Friendly staff, great service, and the shop is clean and well organized so you can see exactly what you are looking for. Wonderful to see a family business that does it up right !!

STUNNING FLOWER ARRANGEMENT! I originally ordered 12 red roses for my mom but they only had pink and white. I approved the change and they even added in stems with mini roses and lots of them. IT WAS MASSIVE!!!!!!!!!! She was over the moon happy. Thank you so very much. This was my mother's first anniversary without my dad so you truly made her day. Much appreciation for your caring touch. :)

Today, 5 days later, they look as perfect as they did the day they were delivered and, the most beautiful arrangement I've seen in a very, very long time!! What do you get for the person who has everything ? Nothing. Send flowers instead ! I have been using Comox Flower Pot for orders to send to my parents who live in the Valley, and have been very satisfied every time. They have something for every price range and are prompt and accurate in their orders/delivery. *It's also nice that there are some live plant options for longevity and environmental concerns. I find the online ordering process very user-friendly and love that they do hand-written notes (and that are always spelled correctly). Great job !

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my son and his wife for their anniversary which was the 21st of May. Due to working hours and the holiday Monday, they couldn't"get delivered until the Tuesday the 23rd. They replied back to my florist saying they didn't' have the flowers I picked out in stock. I told them to put together something lovely and deliver it Tuesday. As of Wed.night still No delivery! Policy says they phone first before delivery so couldn't do anything until they spoke to someone. They were home today....Thursday and discovered by accident the flowers were left beside the front door.......No phone call, No knocking, Not even ringing the door bell. They told my florist that is was very windy and didn't want to leave it at the door, which is just what they did! Very unprofessional and disrespectable behaviour. The only saving grace is the arrangement was lovely. I will Not use them again.

The family sent me a picture of the arrangement ( I am currently in the USA ) and it was absolutely beautiful. I submitted a last-minute order on Thursday morning, and I was pleased to hear from my family on Thursday afternoon that they had already received the flowers. I just received two beautiful bouquets of flowers from friends as well as my sister. Both flower arrangements were sent to me through Comox Flower Pot. The store called me first to check I was home and the gifts were delivered promptly afterwards: stunning assortments of colourful blooms presented in large vases. The sweet fragrance of roses now fills the air in my home! When I sent a picture of one of the flower arrangements to thank my sister, she was disappointed by the size of the bouquet. She thought it would be larger. I suspect this is because the order was placed through Teleflora...

I placed an order online from Comox Flower Pot a few days ago to have a bouquet arrangement sent to family. Now from being at one side of the country and placing an order to another, sometimes you have to wonder what the quality will be like and if they will take good care of your order. Well, I can tell you, The arrangement that I ordered was absolutely beautiful!! It was everything I thought it would be. Sometimes, you just have to put your faith in people and trust that they will do a beautiful job in which these people certainly did. When family can’t be close enough for you to buy the arrangement and to pick it up and deliver it yourself, It means so much when someone else can do it in your stead. Whether you are near or far, I recommend this business. I also talked to a couple of people on the phone and they were very pleasant to talk to!!

What a burn, The shipping and handling are more than the price of the flowers. Charge in USD. This place is a rip off. And then the owner has the nerve to reply in a statement that lays blame on the customer. OMG owner take some customer relations training. Mine was not the only bad review. Reviews are posted to help owners of business know where their weaknesses are and try to improve on them.

I. Love. This. Place!!!!!! My sister and I each live in different parts of the US, but are from Bowser, which is where our folks still are. Comox Flower Pot delivers flowers to our Mum in record time, every time, and even say the silly things I ask them to, like "please ask for "Gail, Queen of the Mac clan", and they DO, every time ???? They have a great sense of humour, they've called me (in another country!) when there was a problem with my credit card, and are just a stellar company. We've had the pleasure of using their services for several years, and will continue! Highly recommended florist, friends!
