Easily the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. My wife wanted to purchase a rose to send to her mother for her birthday and to have it delivered. With an impending storm the woman in store informed her that she didn't want to wait around for a delivery person as she was wanting to go. Fine. But this is not how you treat customers. Say you're not able to because you are closing for the day and offer. A five percent discount off your next order. Or free delivery next time. Apologize. Instead the person became confrontational and said she hoped we would not use her business or recommend her again when I said we would start using another flower shop. Not good customer service. Will never return here again. Pams flower shop is far superior in every way!

My sister seemed pretty low, celebrating her 2nd birthday under COVID restrictions. I sent her flowers in the hopes of lighting up her day and making it special. This arrangement didn't disappoint! Breathtaking beauty could not describe it more accurately. I ordered online and the florist called right away to discuss a vase substitution. The delivery was 150% nicer than the online picture. My sister was over the moon. Will definitely shop here in the future. Would love to see the store on our next trip to KTown. Thank you Avenue Florist!

What an amazing Florist Shop! I ordered directly by calling the shop and was greeted and helped by an incredibly friendly and caring lady. We were ordering a birthday floral arrangement for our daughter. Right from the beginning I could tell that it mattered to her to make something perfect and did they ever do that! The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and our daughter was blown away! They even communicated with her to ensure that she would be home to receive the gift (it wasn't a secret). Such a wonderful experience, worth every single penny, and we will absolutely order from them again!!

Looking for a great florist? Avenue Florist gets a 10 / 10 from me. This is the second time I've received flowers from Avenue Florist, and it is the second time I have been absolutely 100% happy. They were not only beautiful, they were fresh, fresh, fresh... and they lasted at least 10 days. The flowers were so terrific , I phoned the shop, and told them how happy I was, and I have told my kids not to use any other florist in or around Kingston. This may be a small florist shop, but they only use what's perfect, unblemished, and fresh. You won't be disappointed.

I ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday. I put my full trust in the florist I picked the ‘florists choice’ option and they completely surpassed my expectations. I can’t say enough good things about it. The bouquet was amazing with the prettiest spring flowers and very full. My mother absolutely loved them. Using the website was super easy to make the order. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely be purchasing from here again! Would love to go into the shop once life is back to normal!
