Carriage House has been absolutely so good to me. I bought my first bouquet there 4 years ago for my girlfriend at the time and well... now she's my wife. I have constantly gone to Carriage House for all my flower needs whether it's Valentines, Mother's Day or that special someone's birthday. The staff there are fantastic to work with and they genuinely want you to leave happy. They take the time to listen to what colour preferences, price, and style you are after and have consistently delivered amazing bouquets for me over the last 4 years. Highly recommended, and can't thank the staff of Carriage House enough!

Entering the Carriage House is an exciting experience. Not only will you be amazed with the unique flower arrangements and plants, you will be in awe of all the "special" different kinds of gifts that are available to send to that special someone in place of, or with flowers. Maybe you want something very unique to hang on your wall or display on your coffee table.... this is the place to find it. But wait, not only is the store filled with gems..... the staff will treat you as royality ...... This is not a commercial and I don't work there, I am simply a satisfied client both ordering and receiving from this boutique!

Ordered flowers for Feb 14 (on feb 12). Called the shop three times throughout the day to see if the delivery was out, to no avail. In the end they admitted the order wasn’t delivered. Wouldn’t recommend their service.

Dealt with Terry, the owner today. I needed an order to a funeral for visitation, and gave very little notice. Terry was great and assured me he would have the order delivered for me. I am so impressed with the great communication and customer service!!! We will be using your flower shop again. Thank again Terry. I really appreciate it:)

I ordered two Xmas baskets. I was able to personalize them. As I was ordering from Toronto, I asked if they could send me a photo of the baskets, which they were glad to do. They told me when the baskets would be delivered to an assisted living facility. Because of Covid, I wasn’t sure if they had actually made it inside. They checked with the driver, and phoned me back in Toronto to assure me they had been delivered to a staff member. The baskets were beautiful, personalized, and the staff were great! I will definitely use Carriage House Florists again, and would highly recommend them!

Very upset of their service, ordered a basket of goods and paid extra for a specific time, unfortunately, they delivered 2 days late and half of what I ordered. I would not recommend.

I really like this place. I have been ordering flowers from there for years and am never disappointed- more importantly- my wife is never disappointed- the flowers last a long time and are beautiful. Highly recommend it (by the way, the people who work there are really nice too)

Amazing flower shop. Terry is a great owner, store aways feels so welcoming and positive. Beautiful arrangements. Iris always has the best suggestions when coming in and don't know what to get. Can't say enough!

I have know the owner for years...Terry is a great person, always has fantastic displays and changes things up, never boring at the store. Arrangements are unique and last a long time. My first choice in Saskatoon and I have made many recommendations to people to check out Carriage House Florists!!!

Honestly had an amazing first visit here the lady was so nice and helpful, we were deciding where to get flowers to be delivered for Mom's day. But when we came back to actually buy, a different lady that helped me seemed impatient and annoyed. Its our first time doing this for our mom and the lady couldn't wait for me to figure things out. She basically told me to just pay for it and deliver it myself because I'm taking too long to get information on how the flowers will be delivered. So I paid for it, since she seem so unwilling to help, and I asked where to keep the bouquet so its fresh for tomorrow, and she told me I have to open the bouquet, cut them, and place it in a vase of water....they're quite expensive, I was hoping they'd at least have water vials for them ready. Plus I'm going to ruin the placement if I open and rearrange them. So much hassle and stress, for an expensive bouquet of flowers, some of the flowers are looking sad as well.
