I have called upon VPF many times to create a unique and colorful arrangement as a nice gift for family members and special friends in the community. This time, I needed a standing spray for our favorite aunt's funeral. I called VPF and told the patient designer all about my 93 y.o. sweet and generous aunt who was taken from us way too soon. I requested an "unbelievably over-the-top, gorgeous spray with the brightest and most cheerful fall colors that you have." As always, VPF delivered just exactly what I wanted and so much more. So I did a goggle search for Florists in the Chapel Hill Area and went with this shop because of it's on line ratings....sight unseen. The Lady was very kind when I told her I wanted to send a "sunny" cheerful arrangement to my sister in the Chapel Hill Hospital and even added in a snack box for her husband who has been at her side. It is hard to sit back and not be able to help when there are so many medical treatments that are out of your control, so sending these items was the least we could do. When my sister sent me a text and told me how gorgeous her flowers were, how they filled the room with a wonderful smell and they brought the outside inside for her....well how can you not be thrilled with a review like that. Except perhaps the text from her husband for the much needed snacks and cheer it brought to him. Thank you all so very much for bringing joy to my loved ones today!!!

Margaret and David at Victoria Park Florist did an amazing job with the flowers for my wedding. When I went to visit Margaret, she treated me to delicious cucumber sandwiches and South African rooibos tea while we chatted. I showed her some pictures of what I was hoping for, and she went back in her shop and made examples of everything! That was incredibly helpful for me, as I have practically no knowledge of flowers. She showed me examples of what my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, and decorations could look like. Her husband David was also exceptionally helpful to me in providing advice on my decoration ideas. On the day of the wedding, Margaret dropped everything off early and in vases with water to keep them looking fresh. My bridal bouquet was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like what I was dreaming of. I cannot thank Margaret enough for all her help in designing the perfect flowers for my wedding day.

I was so very happy with the flower arrangement sent to a close friend whose Mother had passed. Dan was so courteous, understood what I wanted and took care of everything. My friend sent me a “thank you” text with a picture of the arrangement and she had placed a picture of her mother beside it. With people not being able to gather or visit due to COVID-19 (and some time before a memorial service can be held), it made a big difference to me to send her something so beautiful in memory of her mother and for her. I cannnot express how much I love this place and these folks. I wanted my mother to get armfuls of flowers for a few months so she could arrange them herself and have something cheery over the winter. The staff were so easy to work with and made this present effortless for me to arrange -- no hard upsell or anything -- and my mom has been raving about the flowers she's been getting. In addition to the flowers being gorgeous, the amount generous, the flowers are so well wrapped and protected so they arrive fresh and beautiful. My mother got one delivery just around Valentine's Day and it was clear they didn't send any leftovers -- it was a stunning bouquet like every other previous one. Even more, these flowers last -- frequently she'd get a new delivery while flowers from the previous one were still in full bloom. I am so grateful to Victoria Park for making this so easy for me to treat my mother, who just adored each flower delivery.

The online ordering process was quick and simple, and the flowers were delivered just as advertised. I placed an order for my wife at 5:00 PM and it was delivered to her at work the following morning! The order included daisies, tulips, carnations, and mums, and they were all fresh, bright, and perky. The price also seemed very reasonable, although I must say I did not shop around. I will definitely use Victoria Park for future orders!

USE THIS FLORIST!!! I first worked with Victoria Park on the bouquet for my bridal portraits. Everyone there was extremely pleasant, they made exactly what I asked for, and charged a VERY fair price. ON CHRISTMAS EVE my husband filled out an online form to order flowers for me as he had to be away for the holidays. The form said the earliest date they could deliver was the day after Christmas, but he included a note in the comments section of the form asking if there was any way they could deliver them that day, explaining he was out of the country with no way to call them on the telephone. Not only did they deliver them that afternoon, but they were absolutely the most gorgeous flowers in the biggest arrangement I have ever seen outside of a formal event hall or five star hotel lobby. They lasted for over a week, and on DAY TWELVE they still looked so beautiful that I decided to take out the flowers that were past their prime, snip all the stems, and re-do the remaining half in a brand new arrangement with fresh water and flower food. I still had 5 Lily’s (3 colors, plus one bud just starting to open), 2 pink roses, 8 bunches of Peruvian Lily’s, and a smattering of 6 other types of flowers and greenery. I will forever remember this extra special bouquet that truly brought me joy while my husband was away for the holidays, and forever be grateful to Victoria Park Florist!!!

