I have ordered several arrangements for loved ones and each time they have been impressed with the quality, packaging and speed in which the flowers are delivered. Bar a Fleurs has created something very special by emulating the luxury associated with continental European flowers and making them readily available for Canadians at home. What may be most impressive is that they are able to deliver to provinces outside Quebec. Each time I’ve placed orders they’ve been sent to Ontario and the experience has been of the highest quality. très terrible After confirming the colour of my order 3 times ! I was sent peach coloured flowers instead of taupe. I instantly contacted them letting them know my disappointment. Especially because my order was also almost 2 weeks late. They doubled down insisting these orange flowers are taupe. So I sent them a copy of their colour chart on their page, photos of their taupe colour roses on their instagram, and a conversation I had with them confirming the colour in the photos was taupe and that was what I had ordered. After all of that they said the most they could do is give me an extra 10% off... Buy at your own risk there is no way of knowing of what you are actually purchasing. I know they're french but I found this company très rude and this whole experience très disappointing..

Shipping was fast at the very least, however the product was damaged and as per the picture the product was not what I wanted (gold dipped flowers instead of a gold box). I was hoping for resolution via emailing customer service, however I did not hear back after attempting to email on multiple attempts. Not impressed with the service and even worse my girlfriend was disappointed on her birthday...

Owner was really kind and helpful. Colours are bright and vivid and the roses really look fresh. I had no idea eternal roses even existed! Also, I really like the family business vibes. The round velvety box it comes in is a really nice classy touch too. Good stuff here

This review is based on service, as I have not received the actual product yet and honestly do not expect to at this point. Order went in on April 14th, it's now April 30th and it's not even been dispatched? What? Contacted owner twice with "will be shipped today" and still nothing shipped. Requesting refund as the occasion for the gift has long passed, no response from owner.

Feels like I got the cheap version of what's shown on the website. Flowers don't look fresh, boxes are cheap and the logo is either a sticker or not even on it at all. Doesn't have that luxury look at all. Note the grey velvet one is priced at $145 !! Was supposed to be a gift but I'm embarrassed to offer this to anyone.

So disappointed. Box came late. Flower comes open ended and in the winter is flakes everywhere. Basically opened a dried flower. I learned my lesson. Stick to normal flowers.

I purchased a small box of roses for my sister after a recent death in our family. I went based off the colour chart, hoping to get a deep purple colour for sentimental reasons. They took a while to deliver, but nothing outrageously long. When she received them they were more of a fuschia pink than a deep purple. The website does have a disclaimer for slight colour variation, however these were way off. I contacted the company via their online chat bot and was reminded of their “slight colour variance” disclaimer. I argued this wasn’t a slight variance, but an entire shade completely. I requested a partial or full refund which was denied, though I was given the option for a prepaid shipping label and a refund upon receipt of the flowers being sent back. It was also told to me that all flowers of that colour description in stock matched the flowers I’d been sent. Finally I got on the phone with the guy who I presume runs the company. After 3 minutes of him explaining to me how he believes his resolution is fair without letting me get a word in edgewise he asked what would make me happy. I felt a little steamrolled and decided to simply request flowers in some shade of purple, as close to any of their 3 purple options available. He told me he was heading to the warehouse later that day and would call me back and send me photos of what he had to see what could be sent out instead. I confirmed my number with him, and waited. Sure enough I never got a call back. So, “tried to make me happy and come to a resolution” came to a complete lack of care for customer satisfaction after my $100 had been pocketed. Not worth the time or effort.

I hope the product is good, but I'm really very disappointed with the service. I was promised by the company representative that my order would be sent after Dec 30, because I explained that I would like to get the flowers at about Jan 10 ( we discusses that by email). As a result, I received the order on Dec 30 by regular mail without any previous message. There was a possibility that flowers were in the mailbox even for a few days in December when the temperature was under 0 degrees. Also, l ordered receiving a ribbon, but I didn't get it. So, if you need a good service try to look for other companies

Originally, I had purchased a rose from this company for my birthday for the first time. I HAD an issue with their selection process. After communicating with customer service, I was left upset for two reasons. One, for there not being much that could be done for a mistake that I had made, but also, customer service had failed to handle the situation appropriately. I was about to let the situation go when I was surprisingly contacted by the owner who went above and beyond to make things right. He has a very honest heart and made sure that the item I wanted was corrected. I will post a photo of the new item once I receive it. After the inconvenience that once existed with this purchase, I will be admiring my new rose in a new perspective. This review should reassure you that Bar A Fleurs appreciate their customers.

Product shipped wasnt the colour that was ordered. Card on it looked like cardstock that wasnt even cut strait. Expected my actual product and attention to detail for the price you pay. UPDATE: emailed the company and they said I can send them back and they will refund me. No offer to replace the order since the item they sent was the wrong one. They should have offered to send the correct product since this was not my fault. In my opinion that is not them taking any pride in their work.

Went to pickup the flowers at the date agreed upon with the company and when I showed up at 14h00, no one was there. I called the number and I was told "the employee is on lunch, she's going to be back in an hour". Why do you take apointments during the day if you're gonna close the store after lunch hours? A big two hours of my day wasted by bad service.

Product and quality is great, but VERY DISAPPOINTED by their customer service. I ordered flowers from their mother's day collection and double checked that they will indeed be delivered on May 10th. By the end of the day May 10th, I called the number listed on their website and they assured me that the delivery would arrive within the next hour. tried to contact them by phone and their instant messaging later that day. NO RESPONSE Ended up receiving the flowers on MAY 11th, and never any updates or apologies.

Order Number 3010 . Terrible , just terrible . I would definitely not recommend to anyone who needs flowers ready for a specific date or occasion . I placed an order and flowers were never ready for the needed date . After multiple phone calls ( they never answer the phone ) and emails no one answered until the day after when I did not need the flowers anymore . After someone finally contacted me through email , we settled on them refunding me . Over a month has gone by , I never received my refund or a proof of refund . They kept the flowers I did not need anymore and my money . Terrible costumer service UPDATE , I’m guessing they saw the review , and refunded me today March 17 ! Thank you , therefore I will change my star rating from 1-4 .
