U guys have been so great to our family in need.!! U have done such a beautiful job on the flower arrangements for my grandmothers passing!! I came to u the night before the service and u came through and delivered these arrangements. U stayed open late for me to come in after hrs to meet. The quality of the flowers are consistently excellent. In this picture, I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day from ProFlowers and Roma. The rose on the left is ProFlowers. The rose on the right is from Roma. A lot of the stems and petals from ProFlowers come broken in my experience. I’ve never had this happen once I started getting all of my flowers from Roma. Great and friendly staff!

For some I have ever been inside this little gem. Anthony did a couple of arrangements for a funeral service for me and they were beautiful. He took extra time to make sure that the flowers he was going to use or what I were looking for and delivered them on time. They were exactly what was ordered. He has a very big selection and some of the biggest mums I have ever seen.

Roma crafted my bouquet for my wedding. I gave a him a picture of what I wanted and he made the dream come true. The white cascade bouquet was absolutely beautiful! I was blown away! He made the bouquet so full and did not skimp on using tons of flowers! Stunning! Highly recommend!

I had flowers delivered over the Christmas holiday and I was amazed at the incredible response I got from all the guest at the party! Some of the quest sent me photos of the amazing arrangement Roma florist sent and the quality of the flowers was superb and they delivered the flowers in a small window of time that I requested. I had a really great experience ordering from Roma florist. I placed an order online around noon and 3-4 hours later my order was delivered. The flowers were amazing and so fragrant. More than a week later they still look and smell great. I received an text message a day later from anthony thanking me! He was very gracious and grateful. I in return couldn't thank him enough for following up. I would highly recommend ordering from Roma florist, not only for their amazing selection and how long they last but also their customer service.

I called at 6pm to do a last minute delivery. The drivers were all leaving, but Anthony took my order to do the delivery because he's a genuinely great person. Anthony could of been like a couple florists I called before because I don't know the area. They all said too late call tomorrow. Everyone should get their flowers from here. Great flowers and a truly incredible staff. Thank you Anthony for knowing how important it was to get the flowers to my friend that night. You're a great person. 5 Stars all the way!!!!!

Best florist in town. I highly suggest going here. They are the friendliest people in town and will make sure you have the best possible flowers. I've been going to them for 8 years now. Stop by often to pick up flowers just because who doesn't enjoy having nice flowers around the house.

I live right down the street from Roma, and after the experience I had this week, I will never be shopping there again. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The outside of the shop is very poorly maintained, dead plants on display (mind you these were outdoor plants and it’s the end of season with the cool weather coming in), there were leaves everywhere and clearly was not swept, but I pass by this place every single day on my way home so I decided to give it a shot and see if their flower arrangements would be any good. I purchased a $50+ arrangement of flowers, and within 48 hours of bringing them home, the flowers wilted and died. I am not new to flowers. As a homeowner, I have a vase of fresh flowers on my dining room table at all times. I typically opt in for a grocery store bouquet, and arrange them in my own vase, but I thought I’d try something different. So I went back to the shop on Friday (it was the soonest I could get there because of my work schedule) and showed the woman at the counter that within 48 hours of purchasing the bouquet they all died. She was extremely rude to me, and kept repeating “I don’t know” every time I said any sentence to her. Overall, I would not recommend shopping at this florist. You will get a better quality arrangement for half the price by going to Stop & Shop. Picture with the bear is the day they were brought home. Second picture was 2 days later. Not even a full 48 hours.

From the first call to seeing the flowers, fantastic customer service, even the facility where delivered, was impressed! Betty (?) was extremely helpful and kind. For the size of the arrangement (very large) the cost was more than reasonable. Thank you

Stopped in really quick to get a bouquet for my Mom"s birthday I didn't really know what I wanted or what I was looking for but the man who helped me was very knowledgeble about flowers he put together a beautiful arrange ment in no time at all and for a great price. My mom loved it!!! We will be coming back for all our flower needs

TERRIBLE SERVICE, delivery never arrived. totally unwilling to help and give good customer service. The employees there are rude to customers, have no interpersonal or customer service skills what-so-ever. DO NOT waste your time with this business.

Give This Roma florist a shot at impressing you with their business culture and customer service. Everytime you walk into their shop on Flagler, there are always smiles & fresh arrangements ready for you to pick from. They really treat you like your part of their family in there, everytime i leave i cannot wait to come back and that to me is something no other flower shop in ct offers. Is complete customer satisfaction, their roses have lasted me atleast 2 weeks, and that happens each time i buy my roses from them.
