We live in another city and I located Broadway on-line. The website was excellent and gave excellent representations of the different arrangements. The sales associate assisted me in selecting the right arrangement. Our friend sent a picture of the final product and it matched perfectly with the website picture. Based on this experience, I wish Broadway Florist operated in our city.

When I ordered late for Mother’s Day they still delivered in time for the big day! What a first class business. Avoid the others in LC and surrounding areas - go direct to Broadway!

I have never actually been to this establishment in person, but I have used them countless times to send flowers from long distance. They always answer their phone and are polite and helpful. I often create my own arrangement with certain requests and add the designer’s choice. My mother has always been so pleased with the flowers!

This is humiliating, apparently the source of my information about my delivery doesn't know her plants. According to a more reliable source, a lovely deffenbachia was delivered just as requested. It is still toxic for cats but appears to be in a different home. I am so sorry for the negative response. Please accept my apologies and if I have a future need for flowers in your area I will definitely order there. Again, I humbly apologize.

It was so easy to order flowers for a friend! Seems like delivery went well and my friend loved the Garden Bouquet. It came with BEAUTIFUL pink roses, hydrangeas, and some adorable little tiny pink and white flowers. It was the perfect pick-me-up for one of my best buddies!

Although I had purchased several prom corsages from this store, I had never purchased a flower arrangement from this shop. The corsages had ALWAYS been beautiful and elaborate! Last week, my precious Dad passed away and I was in charge of purchasing the casket spray. I chose a small arrangement, because my Dad would have been upset with me if he had known I was spending alot on flowers that were only going to last a few days, especially in this heat. I was worried about what the arrangement would ultimately look like, since I had chosen a smaller, cheaper, spray and I wasn't able to view the arrangement prior to delivery to the funeral home. I was pleasantly surprised when I seen the arrangement! It was perfect; it had the colors I had asked for and the specific flowers I had asked for. It was the perfect size and a beautiful accent to my Dad's casket and service.

I live out of town and needed sympathy flowers sent to a family member in lenoir city. I called on a Saturday morning and asked for same day delivery. The lady i talked to was so sweet and helpful. I gave her an amount with the only request being it have lilies. The flowers were delivered on time and beautiful. Everyone loved them. Thank you for being so nice and helpful. Ugliest flowers I’ve ever received. The roses & sunflowers were the tiniest I’ve ever seen. Nothing like my boyfriend was shown. If he does get a full refund, we’ll never be back. False advertisement!!!!

I called Broadway flower shop and talked to a lady who was so nice. I wanted to send my friend Orchids and ask her what they had and she gave me a choice of colors. She sent me three pictures and they were so beautiful! More beautiful and better priced than anything I saw online. She said they would get them right out to my friend.
