We received a floral arrangement for our anniversary, from this florist through Lovingly.com. Two days later, all the flowers had dropped off and the greenery started turning brown. I contacted , twice, to let them know, and I never got a response. I would not recommend anyone to use this florist. Very disappointing.

**update:. Kw flowers never responded to any of my communications. I received an alert that flowers were delivered today. They were in good condition and similar to advertised arrangement. If you choose them expect late delivery, no communication, and realize they do not alert deliveree that they have received flowers. I had to call my family to tell them to check their porch when I got a delivery notice. The delivery person had not knocked or rang bell. While the arrangement was nice, this experience has been a thumbs down. I ordered flowers online for delivery today and received an email confirmation of the order. My card was charged and the flowers were not delivered. My calls have gone straight to voicemail and there was no reply to a Facebook message. Disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service. I will be contacting my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau if I don't have resolution by tomorrow.

I left two voicemails and two emails. Shady company. Will rip you off and ignore you. Never will deal with them. disputing the charge with my credit card company

I had originally thought KW Flowers resolved the delivery problem I had but it was a neighbour They delivered the initial arrangement to the wrong address...left it on the porch of a family who's on vacation When my sis called to see why her gift wasn't delivered, they dropped off a replacement arrangement begrudgingly (after asking me to go 6 blocks to the person at Chalmers St South - I'm North - to ask if they had my flowers..I declined).. left it on my steps, in a puddle, in a rainstorm despite my having been at home at the time and having a huge covered porch The soaking wet arrangement was very inferior to what was ordered.. cheaper flowers and, instead of the chocolates sis paid for, there was a sogging wet pkg of $0.99 cookies The next day, an arrangement turned up and I assumed it was KW Flowers making it right but my neighbours daughter had visited to water the plants, found the 1st arrangement on her porch and delivered it herself KW Flowers messed up the delivery Had my neighbours daughter not noticed it, it would be sitting on her parents porch for another 2 weeks and the inadequate replacement arrangement would be all they were willing to do Unacceptable

I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this place online. I guess this is what you get when you pay for the “premium” $110 warm wishes gourmet basket that is supposed to have “a bountiful collection of cheese and crackers, salami, and fruits”. I paid a total of $149 however the contents probably could have all been purchased at the grocery store for 40 bucks. Lesson learned. Based on other people’s experiences on here I feel like I shouldn’t even bother reaching out to them for a refund. Will not be a customer here again.

Edited review: We stopped by the store location and spoke with the owner. It seems that there was an unprecedented number of orders sent in online and the shop is overwhelmed. It’s clear they have been dealing with many angry customers. After a kind conversation we were able to straighten out the order and came back the next day to pick up. The flowers are lovely and just as expected! I think I will give this shop another chance to shine at a less busy time of the year. Overall I think customers are confused and just a few staff are available to reassure and get orders out. Original: My partner ordered flowers for me on the 13th for next day delivery. We were of course hoping that the flowers would come on Valentines but understanding that it was a busy time and Sunday followed by a holiday Monday. We were expecting the delivery to come around Tuesday and that was fine. It’s now Friday we have not heard back from the company despite numerous calls and several emails and my partner actually wants to go in person this afternoon to see where the arrangement is. The automatic emails coming through “successful delivery” “rate our service” are only adding more confusion to this situation.

I drove by on Canada day, a guy was busy doing inventory when I wished him a happy Canada day and asked if he was working, he said not really just doing inventory but do I want some flowers and proceeded to open the store for me so I could buy some lilies for my wife who was called in to do a double shift. I received a call from someone that lives in my building, she just called the number in the receipt. When I called the shop they said that they left them with "security" what???? Worst experience. My wife should have had her Valentine roses but they didn't arrive till after 4:30pm when her shift ended. She never saw them and I'm out over $100. I will never use this company again and advise you to find another Flowershop.

Given the reviews I shouldn't have ordered from this service. I ordered two sets of flowers for my wife and daughter. At 10:10pm (yes that late) KW flowers delivered one of my orders (not both). This of course waked my wife and newborn. I've also been charged for 2 arrangements even though I never got both (however I did get both messages I had written on soaked cards since the vases water leaked everywhere). Lastly, KW flowers aren't answering their phones. Their message machines for both locations are still full and I'm not going to hold my breath that they reply to my emails.

After a long waited experience I would like to share my story with this company. My partner ordered a bouquet of tulips for me on Monday (05-11) to attempt to make me feel better with the circumstances surrounding COVID-19. He waited for the flowers and they never arrived. Today his credit card was charged and the profile stated that they were delivered, to which they were not. I took it upon myself to find out what had happened. The Kitchener Location (specifically Bonnie) provided me with the most beautiful of bouquets with a vase and a succulent included (which were not in the original order). She explained how they have been backlogged since Mother's Day and it had been crazy. She recommended me to speak to the Owner (Scott). The Waterloo Location was incredible. I spoke to Scott (the Owner) just to inquire about what has been happening. He stated that his business has been crazy since COVID-19 and that from over 1,200 deliveries, I was the second person to reach out. From a business owner myself, I realized that this wonderful man had gone out of his way for so many people. A truly dedicated person towards his business and the struggles with COVID-19 on the floral industry. All in all - yes my delivery was mixed up and never was delivered. BUT - The staff at the Kitchener location went ABOVE AND BEYOND what they needed to and Scott (the owner) was as attentive as an owner can be. I'd give higher than 5 stars from the entire experience. Well done folks!

