Flowers arrived nicely by a friendly delivery person. Arrangement was odd. Absolutely loaded with carnation, 4 Rose's, some lily's and the rest of it. It's the 4th actual day I've had them at home and they're all wilted and turning color. I do snip the stems when re-watering. As well as let the replacement water sit to let the tap additives cycle out after coming through the filtered system. Overall I'd go for a 3, out of 5. 1 for the kind delivery person.

I highly recommend this Florist. I needed a last minute funeral flower arrangement made and delivered in time. I ordered online and confirmed by email. They assured me it would be there in time and it was. I couldn’t be happier. Saw the arrangement this morning and it was just beautiful!!! Thank you Rita Fleuriste!!!

Went to website based on the fact they indicated that they were in Mississauga, and would be charged in Canadian dollars but now noticed at the very bottom that they bill in US dollars Big issues is that the receipt and the time of checkout should indicate currency and the bill amount. This is very disappointing Still waiting for confirmation that flowers have been delivered.

Great staff! Amazing customer service and great quality flowers! You will not be disappointed! It's very odd to see people leaving a 1 star review only to read their comments and finding out that they have it mixed up with another shop in the US ????????‍♂️. The Rita Fleuriste in 'Montreal' that I know is at least a 4.99 out of 5!

UNRELIABLE BUSSINESS. I ordered flowers 2 days in advance. They cancelled my order on Mother’s Day sending me a refund email. They never called me or say they were sorry. I tried to call and nobody was answering.

That's so disappointing I place an order before new year and got conformation it will be delivered on time. U fortunately I got an email your order has been refunded without any explanation. Even amount did not reflect on my account I am not aware whsts happening and there is no response. So disappointing

Store owner decided to change the spray coloured flowers on my arrangement to something else without notifying me first. The arrangement looked nothing like the flowers on the website when delivered. I asked for some form of credit - they refused. Last time ordering anything from this store.

Terrible experience. Placed an order for my wife's birthday and on the delivery day it just never showed up. At 6pm that night I got an email saying my order had been refunded with no explanation. Don't take the chance this will happen to you. Go somewhere else

Flowers were done poorly. Paid $120 for the bouquet for my wedding and it had only few flowers that I could’ve got for $10. The bottom of the flowers was also made from plastic which was painful to hold the whole day. Would not recommend.
