This is our third or fourth time ordering custom flowers from Chantal. I cannot recommend her enough. Her arrangements are absolutely stunning. We ordered some flowers for our moms very small wedding this past weekend - and we couldn't be happier with how they turned out. We asked for two small table arrangements, a garland for the center of the table and a small bouquet for her to hold. The amount of care and detail Chantal puts into her flowers is second to none. She also snuck in a small boutonniere for the groom with an extra bloom she had. I recommend her to absolutely everyone and I will continue to use her for every event (personal or corporate) that we have. She truly has a gift! Thank you so much, Chantal. I'm so glad I ordered that first bouquet from you years ago - what would I do without you for all my events?

Our family was exceptionally pleased with the quality of an arrangement put together by Select Blooms. We ordered a premium spray arrangement for a wake. The arrangement was gorgeous and very similar to the picture that was advertised. The staff was accommodating with a special request for a lengthier message than the online form provided space for. The arrangement was ordered the morning of the wake and delivered the same day. This business provides a professional service and does excellent work.

My son got a wrist corsage for his date, he picked them day before. The white flowers were already wilting. We went back the next day to try and get a new one. We giving an explanation that they were fine. They didn't have any flowers left and no one you could make a new one. They did compensated with some fresh flowers to give to his date.

Chantal is THE QUEEN OF FLOWERS. She absolutely, without a doubt, went above and beyond. My wedding bouquets, flower crown and boutonnières were out of this world. They literally MADE the pictures. It was the hottest day of the year, we were all sweating buckets, but the flowers kept up ALL NIGHT! I’m just still in awe of how beautiful the flowers were. Went in to pick up a corsage and I was very disappointed with the result as the roses I had chosen were already wilting. When I asked about a solution, they were very uncooperative and unwilling to to fix the dying roses. I have another prom later this month and I know I won't be going here for any flower purchases in the future.

Well off course i did try and publish this review on their site and all they display is the 5 star reviews... Anyways ordered roses for my wife for our 2 year Anniversary and they never showed up. Got a response thr next day they had made a mistake think they were to be sent on the 22nd of December they did offer to send the flower the next day which is too late. You did make a mistake therefore accept your 1 star ???? rating is it is justified. My night was not complete without the flowers and you made this night incomplete... unacceptable! A

Made special arrangement to have a dozen long stem roses to be delivered shortly after 9AM on a particular day. Was assured by the man behind the counter that this is no problem and will be done. Well, it was not done and called at 11:30 to be told "oh, sorry, we will deliver them soon". Very poor promise and very poor customer service.

I love going to select blooms floral boutique for all my flowers! Its a nice shop that has a large variety of plants and flowers! I know that when I go I get all fresh flowers and if I would like something specific the staff will do it up for me. The arrangements are stunning and the selection of flowers is just wonderful.

Very disappointed. Sending Easter flowers from southern Ontario to elderly folks in Gloucester. My brother and wife sent a photo of the small basket received with two straggly beige tulips and a couple daffodils and one little hyacinth for $35 plus $10 delivery. It was a disappointment and embarrassing. I was shocked. Will never take the chance again. They tried to make it right by picking it up and giving a credit or replacement. So they delivered a bouquet of cut flowers. But still spoiled my Easter outreach. And made an uncomfortable situation.

I was looking forward to my arrangement being beautiful based off the reviews.However, i was disappointed considering this was an arrangement in honor of my grand mother for her funeral.I understand every arrangement is custom & no 2 arrangement will look the same & that it would not look identical to what is displayed online. Unfortunately my arrangement looked completely different than online and majority of the arrangement had not bloomed.The colors were not the color displayed online, which I choose a specific color to represent my grand-mother.The ladies working the shop were nice and welcoming but I was & still am super disappointed in my order & unfortunately would not recommend or return to Select Blooms.