Ok...so I decided to send my X some flowers 'cause it was her 50th ...a milestone. Had no idea who KW was but just rolled the dice. I liked the fact they rolled the shipping cost into the price of the flowers. I ordered the "Florist's Choice"....a mystery bouquet of seasonal flowers. I had no idea what was going to be sent. My X was NOT happy. She was ecstatic. She sent me a pic of the arrangement ....I was blown away by the size and quality of the arrangement !!! I guess -by a fluke -the arrangement had Lillies in it ....her favourite flower. Go figure. Thx KWF

Wasn’t sure when they would be delivered, left one star out due to lack of communication in that regard (didn’t answer the phone). Friend got the flowers at 7pm. Wish it was a wee bit earlier but they kept their word! Flowers are fresh and very pretty.

The KW Flowers Team did my wedding last August, and even in 30 degree weather, and a 1 hour drive to Toronto, the flowers looked perfect all day! Love the friendly service of Scott and Marci. I will definitely use them again for my vowel renewal.

Hello KW Flowers, I hope your day is going well. This was my first time ordering flowers from you. My best friend just received her flowers. She was very honest with me that while the flowers and balloon were beautiful, they did not arrive with the best care or concern. The delivery man laid her vase/flowers on its side, when left on her porch. This made the water pour out of the vase, the note from me was completely soaked and some of the flowers had to be rearranged. Her and her husband had to clean the mess up, which just is not the experience I wanted her to have on her birthday. I am disappointed in this experience. I wanted to let you know this, so this experience will not happen to future customers. I really wanted this to be a special experience. I understand these things can happen, but it is very unfortunate. I hope you can let your delivery team know about this experience. Have a good rest of your day.

We also got caught in the Valentine's Day fiasco. My husband ordered the flowers a week in advance as he was out of town on the day. The roses weren't delivered that day. Very disappointing. When they were delivered the next day (Friday), to my work, I had already left for the day. The delivery person said to just put them in the fridge. When it was pointed out that it was a long weekend, she just said there was lots of water in them and left. We also called to no avail. Will never use this florist again and will definitely not recommend them.

While I deleted my last review because the problem was fixed and the flowers were delivered to my mom my 1 star rating stands. As a lawyer I cannot condone the Privacy Act of of Canada being violated/breached. Someone from this company called my mom and while she said that they were nice they went into detail with her about me posting reviews about their company, reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and all the details of my transaction. This is not ok and violates my privacy. They also went on to tell her that they “saved all my posts” ....is this a threat??? Luckily for me I know the law very well and am not affected or threatened by this however I do not appreciate it and I will not tolerate it...Thank you for fulfilling your responsibilities in delivering the flowers that I paid for but I will not be doing business with you again. I will retract my Better Business Bureau complaint and other reviews as it’s the right thing to do but I will not be bullied or threatened into doing so. Also the rude and threatening voicemail that was left for me was both unnecessary and unprofessional ...i did not appreciate that To call me a liar on the BBB website was also funny to me - all you have to do is look at all the other poor reviews and 1* ratings (and there are many) to see who the real liar and problem is

Wonderful basket and deleivered on time, even though there was a major snowstorm and many businesses were closing for the day. The staff were amazing by the basket - thank you. Also , the hand written note for what I wanted to say was a nice touch.

I bought 3 sets of bouquets for my 3 cousins whose dad passed away. While they delivered the flowers on time, I was disheartened to see that the bouquets were quite sparse. I chose the "Premium" (there are 3 levels and I chose the largest) option which cost more money, but when I saw the pics of the bouquets they were definitely not worth the $300+ I spent cumulatively on them. I will not be ordering from them again, I'm sorry to say!

Not normally a reviewer but our experience was upsetting.. My boyfriend whom normally would never would make such a gesture decided to surprise order me roses to my work. He got a notification saying they were delivered on the Thursday (I did not receive anything) The following Monday he asked if I had received anything, at this point likely disappointed he called the store to see and get them finally delivered, once they came to me Tuesday it was an entirely different get well soon arrangement and note that belonged to another lady who had received mine. I've called twice between 2 days and since been told "ya, they're screwing everything up back there.. someone will call you" but I'm not holding my breath. Upsetting experience as not only a receiver but for the sender who likely wont try again in future from the hassle.

