I was hoping for something that looked like the photo, with taller skinner cactus’, we got two super flat ones that are super soft, and look like they might fall apart soon. It was nice they called to see if someone was home before they came by. **update the small cactus died after having it for two days, it had a blue tinge to it, maybe a rot?? It was bottom left in the photo**

They always do an excellent job when I order birthday and Christmas arrangements for my grandma! They’ve even helped pull off some deliveries at the very last minute - like I call in the afternoon and someone will still deliver that same day. Thank you Vaillant! (Oh and their website is awesome! Super easy ordering and last time I added a box of chocolates to it. Also really fair prices!)

Ordered flowers and they were delivered on the wrong date. I ordered them off the website and specifically chose a certain date, and was not informed at any point that the delivery date you choose on the website will not necessarily be the one they are delivered on. I would have appreciated this disclosed when ordering.

I see my review about the poor service we received from your shop in May has been deleted! Well, here's an update: my sister got the bill from your shop which supposedly included a free upgrade to compensate for your mishandling of this order and the delivery of a heavily damaged plant... $73.45 for an Anthurium and not even in a nice pot...just a cheap plastic one. The first one, which we returned, was in a pretty ceramic pot. Was just going to let it go already until she told me about the outrageous charge. Next time we'll go to metro...they had lovely Anthuriums for $20. Undamaged. Continuing to be an unsatisfied customer.

I paid for an an upgraded larger bouquet and dd not feel that the bouquet delivered was anywhere close to an $80 bouquet. It had four roses, a bunch of lilies and some gerbers with fill. I would not use Valliant again.

We have been ordering from Vaillant for several years. We are from out of town and it is great to have someone to rely on. Other places the flowers are dead in a day or two. Not Valliant always fresh and beautiful. Great Wed site. Great selection. Delivered on time. Only place to order flowers in Thunder Bay. Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

Unfortunately when my mother received the flowers, they were not in the greatest of shape. It seemed there was a real lack of care and well-being for the flowers. We cannot say if that was the fault the delivery person or the flowers were in this state when leaving the shop. I am happy to revise the review with a more positive note. The florist did replace the flowers immediately following my concerns.

Over the last few years I have been using this company to send my nanny flowers, I live in Alberta and rarely see her. Vaillant florists have been amazing!!! Fast delivery times and exceptional service, not to mention unbeatable prices!!!! my nanny has always called me to let me know just how gorgeous the arrangements are! They also last such a long time! I ordered flowers to be delivered ON MOTHER'S DAY, which is always a Sunday. They came Saturday. When asked why, I was told "We don't normally deliver on Sundays"...which is what was promised when I ordered. If you cannot deliver on the busiest floral day of the year, then I'm not sure what business you think you're in, but this is unacceptable.

Wanted to leave 0 stars but forced to leave 1 star my exsperience with this florist has been horrific, terrible customer service and terrible serivice all around.Today was Valentine's Day and I ordered a vase of a dozen roses to be delivered to my wife's work to surprise her, at 4:30pm I picked up my wife and the roses had not arrived so I called the florist and they told me that they were delivered "NOPE"! After tracking the flowers down they assumed my wife's work was open later so they dident deliver them til no one was there but one lady that was late leaving the office and was locking up. After a long debate on the phone with the florist which I assume was the owner or the manager because I was transphered from one lady to the next it was stated that nothing could be done other then a 10$ rebate or they could send out chocolates the next day so in the end I payed 90$ for roses that were prob inflated at least 50% and dident receive them on the day that they were suppost to be delivered! I high recommend that Vaillant Florist change there website because it says 100% satisfaction guaranteed and I'm NOT satisfied at all!!! Horrible Experience would 100% not recommend this florist!!!

I On the Vaillant Florist website in Dec 13 2015 I placed 2 orders of birthday flowers. I then received 2 confirmations stating with tax, the total mount of each order. On receiving my statement from MasterCard, I noticed 2 separate withdrawals by Vaillant Florist of $11.00 each. When I called I was told that it was a normal service charge that was added by the delivery person. I emailed Vaillant Florists copies of the confirmation along with their website advertisement stating WE DO NOT CHARGE SERVICE FEES as requested. I was told that they would have someone look into it. NOW SINCE THEY DID NOT MAKE THE CHARGE ON MY MASTERCARD ....... WHO ALL OUTSIDE THEIR STORE DO THEY AUTHERISE TO USE A CUSTOMERS CARD>>>>>>>>> BEWARE OF WHAT COMPANIES THAT YOU GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO >>>>> AS OF YET I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REPLY OR REGRET FROME THEM GOOD LUCK ALEX SMITH
