What a wonderful flower shop! As a first time customer, I ordered an anniversary floral arrangement from Valley Falls, and we were amazed at its size and beauty. It was absolutely gorgeous. We now have a new place to order all our flowers and plants, since we intend to use this shop as much as possible in the future.

Amazing place. The lady that works/owns the place is very friendly. Loved the ambience and so much variety. Went there to buy a gift and fell in love with the ambience. Will definitely go back to buy flowers and plants. (P.S if you are buying your bouquets from walmart or some other big store, drive 5 mins more and go to places like these. You will get more beautiful flowers and that too with a lovely smile????????)

Unbelievably fresh flowers that lasted and lasted. The arrangement was for a friend's birthday. I described her to the person who took my order as "vibrant." The arrangement that arrived on her birthday, matched that description. It was vibrant but tasteful and SO full of high quality flowers. I had never ordered from Valley Falls Florist but I ABSOLUTELY will order again.

Ordered late online the night before I needed it delivered with instructions on when to deliver it the next day. They were a little early and no one was home but they waited a few minutes. Flowers look great, no complaints at all. Will order from them again.

I called Valley Falls Florist days in advance of Mother's Day requesting an arrangement with a hydrangea, roses and irises along with other flowers and no carnations. I always call a local florist when ordering flowers anywhere, I do not use 1800flowers or any of those other middle men. I prefer to do call locally because I know that's better for them. I was spending $100 plus delivery. The arrangement on the left with all the greenery is from Valley Florist. The arrangement on the right is from our local florist. Both were $100 plus delivery. I have been ordering flowers for my mother in law from Valley Falls for years and they've always been fairly good. This time they missed the mark completely!!! That's more like a $35 arrangement. It's mostly cheap greenery. I'm too angry to call them and let them know how disappointed I am. Never again will I use this florist. Shameful and pitiful.

Terrible Service - poor experience. I've waited over 4 days for delivery for a friends who's grandfather passed - STILL NO FLOWERS. Called numerous times to which they were always confused on the order, confusing it with another delivery. They awkwardly called driver while I was on the other line to be told it was delivered, yet nothing had been delivered. THEN after 2 more days of waiting - STILL no delivery. I called back to be told "I'd never spoken with them...?" Later told by Greg manager - that "the people leaving me messages wasn't Valley Falls Flower Shop, but rather the front desk of the condo association"... 5 days later... no flowers. Skip this shop - maybe they can cut flowers and stick them in water but their customer service is well below the expectation. There are a ton of local shops - don't use this one when it matters.

We worked with Nadine throughout, and everything was ready on the day of. We couldn't have been happier. All the florals were stunning and fresh, as well as being just what we had asked for and envisioned. We highly recommend them for future weddings.
