I was very disappointed with my order. I’ve order a basket of joy for Mother’s Day and I got a sad metal bucket filled with 3 sad plants instead of flowers and ivy... What’s the point of having pictures on you website when the order doesn’t even look like it. First and last time I’ll order here

Ordered for mother's day this year, mom recieved beautiful Flowers in the base I choose. Not 100% what I envisioned, of course I did choose the option that allowed the florist to make changes depending on availability. Mom was still very pleased with her mother's day surprise. Would order again from these guys.

I would give my experience with Blooms 0 stars if I could. This was my first and last time dealing with this establishment. I received a beautiful plant from my co-workers from Blooms and I was so impressed that I suggested Blooms to my mother as she was looking to purchase a plant to send to my husbands family as his mother just passed away a few days ago. When we arrived at the store we were excited and looking forward to this experience. We walked in and there was one person behind the counter. We were not acknowledged with any welcoming greeting. I said good afternoon and the worker looked up and did not reply. We began looking around and noticed most of the price tags said the price then the words "No pot". Iasked the worker what this meant. She stated it means the plant does not come with the pot, the pot is extra. I could not believe what I heard, I said so you are telling me the pot that the plant is currently potted in, is not included in the tag price, the worker confirmed this information. We continued to work around and I had a few questions. I went to the counter which is not far from the viewing area and waited to be served. There were now 3 people behind the desk and all were talking in what appeared to be in a social conversation with someone who just walked in. No once did anyone turn around or assist us. I told my mom, Let's go, we left and will never return again. I felt so disrespected, I will not recommend this place to anyone and will discuss my experience. Very very disappointed

Staff are more concerned with their phones than the customer. 2 staff behind the counter going out of their way to ignore customers and instead blab about what was on Facebook. Utterly useless. 1st and last time walking through these doors. Will inform everyone who inquires to stear clear of this place.
