered. I highly disagree. I have followed up TWICE with that email in the last two weeks that I am very unhappy with this resolution and have received no response whatsoever. This is abysmal customer service. I will admit, I have not tried calling their customer service line, but from what I can see of recent reviews, it does nothing. Please do not reply like you are to other reviews saying that "there is a shortage of flowers" as I can clearly see the flowers that were supposed to be in the bouquet in the half that looks decent. That is not an excuse I will accept. I will admit that the website is easy to use and the delivery came on time (considering it was Mother's Day weekend), but that is the only positive I have to say about this company. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. If you want to reach out to me, PLEASE RESPOND TO THE EMAILS THAT YOU HAVE YET TO RESPOND TO.

I am editing this review to add that Although not like I ordered the recipient of the flowers was thrilled and says they were beautiful. The roses faded rather quickly but the remaining flowers were long lasting. So I am giving a positive review.

LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE! I recently received a $100 bouquet of flower for my bday when opened it I was so disappointed because it looks nothing like the model pictures. When called to complained they said they had the right to substituted flowers which was understandable but what I don't understand is the substitution for all cheap flowers and greenery that it was two different bouquet. The arrangement was so bad we paid for nice arrangement and high quality flowers but get a $20 bouquet at the grocery. We felt so ripped off. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I received a bouquet as a gift and if it wasn't from my mom I would've thought it was intended as a joke. First, the entire thing was leaking, second half the bouquet is done the other half is completely empty and filled with broken flower stems. The bear advertised was pink but we received a brown one. I think that whoever put this together did so in the dark.

Online shopping experience was good given the current COVID situation, and delivery was perfectly timed for Mother’s Day. However... I do not think these flowers are worth the price. They do state that due to shortages they will be replacing some flowers in the picture with similar substitutes but I feel like they could have knocked a good $30 off of the price for what I received. Probably won’t be buying from here again.

Don’t, please don’t trust or shop from them. They are scammers. She says she’s in charge but no respect for customers. Ugly manners, ugly taste. They said we substitute all the flowers. Why? Totally of what I paid for and wanted. I placed my order weeks ago and the managed to do bad job like other negative reviews. This place is horrible, save your money. You will not get what you paid for. Florists, such an easy job but do such a bad job. All the roses which was the main reason I purchased this were dead. Look at the pics. And hey Michelle don’t pretend you care and respond back. This is what I received all dead flowers, ugly presentation for something over $100. Totally opposite of what I ordered and ugly. I would not recommend them. Trust me on this, I have shopped from so many other florists and this place was garbage. Not trustworthy. You count on them for these kinds of special days and they put you down.

Beautiful flower arrangements and seamless order and delivery. Even received an email informing me that the flower color I ordered was not available and that a similar color would be substituted, and in the end the the original bouquet was delivered and it was a ‘show stopper’.
