I paid $77 for an arrangement and the flowers wilted and died in less than 48 hours. They were very pretty the first day, (therefore 2 stars), but a day later, dead. The arrangement barely had any water when delivered. Total waste of money. To top it off, the woman who answered the phone was rude.

The customer service is great! I ordered flowers through one of those online-1-800 places because I'm on the coast and nowhere near my loved one. At 4pm I called to find out about the flowers' eta. Luckily I called them because they said they weren't planning to deliver them by the date I paid to have them delivered. In a panic, I called Weatherford Florist. I was in a terrible mood and desperate. They were so nice to me AND got a beautiful arrangement out at a moment's notice. They fixed a problem someone else created. THANK YOU, Weatherford Florist!!!!!!!

Terrible arrangement . Nothing like what I ordered, and definitely not worth price. One would expect a flower tree arrangement would actually have more than 4 flowers, or a tree that half the needles weren't missing.

I bought a bouquet of roses and paid with a credit card. When they handed me the receipt to sign there was a field for a TIP like restaurants use. seriously?? These folks want a TIP? When I crossed through the tip line and simply put the total ($94.00) on the TOTAL line the clerks were visibly upset. NEVER have I seen such a thing at any other florist anywhere. I will never purchase from again ever!

I called this flower shop and explained what happened and was looking for some beautiful flowers for my mom's birthday. The lady put some together and I'm very pleased with her work.

They did the flowers for our wedding reception. Reasonably priced, beautiful arrangements! The woman that helped us place our order was very knowledgeable and able to suggest alternative, in season flowers when I learned what I had wanted was not available in winter. Our reception was gorgeous thanks to their flowers!! They delivered our order right on time. We had several arrangements of orange roses with purple stock and various in-season greens, plus some loose flowers to go on the wedding cake. No dead, wilting, or broken flowers at all. VERY pleased!!

Not happy at all. I asked for an arrangement for 60.00 price point. I order flowers from another florist at least 3 times or more a year. I was close to this florist and thought I would stop in and have them make one. Understandable they had no flowers available after the memorial day weekend so I had to wait a few hours for their flower delivery, I can't fault them for that. I told the florist it was for my wifes manager it was her last day. I get the call to pick it up and I am immediately not happy but its too late to have them make another one. I get to looking at it closer and it looked like it was rushed and they shoved what they had left in the vase. The small decoration ferns that go on the outside of most arrangements were drooping and looked like they were old. I felt like I paid 65.00 for a 25.00 maybe 30.00 arrangement. If you have a choice look somewhere else. I have actaully seen nicer flowers at grocery stores for lower prices. The arrangment had 4 small yellow roses, white daises and a few other common flowers nothing special.

Completely disappointed. Ordered two corsages and matching Boutineers, although they were pretty, within two hours, all the flowers except one had fallen out of one of the corsages. I'm sure it was very embarrassing for my sons date to have to walk into prom with ribbons only in her corsage, not to mention that it was probably embarrassing to my son that it looked like we bought "cheap" corsages. Contacted the florist by email just to politely tell them that next time they need to make sure that the flowers are secure so that this doesn't happen to someone else. I didn't ask for a refund or anything, but did expect to hear an apology or something and no one ever contacted me.

BEWARE: I paid for 2 dozen, 24 Rose's, almost $200 and my mother in law in the local nursing home got 21, not 24. She can count because she is retired teacher! The florists, Elaine's explanation was pitiful!! Very disappointed that THEY cannot count 2 dozen when they charge so much!! I guess if they keep 3 from every order then they have a free dozen to profit from.

I called Weatherford Florist on a whim to have a nice plant or flowers delivered to my clients in ONE HOUR. Even though they were busy they accommodated me and were very kind about it! I heard the owner or manager in the background, so YES! Let's DO IT!! Mind you, I would not expect any business to do this, but they took it upon themselves to appease my last minute request. They were super nice about it too and even helped on suggestions for what I should send.

Not worth the price. Better off going to Walmart to buy flowers. Wanted 100$ worth of flowers for a funeral. Was promised 4 dozen red assorted flowers. When flowers arrived only 23 flowers placed in a small vase. If I could give zero stars I would. Save your time and money do not go here!

I recieved a modest bouquet from them. The flowers (mostly roses) were gorgeous and even had wonderful scent. They could not have been more considerate or accommodating with the delivery. I live an inconvienient 7 mi outside of town on a gated street. Update.. they went 4 days before showing any decay.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to give to my daughter at her high school graduation from Weatherford florist. The flowers arrived on Saturday afternoon and looked fine. I immediately put them in a vase of water in the refrigerator. By Sunday afternoon they were all completely dead and wilted. I took photos of the wilted flowers and spoke to the manager, Elaine. After she looked at the photos she texted me back and said she could not imagine what happened to those flowers they were not in that condition when they left the store and there’s nothing she can do about it. I won’t use them again. $125 down the drain…

We have used Weatherford Florist for two funerals and numerous other occasions, and we have been very pleased with their arrangements. We actually had several comments at the funerals about the flowers, arrangements, and sprays. Their prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent.

She took my order by phone, sent me a confirmation pic of the order once it was made, and was very helpful in creating what I wanted The price seemed very fair as well. Need flowers?
