Placed an order online for Mother's Day to be delivered. When no one answered the door the delivery person went out of their way and placed the flowers in the backyard so the wind wouldn't knock them over or they wouldn't get stolen. The flower's were beautiful and fresh, and the presentation is lovely. AND the flower's came in an actual vase, not the weird plastic wrapped cardboard. Will definitely recommend you guys to anyone and will be purchasing from you again.

Great range of products at an great price, Im so happy with my experience. I ordered a lovely last minute flower arrangement on Saturday for my mother for mothers day - which was on a Sunday, but due to the high volume of orders and because I ordered last minuet I was told It wouldn't arrive until the following Tuesday, which I was fine with. To my surprise they where delivered around lunch time on mothers day! Amazing service!

I ordered flowers online based on the pictures that were presented. Don't make this mistake. I ordered a "deluxe" size and received a much smaller bouquet and it cost me $100.00. Honestly, I could have put 2 metro $20.00 bouquets and it would've been the same size. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

Not worth the price. The bouquet I ordered for Mother's day cost $95 after tax and everything and it wasn't very full nor did it have nice flowers. It was a cheap arrangement. This was my first time using Fendley Florists and I will not purchase from here again. Very disappointed when I saw the flowers I ordered.

Fendley provided a very nice arrangement for me early in 2020, and then one that was "less than expected". The owner was understanding and offered a replacement. When I called for an arrangement near Christmas, the owner nicely kept the info on file, but was cold and dismissive; "too busy to deliver". Vanderburgh across the road was nice and accommodating as an alternative; arrangements from there also very nice.

I placed a last minute online order for pick up and received a call shortly afterwards to confirm my pick up time. They're on reduced hours right now due to Covid 19 and close at 4 pm. I didn't realize this when I ordered and wouldn't have been able to make it by 4 so Fendley offered to deliver for me instead. The flowers were beautiful and they went out of their way to get them to me. Great product and service.

I have yet to receive the flowers that were actually ordered. You pay for a deluxe bouquet with tons of roses and premium flowers on the picture and you receive a teeny tiny bouquet with one rose and filler flowers...and a day late than ordered for Mother's Day. Time and time again, not just once. Total scam.

Ordered the Romance Cut premium for Valentine's Day. Half expected to get shafted with service fees and delivery charges which seems to be the norm for COVID. I was shocked there were none of those fees! Now I wish I got an even bigger bouquet but these are very nice! My wife loved them!

If I could give it a zero I would. How do you forget to put the card in? I was so embarrassed. I also had a broken flower when I delivered it. Also no water nutrient was given so she could change the water. They didn't last very long. I won't be back.

They went above and beyond. I walked into the shop asking about a plant that I wanted for my home. I didn’t know what kind I wanted and gave them a description. They researched some options for me to choose from. They special ordered the plant and delivered it for me. The quality was more than I ever expected!! Thank you!

One of the best and friendliest florists I have ever dealt with. I went in looking for some small tropical plants and they have really nice ones for a very reasonable price. (good exotic varieties you cannot find in Walmart or Home Depot or other florists in the middle of winter). I was looking for African violets and a new shipment came in so the owner let me choose from the fresh box, even tough I had picked their last one on display. They should be called the "Friendly Florist" !!! :)

I’m giving two stars, instead of one because in the past they have been better. Today, me and my friend spent $125 for our best friend’s birthday and sent her flowers. When they got to her we saw that the arrangement was woefully underdone. We ordered the deluxe cut of the day arrangement, and what my friend got was mostly foliage. There were 10 roses (yellow and white) and just greens. It was so sad to see. We are just absolutely gutted by the result. I’ve lived in Georgetown for 16 years, and I will never use these guys again. Next time, I will go to Metro and buy the flowers there. I’m just aghast at how awful these came out. If you want a good florist in town, these people are absolutely not it.

Amazing! I found you guys online to send flowers to my mom for her birthday. I live in England and was sending them her in Brampton Canada. She loves them and said the lady that delivered them was very nice. She showed me when we FaceTimed and they were beautiful and well worth the money. High praise to Rita for the beautiful arrangement for my wife. I had asked Rita to coordinate the arrangement to be a surprise when my wife was picking up a second wonderful arrangement for her mother's birthday. My wife was in awe when they brought the arrangement out and mentioned that she had thought earlier in the day that "wouldn't it be something, that when I pick up flowers for Mom, there are flowers for me too". I used to purchase flowers from Fendley on the regular. Over the past 3-4 years the prices have skyrocketed and the quality has plummeted. Its difficult to justify paying $100+ for a simple arrangement when Sobeys and Metro can provide the same quality arrangement for a mere fraction of the price. Customer service is equally lack luster.
