My experience dealing with the owner of Little Flower Shop was very pleasant. I contacted her from Toronto and she responded promptly and put together a beautiful arrangement on time and on budget. She even delivered outside of her regular delivery zone for a fair fee.

Flowers were alright, prices are competitive, but the owner is very difficult to get in touch with, not showing up for appointments or answering phone calls. I ordered flowers for my wife for mother's day, they were correct, but she misspelled our last name twice, in two different ways. Understandable if the order was placed over the phone, but it was done online, spelled correctly on the order form. They called my wife to say that her flowers were on the way, then didn't show up all day until she called to remind them again. Just made us feel like we were never a priority to them.

Recently had dealings with Peggy the owner of Little Flower Shop in Niverville, MB. I ordered an arrangement for our family member's funeral. I sent a photo to Peggy of an arrangement that i like. They sent me a photo of the finished product. It was very pretty and similar in style to my photo. They did not have the same flowers or base but was still lovely. The service provided was exceptional. I always received a reply to my calls or emails.. Peggy stayed within the price range i gave her. I highly recommend this floral business. Thank you

Absolutely the best customer service! I was worried of trying to send flowers from a different Province but they made it so very easy for me. They worked with my budget, and they accepted e-transfer. First appointment was great which is why i decided to go with them for my wedding. Second appointment with owner, no one showed up and apparently even though I was under the assumption it was with her it was actually with a student employee of hers. Day of my wedding the flowers arrived very sad looking. My bouquet was supposed to be all white, mostly garden roses with a couple hydrangea. It was mostly hydrangea and the edges of all the flowers were browning. To top it off my boutonnières were supposed to be purple ranunculus and she sent me half dead purple freesia without consulting me. One of the groomsmen had to take his off before the reception even started because it was just hanging there. I had also ordered large arrangements for the end of the aisle which I had planned to take home with me since I paid for the flowers but when we went to collect them she had already taken them with her. It was a fight to get any compensation and never got an apology. In the end she only refunded the exact amount for the boutonnières. I will never do business with them again. Several of my friends have gotten married since and I have made sure they do not work with the little flower shop. It made my wedding day more stressful than it needed to be.

Thanks to Peggy for the gorgeous arrangement made for my sister’s 80th birthday. There’s such a vast array of flowers that it goes way waaaay beyond the norm. Everything in this arrangement is so fresh, and the colours, WOW! I ordered a holiday arrangement for my sister from the available options on the website. I requested that a photo of the arrangement be sent to me before delivery. I did not receive the photo and in my opinion it’s because they did not deliver on the design intent advertised. I would say that there were similarities in that white flowers were used and evergreens but I personally don’t think they are the same. This is my first time writing a Google review because I was annoyed with their flippant response and attempt to blame delivery issues. No - I’m sorry Peggy - you did not deliver on your advertised arrangement and the basic courtesy of contacting your customer to discuss other options given the options shown were not available is really the most fundamental thing you could have done. Don’t charge me hard earned money for the advertised arrangement and then use cheap filler flowers! I posted the website and actual photo to demonstrate my point.
