Sadly my father passed away Nov 16, 2020 and my world fell apart. Nothing can ever take away the pain of losing him, but love & support really helps during this heartbreaking time. I’m lucky to have that with some amazing friends. Some of them got together and sent the most beautiful box arrangement I have ever seen. It’s a 3 piece flower arrangement with a beautiful large Cherub in a gorgeous lantern and the perfect memory stone to complete it. This was all arranged by my longtime friend Sabrina, who worked closely with Kori. Great job, well done !! Thank-you so much, it will be cherished.

The flowers that were delivered to my mom for Mother’s Day were NOTHING like the flowers I ordered online. I understand that things change based on availability but the arrangement was not nearly as full as the picture they had online. I did not get what I paid for. The arrangement was less than half the size showed online. Please show actual/accurate pictures on your website so customers aren’t disappointed when the real thing is delivered.

I ordered an arrangement to be sent to my mother it stated a flower substitution may be made if original was not available. It was supposed to have 2 orchids included. Instead of the orchids, one big dried cone was stuck in it instead. When I was sent a picture of the arrangement I emailed the picture and let Corrie from Ginger's know that I was unhappy with the arrangement because the orchids weren't even substituted with another flower. She responded that next time when ordering online I should put no substitutions didn't see that as an option online. I was not happy at all with her response and what was delivered the arrangement was UGLY. I wish I could attach a picture to show what it looked like.
