Brutal service. I get that it's a busy day, but ordered flowers for Mothers day morning. (Knew she would be home in the AM) Flowers didn't arrive so called at 3, got a call back at 5 saying they were delivered. Asked them if they wanted to do anything to correct the miscue. Rudely told that the service was "reasonable". Will definitely use someone else next time.

Ive never had the pleasure of dealing with this flower shop. But one thing i can say being a bussisnes owner. You cant please everyone. No matter how hard ya try there will always be that one that no matter what ya do they wont be happy. Even if you would have gave a full refund to the one customer. I promise you they would not have put a review saying. I delt with roys and had an issue and omg they were so good they gave me a full refund. Pfffft complainers.

Have never had any issues with this flower shop. Staff has always been friendly and offered great suggestions when I had no idea what I was getting. If you show up early (not the day of whatever holiday), you'll have no need to worry. Wait till the last minute like most, and obviously miss out. None of this is the store's fault. I always keep my flower business with them; love supporting locally.