Not sure what to say. Dealt with KWFlowers for many years. Did Mother's Day order Wednesday for Saturday delivery, nothing executed. I've called and emailed Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, full Voice mail, no answer, no response. Not sure what is going on with them, one can't run a business like this. They are still online taking orders. I'll never do this again. We fully understand things happen, silence is the worst.

My daughter's ordered a Mother's Day bouquet for me, they both live far away. I was so happy to receive it; however upon sending them a picture of what I received it was not even close to what they ordered or paid for! They are both University students! What a rip off! They could go to the supermarket and buy several bouquets of fresh cut flowers for what they paid for this size of arrangement! Paid for roses and got daises! You should be ashamed of yourselves KW Flowers!!!! You cannot even call to discuss because their mailbox is full and they cannot accept anymore messages! Placed an order for Valentines day for delivery to my wife's work. They were never delivered despite receiving a delivery notification at 7:30pm when most normal businesses are closed. Called the next day and the owner gave me some excuse, asked for 5 minutes to review what might have happened. Call back 15 minutes later after no phone call, find out he's left the store for something! I'll never order from this place again. Update: I had to chase the owner for 3 hours to find out what was going on. Turns out they just check off the item as delivered so it doesn't charge them money for not delivering on time. They stopped answering calls for more than the last hour of their day. They delivered the flowers at 5:28pm the following day to my wifes office (which closes at 5:30 same day delivery my behind) and they look nothing like what i paid for. Got the "My Love Grows" deluxe bouquet which is meant to have roses and literally none were there. Literally the worst service and product I've every paid for. I will never use this florist again, and will advise anyone who asks the same.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT DELIVERY!!!!! Someone bought me flowers for my Birthday from here. They called me after dinner and asked if I had received them to which I replied that I had not. They called the store and of course no answer and the machine was not taking anymore calls. At 7:10 I got a text saying that they would be there soon from the delivery company, ten minutes later another text saying that they could not find me and asked if I would call the number. I called and got no answer all while watching a vehicle sitting in front of my house. The vehicle drove off and 15 minutes later my neighbour shouted up with my flower that they had left at her door. Just then I received another text saying that the flowers had been delivered. I went into the store and explained what had happened to the clerk. She apologized and said that she would offer me free delivery. A friend had just lost a loved one so I sent her a plant and took her up on the free delivery. They called my friend and said that they would be delivered that afternoon and got her buzz code. The plant did not arrive at my friends until 9:15 pm. After she had already gotten ready for bed. The plant was supposed to be a thoughtful gift that expressed love, not an interruption that causes stress. I called and spoke to the clerk again and she said the owner would be in touch. That was 5 days ago. As of the time of this review they have not bothered to reach out to make it right.

My friend's mother passed away and given I'm in the U.S. and can't be there for her personally, I thought I would send her a bouquet and balloon. It was quite pricey and the worst part is that I have been calling in everyday for a week asking where her bouquet is, since it was never delivered. Now I will have to find another florist to deliver to her a week after her mother passed.

Zero professionalism on the phone when I called to place an order, that was disappointing. I asked the employee before making a special request if it was possible, and I was assured it so long as I wrote it clearly in the instructions online. The request was that they call when they are dropping them off to ensure the right door. Those instructions were completely disregarded, and the poor flowers were left in the cold on the wrong doorstep for HOURS. If you're thinking of purchasing from this company, only deal with them in person (aka after covid) because they are not consistent or reliable enough to handle online orders. 0/10, never again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! I should have read the other recent reviews posted about KW Flowers. I understand that it’s Valentine’s Day and they’re busy, but the $300 flower orders I placed days in advance were not delivered whatsoever. I called the contact phone numbers provided for KW Flowers found on my email order confirmations several times and was forwarded to a voicemail box that was full - they’re unreachable. Very disappointing (and embarrassing) experience. There are several other florists that deserve your business more then these scam artists. I’ll now have to fight them for a full refund.

But despite our multiple attempts to get in touch with them by phone or email we have not heard back from anyone. Phone goes straight to voicemail. Emails go unanswered! So if you are reading this .. don’t walk away !! Run away from this shady business !!

Worst florists around! Don't waste your money! The meat and cheese basket I ordered was set on the porch in the blazing heat. The neighbour happened to find it and it was bad. When you order a basket they ask you for your number and the person you're delivering it to number so if someones not home they call to arrange another time, no one called! The owner refused to refund my money and said that he would deliver a new one the following morning. I gave them a cell phone number just in case they weren't home. No delivery and no calls! She finally received it at 4pm!! He handed it to her and said "here!" and walked away!...no sorry it's late, nothing!

