Ordered flowers fro my friends 40th. Was honest very disappointed with them. Spent almost $80 and got something that was maybe worth $50/$60! If I as known how little she was going to get I would have gone somewhere else.

Seems getting it right the first time is not an option when we order flowers from this establishment. Always something amiss. I found them to be over priced for what you actually get. And doesnt resemble online pictures. Unfortunately, we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

I had ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day (I live out of the country) and had always heard great things about Flowers Cornwall! I experienced a slight miscommunication about the flowers being left outside on the porch and I contacted Rob the owner by email in the evening after business hours. I almost immediately got a response and after a few back and forth emails we figured out the flowers had been left outside. I was very concerned about my mom not getting flowers and Rob ensured that she would get the delivery and ended up sending an additional bouquet to make sure she had flowers. I am so impressed by their flowers (the pictures are beautiful) and customer service, thank you for being my new go-to flower shop when I want to send mom a surprise!

The incredible staff at Flowers Cornwall took care of ALL the flowers for our June 2021 wedding and we could not be happier. We had 13 table centerpieces, a huge mantlepiece, bridal bouquet, multiple bridesmaid and flower girl bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres, as well as extra loose florals for décor tables. My daughter order me flowers for Mother's Day. She spent over $100 and got a value that was half that price. My rose fell to pieces at 9 and I got them at 10:30 that morning I was so very disappointed that if they were low in stock then they should have made it up in another or at least call the customer to inform them that there is a lack of stock for the demands, Very disappointed with the lack of compassion

We were certain that we wanted to work with Flowers Cornwall for our wedding because we had overall positive experiences with this business on other occasions. Even though we had a bit of an idea about the colour and type of flower that we wanted at the ceremony and reception, we had a difficult time in articulating exactly what our vision was. When we met with Robert, he was very patient and asked us about our preferences and what we liked. From there, we were able to decide on bouquets, boutonnières and centrepieces that fit with our overall theme. Robert is also very honest in telling you what he can provide for you based on your budget. On the big day, the bouquets and boutonnières were simply beautiful and the centrepieces were absolutely gorgeous. We were extremely happy and we continue to hear positive feedback from our guests about the flowers from that day. It’s very obvious that Robert takes great pride in his work and gets really excited when he sees the finished product in the venue. I ordered a flower arrangement online from Flowers Cornwall. Upon speaking with the friend that received the flower arrangement, I found out that Flowers Cornwall did not include all of the items that were to come with the basket. At this time, I called the store explaining the situation and stating that I would not have bought the arrangement had I known that it would just be a basket of flowers. An employee explained that they had a shortage of this item, and that is why it was not included. The employee then referred me to her manager. The manager at Flowers Cornwall was VERY rude, and told me that this shortage was well known, and they should not have to call each individual order and explain that to them. I was told by this manager that everyone who reads a newspaper or listens to the news would know this. The manager then offered to compensate me with $4. I was very unimpressed with this business, but most of all the customer service. I have yet to write a review on anything, but I thought this should be shared.
