The flowers look exactly like the photo. I would definitely order from them again. I called to find out when the order would be delivered, and to make sure they saw the special instructions I requested and they were super sweet. The picture doesn’t do it justice. My mother in-law loved them.

I would have given no stars at all but that was not an option. My mother ordered a beautiful floral arrangement from her local florist, who had to use a florist in Cumberland to make the arrangement and deliver- which is the common in the floral business. My brother passed and our mother wanted to send a beautiful and cheerful arrangement- something a little different than the usual funeral arrangements. So she placed the order early Incase of issues with not having the flowers she wanted they could change it- she made sure everyone had her phone number. She ordered an arrangement that she fell in love with at her florist which was to have big red gladiolus, foliage, ivy, purple statice mini red carnations, white lilies.. sounds beautiful right. Imagine our surprise when we saw the flowers that my mom had sent, it was embarrassing What she got was a clear vase, with a handful of gladiolus that were not even open- can’t tell you what color because they were closed so tight- and that was it. No Greenery, ivy, no mini carnations, no lilies, no babies breath, nothing extra a hand for a very closed gladiolus and nothing to make the colors pop if they were open. As our mother was grieving the loss of her son, no one should ever have to bury their children, but then to see the arrangement of expensive flowers that she sent for his funeral, to look like a small child went through your family garden and picked flowers and shove them in a vase with a huge slap in my mothers face. We have spoken with my mothers local Florist where they weren’t ordered from, and let them know how dissatisfied we were with the company that they trusted to deliver the perfect flower arrangement to my brothers wake, The florist was mortified as this is the florist that we used for everything all of our weddings and a funeral that we’ve had out of town baptismal‘s first communion‘s any holiday we have use this florist to get our flowers we have never had a problem with our local florist, until they used this Cumberland florist and trusted them with the funeral flowers for my brother. The flowers look so awful that my mother went to the funeral director and stated those flowers are the ones that I bought and had shipped here they are absolutely disgusting please remove them from around his casket.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for my mother’s funeral. They never showed up. We had no flowers for the funeral at all!! Adam’s Funeral Home and I both tried to call several times and they didn’t answer the phone. After the funeral we drove there and the lights were on but the door was locked. Sitting right there inside the door were our flowers. I am currently trying to get our money back. They ruined the funeral.

I called about a year ago and order flowers for a funeral cause I live out of state. The flower they delivered everyone said were beautiful. The costumer service I received was fantastic.I just called again today for another funeral at 4:30 pm and the viewing is tonight. I was going to have them delivered to the funeral tomorrow due to being last minute order. She said no problem they would have them done and at the viewing tonight.. What great costumer service. I wish more places had costumer service like this.

Grandson and his wife in Phila Pa sent us flowers following family member death. Left flowers on front porch and followed up with phone message which is fine. BUT although the arrangement was good the quality of the flowers very poor, Lily’s had brown spots and others wilting. Enough said After phoning Cumberland Flowers with my complaint owner did all she could to my it right. Sent out a new arrangement in a little over an hour my rating now goes from “1” to “5”

Ordered an arrangement for a funeral. The lady I spoke to when I called could not have been nicer. When I saw the flowers at the funeral home, I was in awe of how beautiful they were. I would definitely order from here again. Super pleasant and extremely reasonable prices.

I’ve received many floral arrangements over the years from my son who lives out of state. This was my first experience with Cumberland Floral, and I must say they are the best! The fall floral arrangement from them is absolutely stunning. Never have I gotten anything from another florist that can compare. I highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them in the future!!

Couldn't ask for nicer service or prettier arrangements. Caution to anyone offended by cats though. I personally didn't mind them but someone with allergies would have had an issue.

Called short notice to request a funeral bouquet for a beloved Aunt who passed away suddenly and told her vaguely what colors and shape I was looking for and how special it meant to my Sister and I. The arrangement was incredible, fresh and put together lovingly. I highly recommend Cumberland Floral.
