I called Rogers as soon as they opened and they got it done with time to spare, all in less than 7 hours from order to delivery. Excellent customer service, helped me pick out the best arrangement while staying inside my budget, and sent me pics of the final product. Highly recommend!

I live in Virginia and was looking for a local florist in Ontario. Roger's was referred to us and they were awesome. I called and they exceeded my expectations. I hate ordering flowers online and they aren't anything like the pictures they post. Roger's made a beautiful arrangement and I was very pleased. Amazing experience!! I live in Arizona and I wanted to send flowers to a friend who lives in Ontario, Canada. I accidentally put in order for delivery with this flower shop in Ontario, California only realizing after I placed my order. I called the next day letting them know I needed to cancel due to the mix up and they told me that they had florists in Canada already making the arrangement! It was sent out on time and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful! I was so happy with their service and highly recommend to others!

My wife and I ordered "Teleflora's Purple Perfection" for my Mom's 70th birthday today. She absolutely loved the flowers. They look so fresh and vibrant. They also match her color scheme perfectly. A BIG, BIG, thank you to Rogers Flower Shop. It turns out that Mom used to get flowers from them many years ago, but wasn't sure if they were still open. My 74 year old mom was at Kindred Hospital with Covid on Valetines Day. The hospital only allows artificial flowers. To my surprise they are hard to get on short notice, I called several florist with no help. I was so happy to find Rogers. They have artiicail flower bears available for same day delivery. They also will do arrangemnets withen a few days. The gentlmen on the phone was so helpful and kind. My mom is now home and recovering from Covid. Thank you so much Rogers Flower Shop.

This was one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had with a flower shop. I have an important client in the Inland Empire and had no idea which florist to use, not living in the area. I found ROGER"S FLOWER SHOP on YELP & GOOGLE and was impressed with the great reviews. I called ROGERS and was greeted by a young lady who was very helpful and polite. She had the owner Roger call me back within minutes. They emailed me pictures of the various plants, offered to get anything I wanted and then further put themselves out by purchasing a planter that was more to my needs. They called my client and made arrangement for the delivery. I was absolutely blown away by the incredible service and the quality of the plant. The entire experience was PERFECT. I only wish that I had a florist like ROGER"S FLOWER SHOP in the West Los Angeles area. There are without doubt the "BEST OF THE BEST"

I just realized too late that the shop is based in Ontario, California, not Canada! I'm from the Philippines and I ordered flowers for my aunt in Canada through their website last Friday afternoon. I was so worried because I didn't have any way to contact them after I realized it wasn't billed from my card until the whole weekend was over. Her birthday was on Monday. Fortunately, despite my mistake, the billing was processed Monday afternoon and delivered early evening! Plus the flowers exceeded my expectations. They look so fresh and well arranged. They even followed my requests of putting it in a box and adding a cute pink ribbon around the vase. Definitely recommended!

I have used Roger's for many, many years and was initially disappointed not to hear the friendly voice of the owner I knew. But the new owner was very friendly and helpful. She even offered to text me a picture of the arrangement before delivering it. It was beautiful! And the recipient felt the same way. Roger's florist has always managed to send unique arrangements that are not the typical floral arrangement and that is why I have always used them....and will continue to use them, as their arrangements are so special! She sent me pictures of the plants that they had in stock, and pictures of the arrangement, and final product before sending. They look beautiful! I called them for a big arrangment for my grandmothers funeral that same day. They only had about 4 hrs to get it done and have it delivered. I had several top notch florists to choose from but decided on Rogers Flowers. To say the least, because my Mom and I didn't spend $400 or $500 dollars on the casket arrangement, Freddy said "he has to work with what he has". Well, don't advertise price and display when you can't live up to that. I emphasized sashes with beloved son and brother. Those were missing. I will stick with Suzannes flowers in the future.

Ever since Roger stopped answering the phone the service has gone down hill. Sad to see such a great florist. I hope he can get back to his roots. I called this florist based on the many positive Google reviews I read from happy customers. I live on the east coast and wanted to send my sister flowers to make her smile and let her know I was thinking of her. My sister lives in Ontario, CA. The individual I spoke with was very helpful. I asked for the arrangement to include mainly pink flowers since it is my sister's favorite color. After completing the order the individual I had been speaking with even offered best wishes for my sister's recovery. I thought that was such a sweet gesture. Needless to say, my sister received her spectacular floral arrangement today. She absolutely loved it! So many shades of pink offset with some sprays of white flowers and greenery. It was exactly what I wanted!! My sister was so excited she not only sent me a picture of the flowers when they arrived but a short video of her holding the arrangement so I could see how beautiful it looked from many angles. They not only looked fabulous she said they smelled amazing too. Thank you for bringing a smile to my sister's face and for making her day!

I ordered online an individual orchid to be sent on behalf of my elderly mother-in-law in London England to her sister in Barrie, Ontario. I wanted to use an Ontario florist and am just so happy to have found Rogers Flower Shop. I was meant to book a rooted plant but accidentally ordered an orchid arrangement. Something in my message highlighted this to the staff and they contacted me, rather than just deliver the wrong one. They sorted it out at no extra cost and my mum-in-law's sister called to say the orchid she received was the most beautiful she had ever seen. So that's a job well done for both me and Rogers' shop!
