STUNNING! STUNNING! STUNNING! I ordered from Flower Patch on Sept. 10th for an important b-day. I LOVED the name itself (What a brilliant and just a happy, warm name. Love it!) Wanda was so amazing I felt like I called a friend to order these flowers. A very professional and nice friend. It was perfect! SHE was perfect. I'll never go anywhere else. The arrangement surpassed my expectations and then some. You're missing out if you don't call Wanda for your flower needs. Worth every penny. I am so elated that I found her business! I trust anyone would. You just can't go wrong with her. She not only literally delivers, she fully delivers when it comes to fantastic customer service and surpasses your expectations when it comes to flowers. My bday girl, ..cried, tear of happiness! We all kinda did.

This place is awesome my mother has been in the hospital on and off for the last 4 months battling cancer I called to get some flowers sent to her in the hospital it was late no one answered so I figured I would call back in the morning the owner called me back put and order in and delivered them at almost 9 o clock at night it brought her spirits up so much I can't thank you guys enough!!!!!

For our mother’s memorial service we ordered only one large flower arrangement since the service was to be in a small chapel. I called no less then 5 times and 4 months in advance . I was very specific in that My mother’s favorite flower was Lillies . I asked for white and pink Lillies some roses filled in with babies breath for about $300.00 arrangement. I was mortified when we saw the arrangement. With the service starting in 10 minutes we had no choice but to continue . The arrangement was about 3 dozen daisies with a few roses. I never would have said the word daisies at all much less 3 dozen being that daisies were my mother’s least favorite flower. We could not have been more disappointed and upset. We also orders 3 low table arrangement for the memorial dinner again the women never listened at all to what I specifically asked for and also we paid a lot for these as well. We never asked for our money back. We can never redo our mother’s memorial service but it will always be a crushing day because of this shop’s extreme incompetence.

In March, 2019, I ordered flowers for friends from Flower Patch & Lil Patches of Kountry. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and looked as if they had been cut fresh that morning. The arrangement was beautiful too. My friends really enjoyed the flowers and the arrangement brightened their day. The owner, Wanda was extremely helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I ordered flowers for delivery on Sunday for my sister's birthday. Even though Flower Patch is closed on Sunday's, Wanda personally went in and made the arrangement and delivered it. When it appeared as though my sister wasn't home to receive them, Wanda called me and we arranged to have them delivered to my parents home instead because it was hot outside and she did not want them sitting out in the heat. By far the best service from any florist I have ever used. I no longer live in the area but I have a lot of family there and I send flowers many times per year. I have used Flower Patch several times as well as other local florists. Flower Patch will be my go to from now on. Wanda even sent me pictures of the arrangement, which was beautiful!