If you're even reading this review, let me save you some time — just call Margaret at Victoria Park Florist right now. Still reading? Then you should know that Margaret is creative, delightful, insightful, and ever so helpful. Every bouquet from Victoria Park is brilliant, interesting, reasonably-priced (even on Valentine's Day), and long-lasting. Every florist at Victoria Park is a real artisan. I could call them on my way into work, tell them how much I had to spend (from single to triple digits), and then ask for something seasonal...or sensual. They'd always include some of my girlfriend's favorite kinds of flowers, which of course they already knew. I'd pick up the arrangement after work, and they were absolutely stunning every time. Often there was some flower I'd never seen before...seriously, about once a month Margaret showed me something beautiful that I'd never seen before and i shared it with my lovely girlfriend. THAT alone was worth buying those bouquets. And I did so for years. Now I live in Richmond, and so far no shop compares to Margaret and Victoria Park Florist....Maybe they'll deliver up here?

So I asked Margaret to make a lot of greens including mint and diverse kinds of flowers of one purple tone with a gray colored ribbon. Very satisfied with Victoria Park Florist service for my injured daughter. An accident left her injured in UNC Hospital. I live in Arizona and couldn't get out to see her right away. Not knowing any resources in NC, I chose Victoria Park to deliver flowers and gifts for me. They got them to her within a couple of hours and she loved them all. My mother sent me an arrangement for my birthday one year topped with a beautiful bird of paradise that lasted for much longer than I expected and was full of color. I was so very pleased with Victoria Park Florist that I decided to leave my first ever review using my daughter's Google account. My 91 year old aunt fell and broke her hip and was hospitalized in Chapel Hill. I knew of no florist there, so I checked out the reviews of various local florists. Victoria Park had good ratings, so I called and talked with David. He was so nice and knowledgeable!! I asked for an arrangement using sunflowers because they scream happiness. He had no sunflowers at the time, but he called around to his suppliers in order to get them just because that is what I wanted. Who else would do that!? My aunt said the arrangement was stunning and all her visitors (including the nurses) raved about them. The flowers were delivered the same day they were ordered, and they were purchased at a very good price point! Thank you to everyone at Victoria Park Florist!

I have been the recipient of more then 20 of the most beautiful and incredible floral arrangements from this wonderful florist over the past 5 years, thanks to my AMAZING boyfriend. Each time the flowers show up at my office I am even more surprised and astonished then the time before and I cannot believe how they continue to top themselves each and every time and without breaking your bank wide open. I finally got to be the sender for once last week and I called them up and requested that they put together a large basket full of candies and cookies for the love of my life as a birthday surprise to his work. And boy or boy did the Victoria Park Team deliver! The basket was and is still incredible almost a week later...so full of the most yummy and huge variety of chocolates and candies and cookies...I just couldn't believe it. I am beyond pleased and could not and would not recommend a more perfect florist to order your special surprises from.

My family got an arrangement sent to us by friends from Victoria Park, and they are absolutely gorgeous. They are perfectly arranged with a fantastic compliment of color, and a pleasant, fresh smell. Victoria Park goes above and beyond with their professionalism and quality, even in these trying times. I've gotten flowers from them before myself, and they were nothing but warm and friendly. An excellent business all in all. My only qualm is mostly unrelated to their services, and not worth removing a star for, as it's not going to be a concern for everyone. We've unfortunately had to lock this beautiful bouquet in the bathroom because we have cats, and lilies are notoriously toxic to these furry little friends. Our friends who sent these likely had no way of knowing, and it's not a business's responsibility to account for their recipients animal situation, I just wish it was easier for someone to find out if a bouquet is pet friendly or not. Most people don't even know until it's too late. Again, not a judgement on Victoria Park, they do great work and this is an element not commonly considered. They make excellent bouquets for every occasion. But if you have cats, skip arrangements with lilies and research what other plants might not be safe for your pets. I'm sure Victoria Park would be more than happy to help you arrange a bouquet that's perfectly safe for Fluffy.

I spoke with Margaret & she was such a delight to work with! She helped me decide on the best dish garden & explained how the lilies would be added. She even checked with their supplier to be sure the one I chose would be available on the day I needed it. And she called me back to let me know. She was very helpful & especially pleasant & professional. And best of all the arrangement was delivered yesterday right on time & it is gorgeous! The dish garden is large & full & the star gazer lilies are amazing. There are about 8 large blooms on one stem & several are unopened.
