I can't say enough nice things about Sherwood Florist. Aside from the fact that their arrangements are beautiful, and turnaround is fast......can we talk Customer Service? These are some of the nicest people I have ever interacted with, and I've been on the planet quite awhile. Last week, I stopped by to pick up a plant for a friend, and realized the doors were locked. I turned to go away, and one of the associates shook her head NO, as in NO I'm letting you in. WHO DOES THAT????? She opened the door to me after hours and took care of me, in that same pleasant, efficient manner that all of them do. I can't recommend this business highly enough.

I ordered a potted orchid to be delivered to my mom at a skilled nursing facility and requested that it be delivered at a certain time. Not only did they deliver at that time, but they made sure that she received it. My mom was stunned at how beautiful and breathtaking the blooms were and the pot and ribbon enhanced the arrangement. Everyone that walks by her room stops and asks about them. They even come in and have to touch it to make sure it is real. Thank you for such an easy and perfect way to brighten up her stay.

I ordered a bouquet for a friend without knowing she had recently moved. Sherwood contacted me immediately when they had a failed delivery. Unfortunately, my friend moved out of their delivery area and frankly, I thought I was going to have to eat the $200. But, they were amazing and was able to identify a closer florist and gave them all the instructions I had given on the type of arrangement that I preferred and my friend was extremely happy as was I. Ordered an arrangement on behalf of my boss to my coworker and she loved it. I requested next day and 1st delivery an hour prior to closing the evening before without hassle. My coworker adored her birthday arrangement and the woman I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful. The bouquet of bright yellows was very well received. I'm from out of town and was concerned that the image on the website might not match reality. I was told it would match, and the picture that the recipient sent me of the arrangement corroborated. Very pleasing, and I will continue to do business here. Flowers were delivered timely as well.
