I am always skeptical that any arrangement I order on-line or by phone will not be exactly has described. I was totally impressed with the professionalism that was displayed by the owner Debbie. I ordered a delivery for my mom’s birthday, paid got the conformation and that’s it! NO DELIVERY TIME FRAME OR UPDATES!! I ordered internationally as their website support!! And asked to be contacted by email. The flowers weren’t delivered and they won’t answer my emails and I can’t call them because I’m not willing to pay the cost of international call. Ruined the surprise I planned and scammed my money! Definitely won’t ever order from them and recommend you won’t either…

Had a very good experience. There was an error on my initial order and it was not delivered on the day I had wanted it. When I called to complain, everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that the order arrived as soon as possible. They added extra flowers to the arrangement and also went to the trouble of emailing me a photo of the bouquet that was delivered to my mom. I will use this florist again.

I Googled Winnipeg Florists and tried to pick a location close to the recipient but being from Toronto I was only guessing and Debra took care of everything including arranging delivery that arrived well before the deadline. I had 3 types of flowers I wanted in the arrangement and she got creative to great reviews from the recipient. Hoping from 1000 miles away that it will be spectacular is always a crap shoot but the arrangement was described as "gorgeous"! If I'm in the Peg Deb I will drop in and say hi....thanks a million

I received a delivery of a bouquet today. Being the recipient I can't compare what was ordered to what was received. But I must say my arrangement is absolutely gorgeous and stunning. Red roses in among some other flowers, including lilies which will no doubt be incredible in the next few days when they open. We had ordered flowers for a delivery out of town 4 days in advance. They sent us a note the same day it was supposed to be delivered saying they couldn’t do it and sent a refund to our credit card. Brutal! We had to scramble to find another florist.

My husband received an advertisement email from The Flower Lady with a reminder to order Mother’s Day flowers. He requested a delivery date of the Friday before Mother’s Day, to beat the rush of the weekend. His credit card was charged and his online status said “pending delivery”... for over a week. The flowers were never delivered and he was never contacted. He reached out a couple of times and eventually got an apology. After a complicated process, he also received a refund. No further explanation than “we were slammed for Mother’s Day” was received and nothing else was offered to make it right. I didn’t ever receive Mother’s Day flowers. Very poor experience all around.

If you need flowers for any occasion The Flower Lady is the place to go. Tracy and her staff are great. They were able to recreate my mother's wedding bouquet for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary last summer. Today I called for two bouquets of flowers to brighten the day for a friend and my mom. Not overly impressed. Ordered a mothers day bouquet to be delivered and they sent the wrong one. (Ordered a butterfly and blossoms bouquet which is supposed to be very colourful, but my step-mom got a pure a yellow and white one that was not at all the same style). They offered to take 10% off my next order but don't think i'll be ordering again.

I ordered an arrangement for my best friend. I asked for a specific colour flower at online ordering. I received a call the next day apologizing as the flower was available but in the owner's opinion was not of adequate quality to send. Debbie impressed me by having an alternate suitable suggestion and taking the extra time to ensure the flowers would impress! I will not hesitate to order from.her again ????
