I have been a customer dating back when Edgewood was on Hudson. Every holiday and Mothers day my children send me flowers. This year 2020 Mothers day was no different except the arrangement was disgusting. The container was awful and choice of flowers were not nice. Very disappointed. I guess they will take their business elsewhere

Great service and value at Edgewood. I put in an online order for a funeral service and forgot to put the time slot in. They took it upon themselves to look up the details and arrange for a good delivery time. When I called after I realized my omission, I was met with the kindest customer service and was blown away they thought of this before I did. Thank you Edgewood, kudos to the people working there!

Top notch florist (trust me I’ve tried others !) Edgewood goes above and beyond to make the best impression to whomever you choose. They listen, they care, and most importantly they deliver. I should’ve written a review years ago but never had the time (poor excuse for all of us) truth be told Ive never been more impressed and got my google searching today to show the world how awsome Edgewood is - and you should do the same ! It’s uncommon and unusual and sad that people only think of writing reviews when they’re unhappy (guilty as charged) but why not take the time to write when you’re happy !! Thank you Edgewood for making this customer happy and happier as the years go by. I hope you accept my apology that it took me so long to write a review. You were always there for me (even at my craziest last minute requests ! ) and I really appreciate you guys - I hope you stay in business FOREVER :))))

I live outside of Canada and wanted to send flowers to my mum. I’ve always used Westmount Florists but thought I’d give Edgewood a try. The lady who helped me on the phone was helpful and friendly. My mother called me and raved about how beautiful the arrangement was and that she also loved the vase and would plan to take it home with her. Merci Edgewood. We’ll definitely be ordering through you next time.

Easy to deal with and fairly priced. But the conscientious attention to my delivery order was hugely impressive. Apparently Covid protocols made delivery to a hospital into a nightmare. But Edgewood stuck with it and went back a second time to ensure delivery. I appreciated their care as I was ordering from Vancouver. Very caring and conscientious people.

Edgewood went above and beyond with their services.We had initially signed a different contract and when covid happened we cancelled the contract;they were very professional and refunded us within a day.When the government regulations changed we decided to do a small wedding of maximum 50 guests.I contacted Brenda ,I think we only had a few weeks to the wedding.They drew up a contract for us.Our wedding was on August 29,we got boutonnierres,my bridal bouquet and my maid of honour's bouquet.Everything was beautiful,They delivered everything on time and the lady who delivered came to my doorstep smiling,wishing us well despite the fact that she was soaking wet;because that day it was pouring like crazy.She looked at me and said your wedding is gonna be beautiful and rain signifies good luck so enjoy it. The day was beautiful and all my guests kept asking where I got my boquet because it was so beautiful. Thank you so much Edgewood.We will definitely work with you in future

This place is a real gem. The service is friendly, and the floral arrangements are fantastic. Not only that, but the florist will send you a delivery confirmation and receipt by email which is really helpful in knowing when the flowers were delivered to a loved one. Each time I've ordered, I left the arrangement completely up to the florist, and just provided them with my budget. Each arrangement was fantastic - I would highly recommend the "designer's choice". Finally, the staff is very upfront and honest, which is great, especially when ordering over the phone. Thanks, Edgewood!
