My boyfriend tried to get me flowers for my first Mother's Day and they were closed but a guy was inside still, so my boyfriend asked if he could please get some flowers and the guy was very rude telling him no to leave that they are closed on Mother's Day and kicking him out. We will never go again.

Edit: I pointed out my concerns and they were more than apologetic, and offered to correct the issues. Changed to 5 stars. They called my wife to verify she was home...... no surprise for her, I left a time in the special instructions spot????????‍♂️????????‍♂️.... the white roses in the arrangement were already turning brown 3 hours after delivery. Some substitutes appear to have been used from what I ordered. Not a deal breaker but not exactly what I wanted (colors) after 16 years I have always self purchased my wife’s flowers and wanted to try something different. This is a scenario where the first time will be the last time.
