I've used them three times so far. First time was when my granddaughter was born, the flowers were so good that come mothers day, both my wife and daughter were blown away by the roses! I'm suitably impressed, the flowers were fantastic, HUGE blooms. I've tried cheaper places, nothing compared to this place! FYI, I see other reviewers complaining about the price of roses. These do NOT compare to cheaper places, I've ordered lots of roses for less money (Costco, even shipped directly from South America to Miami) and even had to get refunds after multiple attempts due to the roses being completely dead and wilted after one-two days. These lasted more than two weeks, and really, in this case, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

I live in North Dakota and wanted flowers for my daughters 1st anniversary for her liver transplant. I just picked a florist off google in her area and it was Watson Flower. I am so glad I did...THEY did an awesome job on getting what I wanted for her. Very personable on the phone and very helpful. Ordering was very simple and straight forward, delivery was right on time (even with a bad address I gave them) and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful!!! I ordered the Teleflora's Artisanal Pinecone Centerpiece - Premium yet when it arrived at my grandparents house this was small and skimpy enough to be the Standard AT BEST. The measurements on the Standard read 15"x16" and the one we received was barely 12"x12". There is no way the arrangement that was delivered is worth the $130 that I paid. I expected this arrangement to be a lot fuller and larger. The premium was pictured to be 15" H x 16 1/4" wide FULL of flowers - which is not what arrived. VERY disappointed in this service.

Recived a center piece as a gift from out of town friends. My wife recived it and was told by the delivery driver it had damage & would be replaced the next day. This was without any comments from us. The damage had to be pointed out to me, I did not notice it. The replacement was delivered as stated. A company commitment to customer is tested when something in wrong. Watson Flower Shops made the product correct and delivered promptly. I'm impressed.

Not all flowers are created equal! I got the most beautiful and large budded roses from Watson's flowers, for my daughter's senior night, as well as matching corsages and a boutonniere. Everyone complimented how beautiful they were. The staff was kind and made the process easy. Extra thought and attention was given to the flowers I ordered. 4 days later and they're even more beautiful. Highly recommend! :)

Went in there to get flowers for my 12 day old daughters funeral. Spoke to Diana and she was very sweet and kind. She was so welcoming and made it so much easier to get things done. Didn't use this company. It's only on the submit screen do you get to see the delivery fee of $15.99, for a delivery location of only a few miles away. Also, I wasn't even able to select next day delivery, the earliest day I could pick was Thursday, today is Tuesday. I definitely expect to pay a delivery fee but not that much. I'll just send a card.
