We met Kelly back in Dec when planning for a big wedding in July 2020. Due to Covid, the plans changed dramatically and Kelly was ever so patient with the month to month changes. Kelly made the most stunning wedding bouquets and boutonnieres that incorporated dipped eucalyptus in rose gold. Absolutely stunning! Recommend The Planted Arrow for any occasion. I ordered flowers online to be delivered to my mom for Mother's Day since I couldn't see her myself due to the pandemic. The flower arrangement was absolutely gorgeous, but on top of that the delivery driver was so cheerful and sincere in wishing her a happy mother's day that it really felt like he was saying it to her on my behalf. She was so thrilled with everything when she called me after they were dropped off, but the wonderful delivery service is what really set this apart from ordering flowers from elsewhere. Thank you Planted Arrow for helping make mother's day in lockdown still feel like a special occasion!

I cannot rave enough about the incredible service that Kelly and the team at The Planted Arrow provide! Above and beyond doesn’t even feel like it does them justice! Kelly did the flower arrangements for our wedding in the summer of 2019. My review of how incredible that experience was and how beautiful the arrangements were is in the string of other amazing reviews here but isn’t the reason for this new review, though this is relevant. I recently decided I would take up caring for plants. I finally have the space for them and was looking for some good starter plants that would be beautiful, fairly easy to maintain and come in a beautiful decorative pot as I was overwhelmed with the options of sizes, styles, etc. In short, I had no idea what I was doing so the full package felt like a great place to start. I emailed Kelly thinking “there is no way she will remember us, our wedding was almost a year and a half ago”. Not only did she remember us and the amazing arrangements she put together for our wedding but she even remembered that we got married on the hottest day of the year. Knowing that she cares this much about her customers is amazing. I had picked out a few plants I really liked and gave her the list of ones I was interested in while mentioning my excitement for a pick me up after a tough couple of weeks. Might I also mention the response time to my email was within 10 minutes. I’m a bit out of range of where they deliver but Kelly was willing and able to make it happen as an exception and completely made my entire week! They were delivered today and are absolutely amazing! The added touch of a little surprise gift and a hand written note took an already incredible, heartwarming and uplifting experience over the edge! To say I’m thankful and appreciative of the effort, care, and incredible customer service is an understatement! Thank you so much for bringing a huge smile to my face and brightening my week! You truly are the definition of an incredible business owner who cares about her customers and goes the extra mile.

If there were negative stars - that's what we would give. My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my work from The Planted Arrow. They weren't sure if they would be able to deliver on the Friday so he told them that's okay and that he understood they were busy (it was 11am on Friday when he called) so he said not a problem and that Saturday delivery to our home would be just fine. When he placed the order he was very specific and said he wanted at least three orchids, no roses and nice greenery. He specifically called to ensure he could explain exactly what he wanted so there would be no confusion. The woman said no problem and gave him a breakdown that orchids are $20 each, delivery was $20 and he said to include at least 3 orchids as the main flower and to dress up the bouquet with greenery, etc and specifically NO roses. She said that a nice bouquet would typically cost around $120 to which my husband replied, "that's perfect." The bouquet was delivered to our home Saturday afternoon and the bouquet consisted of 1 small yellow orchid, 3 roses and some greenery. When I thanked my husband for the flowers and he hadn't seen them yet, he said were you impressed with the arrangement (he was excited as he knows orchids are my favorite flower). I said yes they are beautiful and he said well what was in it? I said roses and an orchid and he was not happy as he was very specific with his order. He then called the store and explained that the bouquet was not at all what he asked for and he thought it was ugly. He told the woman he did not want a refund or anything for free but as a business owner he wanted her to know that he was not satisfied at all. She then went on to criticize my husband's taste and said, "well next time you order I will know you are more traditional and prefer that over a tropical arrangement." Whenever she started criticizing his taste and explaining to him that she was the one who made the arrangement herself and kept insisting that it was his taste that was the problem, he just wanted to get off the phone. Needles to say there won't be a next time. We are a firm believers in NEVER posting negative reviews until you give the company a chance to redeem themselves (a simple apology would have been sufficient or a replacement) however that was not the case here and we will never be recommending The Planted Arrow to any of our friends and/or family.

Kelly did my wedding flowers including bouquets, boutonnières and decor. She was so fantastic to work with. We had to postpone as a result of the pandemic and she was made the postponing process so easy and was incredible easy to communicate with. When we planned the second time around I had essentially changed all my ideas for decor and she was so patient and helped guide my ideas. A huge thanks to Kelly and the team from The Planted Arrow for the beautiful work on all the flowers for our daughter's wedding. Kelly is a pleasure to work with and open to discuss our ideas and worked well with our wedding planner. We used (rented) faux greenery for the long tables as well as some on the sweetheart table & backdrop. She was open to this idea (saves time (hers!) and money (ours!) and cuts down on waste) and collaborated with Sandra at Plenty of Pretty to bring the look together by adding real flowers. She delivered on all areas exactly as promised which takes a ton of stress off everyone's shoulders! Small town service with current/professional designs contributed to a day we won't forget.

Kelly has a beautiful shop! She has lots of healthy plants and flowers for all occasions. The ZZ and snake plant I purchased this year came in beautiful pots and are thriving, even with no natural light. She helped me find plants that would work for inside of our store after we discussed the conditions where they would be living. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