I am in shock. I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, and they were not delivered. I tried calling and simply got a full mailbox message. I could not get a hold of anyone. All I would have wanted was a recognition (a call or email) that they were not going to arrive when promised due to volume or whatever. It happens. Disappointing, but it happens -- communication goes a long well. Well, no, I was left in the dark. Embarrassed that they were not delivered. Fast forward to today (Feb 15th) I try calling and this time the phone rings, but there is no answer. Mailbox still full so I can't leave a message (I suspect with countless number of people cursing you for not providing a good and timely service). Feeling defeated, I decided to try multiple times during the day however I guess no one actually answers a phone there. I was literally 10 minutes away from calling my credit card company and reporting the charge to my card as fraudulent when I find out that the flowers were FINALLY delivered. Valentine's Day flowers the next day -- always awesome (sarcasm). Pictures were sent to me of the flowers and I literally spit my coffee out on the monitor. I was shocked beyond belief at how terrible they were (pictures attached). I ordered the Bubble Gum Bliss (check their website out to see the pictures and compare to mine) and I shipped a bouquet that was equivalent to a 3 year old's day care art project. Never in my life have I ever seen a flower bouquet worth $75 (after tax) look so bad. They shipped the WRONG balloon with it, the wrong vase, wrong ribbon, and (yes get this) the wrong flower types!!! Unbelievable! If it wasn't for the message I sent with it being correct, I wouldn't have believed it was my flowers!!! Again, no communication, no email of apology or explanation, no phone call offering even, I don't know, a $2 coupon off cosmic bowling from a local magazine found in a recycling box. Did they honestly think this was acceptable? That I would accept it and go, "yeah this is cool" -- Whatever! I will NEVER order flowers from you again, and my social network in KW/Cambridge/Guelph will definitely know about this. And my blog. And my podcast. And yes, I am sure you don't care and yes I am just one person, but it's amazing what goes viral now'a'days. To all the people who have had a good experience with KW Flowers -- you are lucky. I wish I would have been you this Valentine's Day.

Would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Placed a same day order for pickup at the Kitchener location, and after putting in my payment details and being charged was notified that I would receive an email once the arrangement was ready for pickup. Hours later and did not receive an email. Tried to call the number listed in the email to inquire about my purchase, but it went straight to voicemail and the answering machine was full. Did not end up receiving an email that day and was lost as to what happened with my order and if I was ever going to receive it. The next day I received a phone call that my arrangement was ready for pickup, at the Waterloo location (not even where I placed the order for) with no apologies or acknowledgement that it was now a day late and at the wrong location. Upon picking up the order, it looked nothing like how it was shown on the website and the succulents were half dead... but at that point I was done with the unprofessionalism of this company and wasn’t surprised my order wasn’t as expected. i places my order 2 weeks in advance, asked for the flowers to be delivered before 2pm, they were not. no phone number to be reached at along with no responded email. website said the latest drop off time would be 5pm, i stayed home until 5pm all in hopes to get them at least by then, making me 3 hours late to the function they were needed for. they arrived at 7:30pm forcing me to drive 2hrs back home to pick them up. i’d give the flowers themselves a 6/10. lots of the rose petals fell off every step i took with the arrangement, they looked wilted and definitely not fresh. i only give it a 2 star because after reading the reviews (sadly too late), i’m lucky to have even received them at all seeing as though some people didn’t. probably would’ve done better buying flowers from zehrs and putting them together myself, such a headache.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I ordered Mother's Day flowers about a week in advance as I live out west and wanted to make sure there was plenty of time to get the order in. I paid $75 for the deluxe version of the bouquet pictured below. What ended up getting delivered was laughable. Seriously, my Mum and brother facetimed me to show how pathetic they were. I guess the one star can be for providing some comic relief to our family. The bouquet that is supposed to be worth $75 has about 6 gerber daisies in it and some very strange grape things (?). Probably $10 worth of flowers in a vase that looks nothing like the photo. I also posted a photo comparing the bouquet we got from KW Flowers compared to a one my cousin had purchased at Zehrs for $23.99. Pretty noticeable difference... The flowers also didn't turn up till 8pm. I can't completely complain because they did arrive on the scheduled day but seems like an oversight considering the celebrations are typical held in the morning. I don't think I've ever posted an online review but I've tried emailing, leaving a review on the site, and calling them (full mailbox for the last two days) and have had no luck talking to anyone. Hoping this might help!

Run! Do not purchase. This company is advertising products that it does not have. My husband ordered a bouquet for my birthday and what I received looked nothing like what he paid for. I received more ferns than flowers and some of the ferns had nasty spots on them like they were diseased. Customer service wasn’t much help. They said they didn’t have what was ordered. What do companies do when they don’t have your order? Do they send you mediocre product? I’ve since emailed my concerns to this company and I’m yet to receive a response. What this company does premeditated deceit. I will not recommend this company and l plan to escalate this complaint. One star is too much. Horrible company. Total scam. Confirmed my order on May 4th for a delivery on May 7th. Never delivered the flowers and never contacted me regarding the lack of delivery. I tried to call multiple times every day, and the phone number just keeps hanging up and saying mailbox full. After sending a few emails.. they sent me a generic email on the 12th (5 days late) saying "Flowers were delivered to your recipient", but when I called my recipient they NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. They were able to do same day delivery on the flowers I ordered, but when I called to double check and ETA on the delivery, the man I spoke to seemed as though I was just bothering him. He wasn't exactly rude, but certainly wasn't friendly. The flowers were delivered no problem, but they did not deliver the Balloons I also ordered. When I emailed them asking to be refunded, I was simply ignored. The flowers were nice and well put together, but between the unfriendly service I got and being ignored when they didn't deliver everything I ordered, I won't be using this company again.

