TALK ABOUT MIND BLOWN!! wow they went above and beyond my expectations I had for the flowers for my wedding. We continue to get multiple compliments about the flowers we had for our wedding. They are such an affordable florist. They really take time and listen to everything you say and she literally created exactly what I had pictured in my mind. Absolutely stunning!

Edit! Queen Anne’s lace called me and made things right and I would highly suggest them and plan to use them in the future. It’s encouraging to have a company who cares about their customers. ——- I had flowers delivered to me from my grandmother for my anniversary. The people were nice and called ahead before delivery but the arrangement itself was a little weird looking and appeared like they used whatever they had laying around. The soft greenery at the bottom was already wilting. Will probably advise grandma to try a different florist since she sends us flowers for all holidays and birthdays.

The only reason I even gave one star is because I cannot give zero or a half a star. I called Queen Anne's Lace to set up a meeting to do the flowers for my wedding. I was very excited about this meeting as I was greatly impressed with their work. When I told them that I had another appointment set up with another flower shop in order to have a backup in case Queen Anne's Lace couldn't get the flowers in that I desired, I was told that if they were not my first choice, we had nothing to speak about. This is incredibly rude on top of being poor customer service. I will not do business with them nor will anyone I know. With attitudes like this, the company is doomed to fail.

We went here to get flowers for a funeral that happened to fall very close to Valentine's day. Although I do understand that flower supplies were depleted due to the holiday, they were very rude about it and basically told us that they didn't know what they could do for us. Holiday or not, we were planning a funeral, have some compassion and don't be rude to someone that could potentially spend $800-$1,000 on flowers AND just lost a loved one. We instead went to Gillespie's on Raceway and were very happy with their service and attitude.

I ordered a cut flower arrangement for Mother's Day. As a typical man, I waited until the last minute to place my order. I had to take a chance on a "florist's choice " as stocks were dwindling. WOW. The arrangement was spectacular. My mother said it was the most beautiful arrangement she has received in many years. She has called me four times to thank me. You have a new customer! Thank you.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I won't go into prices because I don't know much about flowers and I don't want to be unfair. I will say it seemed a little pricey to me but the flowers I got my wife lasted a very long time and she was very happy. Thank you !

My mother in law met with Chrissy last week to discuss options for my wedding bouquet. She was so impressed with the customer service that she decided this is exactly where we needed to go. We met yesterday with Tracy to figure out exactly what we wanted. I didn’t even plan on having a bouquet at all so I know I’m probably extremely difficult to work with but Tracy made me feel comfortable and made the process a lot less overwhelming for me. She listened to all of my ideas and concerns and came up with a great plan. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service and calming my nerves. I can’t wait to see the final product!
