I ordered get well flowers online for next day delivery. I selected a date for the following week. They kindly called to confirm the date! That would have been an awful mistake. It's those little things that make a huge difference! Great service and product!

Ordered a single red rose for an anniversary. Staff were very helpful & friendly with arranging the contactless pickup. The rose was beautiful! Wrapped up nicely with ferns and a red ribbon. 10/10 would recommend (and will probably be back myself in the future)

I agree with matt Vieira! They are rude people, they give attitude and said "they would be much happier selling they're products to another customer" they messed up on my flower arrangement, and expected me to pay for it! Plus they told me "I don't know what good flowers look like" pathetic!

The actual bouquet had nothing to do with the online picture. Looked very cheap and not worth the $100 cost. I felt embarrassed sending it to someone special. During delivery, I asked them to leave it in front of the person's home; instead, they left it at the neighbour's house without even checking back with me if it was OK to do so. I strictly asked for it to be left at the front door. I tried contacting the florist shop later to say all this, and they yelled at me then hung up the phone, as if I had no right to express dissatisfaction.

Disappointed in the lack of customer service. I had called a day in advance for an arrangement of 1 dozen roses in a box. The representative on the other line requested to have a credit card for the charge to take place immediately. Understandable. Unfortunately, I had left my wallet at home and needed the order in as the place was going to close beforehand. I assured her that I will be in the next day as it was a gift. The representative became very rude and would not make an exception and began to rush me off the phone. I had come the next day in hopes of getting it in person, did not get greeted but rather rudely confronted. The elder lady would not give me a second to look through the balloon options and kept repeating how much the flower arrangements came up to and asked how I'd like to pay numerous times. I was never once asked about my preference in how I would I like the arrangement to look, nor colour of the ribbon. Overall, just a bad experience. I would not recommend this place. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the flowers were fresh and had water tubes attached to every single rose.

Horrible customer service. I Called before going and they gave an old flower, when I asked respectfully for another one, they snatched it away rudely as if they are doing me a favor Never do business with disrespectful people, Would never come here again, better flowers and service elsewhere.

Don't EVER use this florist. I went in in the morning and paid $100 to have an anniversary bouquet delivered to my wife this afternoon, and they didn't deliver it! Now instead of looking great I look like a jerk! Thank you for ruining my anniversary.

Flowers are disappointing. I had to ask my fiancé to never use them again. He said no green flowers and I practically only got green flowers. They argued that he said no greenery. He called from the other side of the world to make sure there were no green flowers. He knows I can't stand green flowers. It's ugly to look at. They don't care. The bouquet looks nothing like anything on their site, I had to ask which one it was. It was the lowest "fashionista", (over $100), but mine came with three small roses instead of the 9 showing on the smallest bouquet. I asked about it, she said "He didn't want to spend a lot of money on you so we had to make it small". Brutal.

I placed an order through Streetsville Florist's website, which was super easy and simple. The online calendar system showed me the options I had for delivery and the soonest was 3 days out, which wasn't a problem at as I had no timing preferences in this case. In the afternoon of the day I placed the order, I had a call from them and the lovely lady told me she could deliver the flowers the next day...which was Mother's Day! Thanks to Streetsville Florist, they took my simple "get well" gesture and turned into something even more special for the recipient...who is my customer, a mom and is going through a very difficult health situation. Needless to say it made a huge impact on this lady's day :) Thank you Streetsville Florist!!! I will definitely be placing my future orders with you!

BEST LADIES IN THE FLOWER BUSINESS. I am a son, a little brother and a forgetful boyfriend, so I buy a lot of Flowers, and I have purchased from Store in Port Credit, to Meadowvale, but this little flower shop is a cut above the rest! You can order flowers and expect them to look as immaculate as you imaged. 10/10

We had a wedding september 11th and Marta made us the most beautiful bouquets and flower arrangements. I live in Ottawa and got married in Missasauga and we communicated via text, and I simply sent Marta pictures and she absolutely nailed it. Everyone commented on how the beautiful the flowers were and I highly reccomend her services for any weddings or special occasions!

Used them twice this month for two birthday bouquets arrangements . One was for delivery and the other one for pickup. Very happy with what we received: the bouquets were neatly put together, the flowers were fresh and even tho some of the flowers in the arrangements were substituted- it still turned out great. I arrived for my pickup 5 min later and the bouquet was waiting for me in their pick up area as promised. I liked the quick and no-touch service due to Covid. Will definitely use them again!

I am very disappointed...I ordered Mother’s Day flowers and they never reach the house. I tried to call and they aren’t answering my calls. They told me to wait until 3pm and it’s 4 pm yet the flowers I ordered did not reach. Very disappointing and really bad customer service.

Excellent customer service. They were able to deliver a beautiful garden in a hammered copper pot to my mother for Mother's Day, despite the limited availability of plants/flowers due to COVID. The woman who took my call gave me a number of options, price points and delivery dates. My mother loved it and said was beautiful. There were a variety of colourful flowers and greens and a safe delivery process. Thank you so much for helping me to reach out to my mom during these difficult times.

I am not sure how someone could say a bad thing about this place. I always get the best help with bringing my ideas to life. I go in with a creative idea in mind and it comes out ten times better than I thought it would. I went in to order flower centrepieces for my friends wedding 4 days before the actual wedding and I told them what she wanted, Sue showed me an option which I thought was nice and thought that my friend would like, I got the confirmation from her and so she proceeded to order the centrepieces with some of the flowers being spray painted. On the day I picked them up and thought they looked so beautiful and my friend absolutely loved it. I will recommend this florist to everyone, the prices were also really great. Thank you so much for making the experience wonderful and adding beauty to the day :)
