This is the worst experience I had in my life, they screw up my Mother Day evening. I place an order online on Friday 05/09/14 on their website hoping the flower will be deliver on Sunday 05/11/14, Unfortunately when I called on Monday they said that Laval, QC was far away from them and they couldn't deliver the flower, so I didn't receive an e-mail, and I am still scratching my head, go figure.

This must be some sort of joke because I sell stuff online too and I understand when there's a slight discrepancy, but the advertised image looks nothing like the delivered product. It's a night and day difference. Vase is different. Flowers missing. Seller refused to refund. This feels like a scam and I'll likely dispute the charge. Response to owner: In your response you're assuming that I was satisfied with your excuses. Just because I didn't spend time arguing about the vase or the fact that the flowers are much smaller in size and quantity compared to the advertised photo does not mean I was satisfied with your response. I had already decided to chargeback the order based on your responses, because the delivered product is completely unlike what I thought I ordered. Its almost 24 hours and the flowers are still the same size, so I'm not sure whether they're going to "bloom" any further. If I read the other reviews on this page I likely would not have placed an order. I actually order flowers regularly from other flower shops across Montreal, who's delivered product matches their online photos, and this has been my worst experience yet.

I was a bit disappointed in my experience with this Florist. I ordered a bouquet online (upgraded to the deluxe size) and the photo of the bouquet was much larger than what we received. See photos attached. My original total came to $139 including tax. This was confirmed through an order receipt that was sent to my email. Then I was charged 152$ as they didn’t include delivery in the original price as part of the online order. At this point it was the next day and was too late to switch to another florist. In my opinion there is much better value out there. Disappointed with the size of the bouquet and the value.

However, lost a star because they delivered a birthday bouquet two days earlier than the selected delivery date ( the actual birthday ) , and I still have my order confirmation that does show the right date ( Aug 7 , they delivered it on the 5th). I really like visiting this florist. I go there often whenever I need a bouquet. The staff is very nice and full of positive energies. :) They help design bouquets for me, and this time I got the most elegant bouquet I've ever received. The purple violets are so pretty that they just melt my hearts. The staff also helped me to choose the color of the wrapping paper and ribbon. This bouquet is just so gentle and pretty. :D The picture is taken after I got home.. T.T The strong wind made the bouquet look spreading too wide..

I came in days in advance to order a bouquet of roses for Mother's Day. I was told the bouquet would be ready when coming in to pick up, but they hadn't prepared it once I arrived!!! I was beyond shocked! They put it together within 15 minutes and gave me an extra flower as an "apology" which I did appreciate. Sadly, the ACTUAL flowers I ordered didn't look as advertised. A lot of the roses were closed which didn't meet the 70$ expectations. I've received roses for that price and they've looked up to par. Needless to say, I was very disappointed...

She sized my budget bracket and hit the upper limit regardless of what I was buying. My celebration bouquet felt terrible and I felt so naive and trusting for wanting to help my "Local" florist by doing an in person visit helping them save booking and delivery fees... Horrified

Had ordered online a bouquet to be delivered same day as a Birthday Gift on behalf of colleagues (amount approx. 61 CAD, w/o taxes, 90 CAD total with delivery). First thing - was delivered late. Second, when went to visit the friend same evening, was really feeling ashamed for the bouquet she got, it was literally half the size of the online image. When I wrote a message to the Fleuriste, the answer I got 'wait till the lily will bloom'. Please think really ten times before ordering from them online. Order just in case of an Apocalyps and they are the only remaining store.

So disappointed. The plant received was totally different that what was ordered and not as nice. Also, it was sent as a 40th birthday gift and one of the balloons was for a young kid and not for a 40 year-old. Plus the plant moss was loose in the bag and full of water. And the signature card was totally wet. Will not order from you again.

I was disappointed with the 'Washed in Pink' arrangement that was sent to celebrate my son's new baby. It seemed much smaller than expected, the vase was substituted and the flowers were only at the 'front', so if you turned it around there was just greenery and no flowers at all, which to my mind is somewhat deceptive. I will not be using this florist again.

We ordered flowers to be sent to some friends and chose the biggest (and therefore most expensive) version of the bouquet. We were appalled and embarrassed by how pathetically small the flowers were. When we called to complain, the shop assistant just told us that these were 'out of season' and there was nothing they could (would) do about it. When we asked why: 1) they sell flowers that are out of season or 2) if they could get a small bouquet of those flowers together why couldn't they get a larger one, he refused to answer. This is a terrible florist with appalling customer service.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering flowers for a funeral from this place. We received the flowers all right but the whole bouquet was half smaller than the picture on the web site. Price 250$ delivery and tax included. Not cheap. But we did not want cheap. The flowers are so small we felt ashamed and cheap !! There is worse : the man who talked on the phone said that he was tired of the business, that he was stressed to find the flowers for us, that I was being demanding to ask for photos to be sent before delivery...Completely unprofessional and hysterical. Worst experience ever. There are plenty other businesses to buy flowers from. Do not go there !

I live in Toronto and ordered flowers for my mother who lives in Montreal. My mother mistakenly thought some of the garnish was dried flowers (they were not). When I called the shop, they quickly took care of the issue, went back to my mother's house and replaced the flowers with another super beautiful bouquet, at no extra cost. They also sent me a picture of both bouquets to show me that they were both beautiful. I highly recommend this shop - they truly stand by their guarantee and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

Great service with same day delivery to JGH next door (even after ordering at 1PM). They delivered within 3 hours of order. Their prices were cheaper than the other florists I looked at online for the same arrangement. They were not able to provide a balloon but they provided chocolate instead even though it's typically more expensive. Easy to work with and flowers looked great.