I live abroad and unfortunately trusted this business based on their website, and was shocked and embarrassed when my mother showed me the abysmal arrangement. I have seen nicer arrangements for $15 at a grocery store than the $50 travesty from this florist. It was skimpy, wilted, had more greenery than flowers, and a completely different color scheme than what was pictured online (was supposed to be red and orange). My partner ordered the Candy Cane basket from their website. Photo looked full of flowers with white carnations, that had their tips dyed red. When I opened it, only one side of the basket had flowers. The other side had just pine greenery. A little weird for a basket (can be seen all sides). Called them next day to inquire regarding the look of the basket, that it seemed unfinished. Person on the phone told me, that's how it looks and hung up on me. No apologies for the misconception (photo vs reality) or even 'have a good day' when ending the call. I am a pretty patient and understanding individual. I understand it is just before Christmas and you are probably busy, but you still need to treat customers with fairness and a little respect. Not just hang up when they are still talking. We will not be ordering from this place again.

If I could put one star I would, I placed an arrangement today for my Niece's 8th Birthday around 1-1:30. Around 5:30pm I called this location and asked if the arrangement was still going to be delivered because it had still not arrived. The person I spoke to said that it would still be coming but due to a large amount of orders it might come a little bit late. I am writing this review now at 9pm and still no flowers for my niece. I am so disappointed as this was for my Niece's birthday. Geez, aren't we all. He would not entertain the idea of a refund but said he could "throw some flowers together from what he had in the store and redeliver". My friend Ordered flowers for me for my 50’th birthday. She got an email saying that had been delivered but they had absolutely not been delivered. Also, her credit card was charged. Fine. Mistakes happen. And it’s not the end of the world. However, we have been trying to contact them to see what happened and how we can fix it and they won’t answer their phone. Today, my children ordered flowers for me for Mother’s Day and although I know that substitutions are a thing that has to happen sometimes, they ordered me a succulent garden in glass. And I received a basket of completely different plants. I also want to say that this is the only negative review I have ever left anywhere, ever. That’s not usually how I operate. But two times in 1 month people have tried to do something nice for me and they decided to try to support a local business and KW flowers has messed it up completely both times. I would not recommend this company at all.

This place is a joke, so I order a valentines present for my boyfriend it was supposed to be delivered on the 5th at 1pm. They ask my boyfriend nun so they call him as soon they arrive. It will probably be the last time I deal with this company I ordered flowers for delivery in the late morning they would set it would go out in the afternoon and it delivered at a quarter after 6 which is dinner time not afternoon so when I call back to find out what was going on with a delivery that not only ignored by phone calls and sending to voicemail which was full but when they delivered the flowers at6:15pm the vase of flowers had been tipped over so all the water was in the bag the card was ruined and all the flowers were soaking wet so no phone call telling the delivery was running late a damaged delivery and repeated ignored phone calls . I send flowers all the time I fined it's a nice way to let people know your thinking of them this was my first time using KW Flowers and my last

I was promised morning delivery for this special occasion , leaving my phone numbers as well as my daughter's. Two days and still no delivery. Spoke with the "manager" who had the grace and manner of a porcupine. Said he would call me right back. No call! No apology, no offer of a discount, nothing! I will never use this florist again. I just couldn't depend on them. My $90.00 plus $9.00 delivery charge got me a small wicker basket with a couple of pine cones and some small roses.

WARNING TOTAL RIP OFF! I never like to give negative reviews but I just couldn’t hold my tongue. Placed an order for a valantines day bouquet that was to come in a vase ready to go with fresh flowers. First of all the order came a day late with no phone call text or email to let me know they couldn’t deliver my order on time. Ok ok no big deal valantines day must be very busy for them so no problem I can get over that. I called twice the next day no answer and the answering machine is full. When my order finally did arrive it was not the bouquet discribed I literally could have got the same thing from the grocery store for $20 and it would have been more fresh. Half the flowers are already dying and wilted. There was no vase and I added a balloon and even though it was written right on the order slip BALLOON they still forgot that too. So ok everyone makes mistakes let me go talk to them. Again no answer on the phone so I decide to go visit them at the store. After explaining everything politely I was told “there’s nothing we can do for you. We were really busy and all sales are final what you get is what you get”. So Here we are this is now my only course of action is to leave a negative review. I was charged $75 for half dead flowers that wasn’t even the arrangement I picked and didn’t come with any of the things it was supposed and to top it off showed up a day late with no contact and no apology. Never buy from here RIP OFF!

