The worst, most unprofessional, rude staff I have ever dealt with. I ordered a hundred dollar basket of wine, cheese and crackers and got chocolates. The card was from another person reading, thanks for your service, when it should have been from me reading, Lovey Lucy, for you to enjoy! Never use this company!!!

I ordered the Juliette for my Mom for Mother's Day. Beautiful picture online of roses and greenery. Pinks and purples. My Mom received 10 roses (yellow and red) and 1 small sprig of some type of carnation. Found out a friend had the same experience with the accuracy of the picture. My friend asked for a refund, which was received, and the company went to her Mom's house and took back the bouquet!! I won't be ordering from Mann Florist again.

The roses were wilting and losing pedals the moment they arrived. Pretty sad. Belgium truffles were ordered along side the flowers, but instead we recieved cheap wine flavoured chocolates.. inedible as we don't like wine. I understand sometimes they make changes but, poor choice on their end. They should substitute the chocolate for something universally liked. Wilting flowers are inexcusable.

Had planned a whole day ordered flowers to ask my partner out on a date and ordered flowers, in Sault Ste Marie, all went well saying would be delivered today, get a phone call saying delivery in fact was not going to happen today, and already spent money to have to change my plans. Not impressed.

Russian Managment hacking for all your card info.. Do not use this or bloomex!! Has been confirmed with my bank! Sure hope this 50 year old company has to shut its doors for good. This is so bad to find out such hidden corruption goin on under our noses. Please call another local florist that has their own delivery driver and not connected to Bloomex.

Recently ordered a red wine basket with flowers, only to be told on the day of delivery that they ran out of red wine. Items looked as if they came from the dollar store. Overall, not pleased with overall gift basket presentation. Definitely not worth the money spent.

A friend ordered a gourmet gift basket for me. When it arrived, I sent her a photo of the contents, as requested, and she was gutted -- not at all like what she ordered. The website showed brand name high quality chocolates and biscuits. My basket had none of that, and the biscuits were like you'd find at the dollar store. Easily worth less than half what she'd paid for. I feel awful for the trouble she went to, and money paid.

Living in Calgary, I need a go-to florist as all my aunts are still back home in the Soo. I have used Mann Florist for many years and they ALWAYS provide the best product and service. In addition, just because I am a mid-century modern fan, they also have the best mid-century screen facade on their building, which makes me love them even more.

I live out of town. I placed an order online through Bloomex on the 22nd of December for flowers to be delivered on the 29th. The flowers were delivered six days early and looked nothing like what I ordered. What was sent was the dregs of what was left over after Christmas orders were filled. It wasn't even an arrangement in a vase, simply loose flowers wrapped in paper. Finally, after several emails to Bloomex complaining, an arrangement was finally resent but not until one week into January. Only just found out that Mann Florists was the shop they went through. Not at all impressed.
