Getting my flowers from Winston's is the highlight of my week. Regardless of how busy, the driver always takes the time to chat with me for a minute and laugh at my stupid jokes they probably heard 18 times that day. During the pandemic, arrangements from Winston's brought alittle outside hopefulness to my space. For that I will be forever grateful.

Went into the Chestnut hill store for a simple bunch of flowers. I was not in a great mood but within seconds was greeted by ( I think her name was Ashley) so pleasant, upbeat. She reminded me tulips need cold water not warm. I assumed she was a manager she was not. She made my day. Great employee. Thank you Marc B