Wonderful service. I placed an order online after hours for my Mother's birthday. I needed them delivered the next day. The morning of I was told my mother's work schedule changed and she would be out of the office by noon. My daughter sent me flowers for my birthday. K-W Florist called me to say they did not have the flowers ordered but they should arrive at their store the next day. I agreed to wait for a late delivery. The flowers arrived after 6:30 pm the following day, and I was surprised to see a small box of flowers considering my daughter ordered a deluxe bouquet. When I opened the box, the flowers were shoddy. There was no arrangement of any kind and the flowers drooped. My daughter texted a photo of what the bouquet should look like. The flowers I got were dried up, droopy and they looked like they were taken from a funeral rather than being freshly made up. I am very very disappointed by K-W Florist and I will never use their services again. My daughter will be seeking a refund and or have the bank recoup our loss.

My sister and brother in law ordered a beautiful bouquet for my birthday. No notice was given that they were coming. Today I went to the store, came back and found the bouquet sitting on my porch on top of snow! who knows how long the flowers were there! no knock on the door. The card soaking wet and some flowers burned from cold! I called and their inbox is full, of course it's full, they might hall all the KW area complaining! Shame on you for having such horrible service!

I ordered a 'premium' arrangement of flowers to be delivered costing $99. I got a message at 2pm saying my order was out for delivery and it didn't get delivered till 4.30pm. Each time I called to find out it was it's out for delivery. Okay. We can understand that. But then the birthday card I included had a weird message "we've been laughing at you for years and feel great!" I failed to see the humor in that! I called to complain and the response I got was a laugh, and "we'll talk to the girl" I'm like that's it? She responds what else do you want? And practically rushes me off the phone! Not only did the flowers not get delivered on the day, but also 3 days later we get an email saying flowers were delivered. My sister was off the entire week and the husband also work from home. No one had shown up to the door delivering flowers! Address was correct.. they called the flower shop a bunch of times. Voicemail was full (probably of other angry customers wondering where their money went).. they have the audacity to send out automated emails asking to leave them a reviews.. on their website the reviews are all cherry picked and way better than google ones. I sent them an email explaining the situation... absolutely no response. Unfortunately visa doesnt block the payment.. so i have to do my part and not let these scammers profit from ripping people off of their hard earned money. Shame of you KW Flowers.

Edited review: We stopped by the store location and spoke with the owner. It seems that there was an unprecedented number of orders sent in online and the shop is overwhelmed. It’s clear they have been dealing with many angry customers. After a kind conversation we were able to straighten out the order and came back the next day to pick up. The flowers are lovely and just as expected! I think I will give this shop another chance to shine at a less busy time of the year. Overall I think customers are confused and just a few staff are available to reassure and get orders out. Original: My partner ordered flowers for me on the 13th for next day delivery. We were of course hoping that the flowers would come on Valentines but understanding that it was a busy time and Sunday followed by a holiday Monday. We were expecting the delivery to come around Tuesday and that was fine. It’s now Friday we have not heard back from the company despite numerous calls and several emails and my partner actually wants to go in person this afternoon to see where the arrangement is. The automatic emails coming through “successful delivery” “rate our service” are only adding more confusion to this situation.

The same day I had learned that she would not be home in order to receive the flowers so the next day I called in and had the order canceled. On Valentine's day, i was at my mothers house and a delivery guy showed up and called saying they have flowers for my mom. I buzzed him in and waited at the door, confused because I had canceled the order four days prior. After 10 mins no one came to the door so I went into the lobby to discover that THE DELIVERY GUY LEFT THE FLOWERS IN MY APARTMENT BUILDINGS LOBBY, where HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE LIVE AND ANYONE COULD HAVE TAKEN THEM ID I HAD NOT WENT DOWNSTAIRS. Not only that, I had canceled my order and was told I would be reimbursed. SERVICE WAS WACK AND YOU SHOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS!!! I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order at all.

I went it to get a bouquet of flowers. The wrapping was done poorly, and he did not take the paper off the flowers. After I asked him to take it off, he told me it was not possible and this was the only way he could do it ... awful service and waste of money. Would’ve been better off at sobeys. I wanted to support a local business during the pandemic, but I am very disappointed and want to caution everyone else to avoid ordering from them. I ordered a Deluxe bouquet for my mother's birthday, which cost about $75 with tax, plus a balloon, plus chocolates, which all set me back almost $100. When my mom sent me the photo of what she received, I was shocked to see that the bouquet looked like a much cheaper grocery store bunch, and had about half as many flowers as even the Standard version of the item that was shown on the website, which would have been $10 or so cheaper. I emailed and called them to complain, but no one has responded to me and their voice mail box is full. It is very disheartening to see such price gouging and lack of customer sevice, and I'm even more upset at myself for recommending to my brother to order from them on the same day, before I had seen what they delivered. At least his bouquet looked more decent, especially compared to mine.

