My true and honest response… Around the first Saturday of April last month, I was supposed to go dinner, as I had everything setup but unfortunately it got cancelled due to the lockdown. When I told them what’s what, they understood and delivered the most gorgeous flowers to the lovely girl. A fantastic business! Great cutomer service from beginning to end. While I understand that substitutions maybe inevitable, I wished that the flowers came a bit closer to what I ordered which was Serene Paradise in Premium (right photo). The flowers delivered was the left photo. Can't tell by the photo if it was the Premium size but my niece loved the flowers (but don't we all?). Terrible Service! I placed an order for delivery on Dec 24th (today). I received an email confirming the order and payment in full. This morning I received an email saying the order was summarily cancelled with no explanation given and a refund was issued. Now I have to scramble to find a replacement last minute! That is absolutely terrible servce. I would NOT recommend them or plan to use them ever again. Addendum - the business called me for this review!! The gentleman was quite displeased and stated that they are based in Mississauga and the distance to Brockville is too far. I advised him that his website should not accept and process orders including accepting payment if they are not able to fulfill the order, which seems very basic. Then cancelling on the morning the order is to be delivered left me stuck with no other florists available. Hopefully they will address this IOT avoid disappointing customers in future by not accepting orders they cannot fulfill.

Usually I have a good experience with this place , but my last time ordering for mother's day has been a disaster. Have not received one of the items that I paid for via their website. The store doesn't pick up the phone despite calling 7 times in 2 days , and voicemail is full. I emailed them and never heard back, the store was closed when I went in person. I sent them a message on Facebook and not heard back. I will be disputing the entire charge with my bank and have it reversed. Will not be using their store again. EDIT (May 11,2020): Store owner called me shortly after the review, promised a refund. EDIT (May 14,2020): Received free roses and a chocolate box. Much appreciated. Restored my faith in the store.

I would especially like to make mention of Minnie an employee of the shop who went above and beyond my expectations. She was polite, patient and courteous. Saw this place through a Google search and decided to pass by. Customer service and value are amazing! We were looking for a sympathy floral arrangement but we were unsure what to get. He showed us what he can put together in our price range and they were able to do it in 15 minutes, while we waited. For the price we paid, we got more than we could of asked for. An arrangement like this would of cost us way more somewhere else. On top of that, the guy (not sure if he was the owner/manager) gave my daughter a balloon while we waited. Having taken on the assignment of ordering the flowers, but not really knowing where to start, I nervously stopped in her shop on a whim. I was struck immediately by her personable approach. After that first visit I felt very confident about working with Sue. Over a series of several visits, Sue took the bits and pieces of information I had (a few Pinterest pictures the bride had selected, pictures of the venue, and some colour samples) and she very capably put it all together to produce an end result that was perfectly lovely! Not only that, Sue went above and beyond, doing even more work than contracted and making every effort to keep the costs as affordable as possible. I live in Miami FL and I called select Flowers in missauga ont. It was about 5pm. I asked it they can make a delivery by 7. He asked for the address and said yes. Between 7-7:30 at about 7:20 I call back to see if the flowers was going to get there on time. The man said they are waiting for the flowers to be delivered before they close the store. The flowers did get delivered on time and he called me back and let me know. I thought that was so good. The service that this store provides is by far the best I have seen in a long time. The lovely man on the phone was extremely attentive, thorough and efficient, as well as polite. Select Flowers Park Royal went "the extra mile", quite literally. I had asked for a little Canadian flag to be part of the arrangement I ordered. The proprietor phoned me a while later to tell me they had gone to a couple of local shops on my behalf, after finding out that they did not have such an article in their own store. He told me they were having a bit of trouble finding a little flag. I thanked him for his efforts and advised him not to worry. He insisted he would keep trying to find a little Canadian flag for my arrangement. A short while later their beautiful arrangement was delivered to my door by a very nice young man. In the arrangement, their were TWO little Canadian flags AND a cute tiny banner with the word Canada on it, all placed perfectly in the floral arrangement. I gave the arrangement to my cousin the next morning, and she loved it. As I post this review the arrangement is now nearly three days old and my cousin says it still looks fresh and beautiful. In addition to that, their was no delivery charge (if I'm not mistaken local deliveries are free of charge). Do check out their website as they have quite an extensive selection to choose from. I have never been so disgusted in my life. We came to Select flowers on truscott drive to buy bereavement flowers for my nephews funeral. We spent over $1500 on funeral flower arrangements. The lady at the counter had the nerve to say to my mother, a grieving grandma, that " she heard that the death took place because of drugs"!!! DISGUSTING!! TO SAY THIS TO THE GRANDA OF A MURDERED TEENAGE BOY ! A BOY THAT WAS THE SWEETEST MOST LOVING BOY , THAT HAD THE BEST LIFE! A boy in grade 9 , that loved to play video games and stay home with his family and a boy that was looked up to by his 2 younger siblings! THE NERVE!!! FOR HER TO BELIEVE SUCH HORRIBLE RUMORS!!!! SHE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THIS BOY THAT WAS MURDERED !!!! TAKEN FROM HIS FAMILY! I will be contacting head office about this. I am absolutely appalled. Not to mention one of the arrangements delivered to the funeral home was wilted and dying !! That had plastic forks stuck in it to hold it up!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

