Very unhappy with my recent Mothers day order. They claim they attempted a delivery but no one answered the door. They also said they called the number I provided (I double checked my receipt, my Moms number was correct) but their number was not on my Moms caller ID (only three phone calls that day, all known numbers) nor was a message left on her voice mail. I am very sceptical that a delivery attempt was made on the day my order was confirmed for. I will not use this business again.

It’s a horrible business. They ruined my day. It’s been ordered online and they gave a time to deliver it but we waited for almost 3hrs before it arrived and it’s nothing like the picture they posted on their website. My husband who supposed to surprise me was very much disappointed. It’s not what he paid for.

I started ordering flowers from Simona's about 5 years ago (I live near Toronto). They are my go-to and never fail to impress the recipient (who is usually my mom) and do so at a very reasonable price. They clearly take pride in what they do.

First let me say that i was extremely happy with the 2 green plant arrangements I ordered for a funeral. I'm from the states, I've ordered from other florists and have been totally disappointed. I called Simona's the woman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, I had looked online and they didn't have exactly what I wanted but she said she could make something nice, the arrangements were on time and absolutely beautiful. Great job! Definitely will recommend calling Simona's.