The flowers my grandmother received were horrific, drooping dead, browning flowers. I don't know who in there right mind thinks that dead drooping brown flowers is acceptable for a flower boutique and charged me 77$. I could have picked weeds out of a swamp and they would have looked better than these flowers. I wish I saw all the awful reviews about KW flowers on google before I purchased some for delivery. We had a death in my family and the only flower shop that was open was KW flowers. The gentleman on the phone was helpful and kind. Unfortunately I was extremely embarrassed with giving the flowers to my grieving family. They were suppose to be all white in remembrance of my grandfather, the flowers were wilted, roses dying and the greenery was dead. I am sad to say but would not recommend this place for flowers for loved ones at a difficult time.

My son and his girlfriend ordered flowers for me for Mother's day. They live in Saskatoon. I did not receive them. An initial email sent to them said that they were delivered. KW Flowers made one of the most simplistic, yet exquisite creations I've come across. The arrangement was beautiful and lasted quite a long time. All of their arrangements are actually quite nice and it's a great way of showing someone you care about them or of congratulating them on a special occasion. I ordered Mother's Day flowers and specifically an arrangement with all long stem small orchids for $70, which after tax and delivery cost was approximately $100. I have ordered this before and it was absolutely stunning however, this time I was disappointed when the arrangement looked nothing like the image online, in fact it was just one large stem orchid with other filler flowers that looked close to death. I appreciate the site says that due to the pandemic, flowers may be altered but I booked these flowers 2 weeks in advance and it ended up looking like a cheaper bouquet option on their site. Ultimately, I just felt the bouquet wasn't worth what I spent on it.

Delivery was great - on time, and the flowers were a nice arrangement. BUT the balloon was nothing like it was pictured. It arrived as a plain pink colored balloon and didn't have "happy valentines day" written on it like I had hoped it would. Some of the flowers and pedals were also wilted and the vase was very wet upon arrival. But overall still pretty good. I'll probably use them again.

Terrible Service. I ordered a valentine's day bouquet and balloon for my wife almost a full week before Valentine's day. By 5:30pm, it had not shown up yet. I called the store, they said they had 600 orders out and couldn't check where mine was, but should be there by no later than 7:30. 7:30 came and went, tried to call the store again, but was closed, and voicemail box was full. Bouquet eventually arrived at 9:30pm. Made me look like terrible to my wife, who's gift for me of course arrived on time. Bouquet was supposed to arrive in a Red Vase as well, but received a simple clear glass one instead. Very disappointed and will not ever deal with this company. stay far away from this one.

I ordered flowers online for my grandmas 80th birthday with 2 days full notice to be delivered on a Sunday. I found out that they were never delivered and so I called the store on the Monday to inquire. I spoke with the owner who said they had over 14 deliveries and the two deliveries to Cambridge were never delivered on Sunday so they were delivered the next day. I was given the excuses that he was "just one man," that he normally has 3 drivers but one was in Las Vegas (and he didn't account for the other two), and that they received a same-day order for a funeral. While he apologized, he just kept repeating that he is "just one man". No refund or credit or anything was offered. I will not use this company again or recommend to anyone. Thoroughly disappointed in the customer service.

I called in a Birthday Balloon arrangement to be delivered to my sister turning 65. Since I live out of the province I asked for my receipt to be emailed to me. Being assures this would not be a problem I felt it was an easy way to send a surprise. Here we are nearly a month later and I still did not receive a receipt to know what I paid for this order. I have called K W flowers four times and am still waiting for my email. Sounds to me they are far to busy to follow up with their customer service. It seems Scott is the only person working there to send this email. After speaking to him during call number three he said I will get to it but I am busy. If I had been notified that they would not be fulfilling my order I would have asked for something different. I notice that they are not just not answering the phone, but that the phone isn't even ringing before going to a full VM service. It's Christmas and I accept that it is very busy, but I also didn't get any chocolates that I ordered, $10 straight down the drain there. Hand painted mug with a spoon? Nope! Not any of the additional decor shown in the advertisement. The card attached was stuck inside the envelope and ripped so my wife couldn't read the whole message. I ordered a "Premium" bouquet and got something I have paid $50.00 for elsewhere. I would appreciate being contacted about this, but I am probably just going to go in and return this for a refund. The reviews do not look promising.