I ordered a flower assembly for my wife, the mother of our two kids, on Mother's day. The flower assembly arrived mid day, it was literally very cold perhaps from being kept in a cooling room. The dissapointing part was that none of the flowers were open. I expected when ordering flowers for a specific occasion I would get something where all or most flowers are actually open, but they look like they need still a day or two. As a consequence, the flower arrangement I paid 70 dollars for unfortunately does now show value for the money paid for it. I honestly just placed it in a slightly discreet spot and asked my wife not to look at it. Not ordering here again unless I get a refund or a gift card to make it up.

Ordering On-Line - Terrible Idea, especially if you wish to have the flowers delivered at a certain time!! I have no issues with the quality of the flowers but the delivery experience was unacceptable. I ordered the flowers on line (a week ahead) for our Executive Coordinator, on behalf of the other Executives, for 'Admin Day'. Naturally, I assumed that they would arrive sometime in the morning, as any flower shop with any basic business knowledge should know that people are at work generally by 9am, and that these gifts are typically given out in the morning. Wrong Assumption!! I called @ 11 to find out where they were, and they said they would be there after lunch. Our VP of HR also called a few times. The flowers didn't arrive until 4pm.!!! It was very embarrassing, as our Admin thought we had all forgot. After lunch I had to tell her they were coming, which completely ruined the surprise and further, it made it seem like we 'did' forget' and that we just ordered the flowers over lunch. I will never do this again - and I wish the flower shop was transparent regarding their shipping policies. Bad experience!!

Beautiful arrangement sent for a birthday. The flowers were brilliant purple tulips with purple and yellow roses, and large white Gerber daisies. After a few days the yellow roses hadn’t opened and started to droop. The store owner immediately sent over a dozen beautiful orange roses apologizing for the ones that died. amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this store for your flower arrangements. I went to Select Flowers and I found that the owner, Sue, was amazing. She was super polite and provided great service. So I ended up ordering flowers from her and agreed to pick up the following day. The following day, I went and picked up the flowers and I was amazed. You get great value for your money with Sue.

Recently found this gem of a service. The staff was courteous, professional and pleasant to deal with. My order was placed in their handsm the arrangement arove within the timeframe they quoted. The only issue I have is the reciprients gratitude for the gorgeous arrangement, she loved it so much it warranted not only a text but a call.. one would think she had recieved a winning lottery ticket as she never calls or texts.. Such a wonderful feeling to deal with a company who makes it so pleasant an experience that you want to use them again, rather then we will use them because we could do worse..

I ordered a plant as a get well present from Select florist they delivered it but nobody was home and they left it outside the door and neighbor took it in to keep it safe. We thought it had not been delivered, the neighbor, just took it over later and gave it to my sons girlfriend. The plant is gorgeous and the container that it’s in is beautiful. I cannot believe that the owner of Select flowers took the time and trouble to personally contact me and my sons girlfriend and was willing to deliver another plant free of charge. This is a very respectable and good florist to order from please give them your business

My wife and I highly commend Hemza, the owner, and his wife for their excellent service this evening. He went far beyond the call of duty which will be explained below. Today is the birthday for my wife's oldest sister. Upon placing our order, Hemza's wife immediately recognized the significance of the flowers and expressed her determination to make the arrangement very pretty. We were impressed with her sensitivity and her friendly manner. So when it came time for delivery, the birthday girl was away from the house. Hemza, who was delivering the flowers, contacted us telling us that no one was at home and that he could not deliver the flowers. My wife attempted to contact her sister several times while Hemza patiently waited. He truly wanted the birthday girl to get her flowers on her birthday. Contact was unsuccessful so she agreed that Hemza would redeliver the flowers in the morning. Less than ten minutes later we received a call telling us that the flowers had been given. Hemza voluntarily stayed for a while longer and the birthday girl arrived home. She was totally delighted with the flowers and with the flowers ordered by another sister. We live in Texas and were extremely impressed with the consideration and service provided for us out of towners. These are very good people to work with and they are obviously sincere about serving others. Thank you so much. You brought joy into someone's life.