I received no email confirmation for the order and I tried to call no one picked up. I’ve been calling and when I get someone, they have no info and they keep telling me to call back. The two orders where set to go to 2 houses that are beside each other. This was the worst flower service I ever had. I ordered on Feb 11th an arrangement to be delivered on Feb 14th to my wife. To my surprise on the 14th I get a call at 5pm from my wife saying I got flowered delivered to Amy and that is not my wife's name. We go to bed that night and I wake up in the morning only to see another arrangement delivered to my wife some time in the middle of the night. On may 23 received flowers late in the day. The person who sent them lives in NewFoundland. He had no idea what was sent. At his end it was said it was sent in the morning. He waited all day for my daughter to call him to say she received beautiful flowers and thank you. So he text her. He called the flower shop. At 5 flowers thet were sent. We know he paid 79.99 for them plus 15.00 for chocolates. They were half dead. AND the chocolates were expired. Anyone knowing you can only get turtles in the heart shaped box at Valentines day. So I AS A MOTHER CALLED AND COMPLAINED . They came and took back those flowers and chocolates. The new ones were exactly the same flower arrangements but not quite as dead. Chocolates were expired now these were from xmas because you can only buy ferrerro the two colours at xmas only. PLEASE NO ONE BUY HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE. THEY KNOW THE PEOPLE ORDERING THEM HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS BEING SENT. Carnations and daisy are the cheapest flowers ever. Not $79.99

Its unbelievable that they tell you it will be delivered for sure and I am sitting here at 9 at night wondering where the hell they are.I called them 2 times today to verify and they promised it would be here by now and still We are here still waiting for her flowers that she does not know that she is getting as it was supposed to be a surprise and there is noone I can call to say "hey where are my flowers". If you cant deliver a time and date then do not promise clients because this literally ruined the plans I had for her. I was better off going to a Zehrs and picking some up from there. Terrible service. I ordered the flowers the day before they were scheduled to be delivered. The next day, at 5:00, they still hadn’t been delivered. I called the shop to confirm my order had been received and processed properly and the gentleman on the phone VERY rudely told me that he had 8 drivers out and couldn’t possibly call them all in order to check on my delivery. He assured me they’d been delivered and HUNG UP. What the heck? So then my mother (who the flowers were for) messaged me at 9:15 p.m. to thank me for the flowers. She and my father had been in bed sleeping when they heard the doorbell. How rude and inappropriate to deliver something to someone’s house so late. Furthermore, I didn’t receive a confirmation email that the delivery was made until late today (almost 24 hours since the delivery was made). Never ordering from this place again.

i places my order 2 weeks in advance, asked for the flowers to be delivered before 2pm, they were not. no phone number to be reached at along with no responded email. website said the latest drop off time would be 5pm, i stayed home until 5pm all in hopes to get them at least by then, making me 3 hours late to the function they were needed for. they arrived at 7:30pm forcing me to drive 2hrs back home to pick them up. i’d give the flowers themselves a 6/10. lots of the rose petals fell off every step i took with the arrangement, they looked wilted and definitely not fresh. i only give it a 2 star because after reading the reviews (sadly too late), i’m lucky to have even received them at all seeing as though some people didn’t. probably would’ve done better buying flowers from zehrs and putting them together myself, such a headache.

I've gotten some really lovely last minute flower arrangements from here. The last time I was there I told the lady how much I wanted to spend, chose a vase and the resulting arrangement was delightful (you can't be too last minute of course, because it takes a bit of time to put it together, but there are pre-made arrangements too). The flowers also lasted a long time. My great-aunt loved the gift I brought her. The location is a bit cramped - but I'm not there to see the place, I'm there to get something that looks nice when I leave.

On June 27th was our kids graduation. Of course I left it until the end of the day, but I went in and asked (at 4pm) for a boutonnière and a corsage. The wonderfully kind employee said that she had never made a corsage for wrist yet, but jumped in and told me she would have them both in 30 mins! I went next door to Norris bakery (OMG awesome) and she finished in 20 mins! Both of them were a HIT. I was very pleased with the service, kindness and personal touch. Mother's Day is always a difficult day for me - 7 attempts at In-Vitro without success and now I am way too old to ever hope for children or grandchildren. My husband was working out-of-province and I was alone on Mother's Day. He wanted to cheer me up and arranged 3 days in advance for KW Flowers to deliver flowers to me on Mother's Day as a surprise from our cats. The flowers never arrived. I spent the day crying and depressed - alone, thinking my husband had forgot about me and how sad Mother's Day is for those of us less fortunate. Later that night my husband forwarded to me the email confirmation from KW Flowers showing they were to be delivered on Sunday May 12 - Mother's Day but they did not deliver them. The flowers showed up the next afternoon (Monday) while I was out - left on the front porch. At that point they were meaningless. And to top it off the flowers that were delivered a day late looked like cheap leftovers - definitely not worth the money my husband paid. KWFlowers took my husband's money with arrangements to deliver flowers on Mother's Day with no intention of honouring that commitment. They should have told him they could not deliver so he could have made other arranagements.

I ordered a flower arrangement for a family member's funeral visitations and delivery was on time as promised, but the size of the flower bouquet had half the amount of flowers when compared to the advertised product on their website. The flowers looked nice and fresh, but I am not sure if it is because I didn't spend enough money or that I chose not to pay the optional $9.95 service fee to cover their "technology services". Piece of advice, if you're going to have a service fee that is optional, don't expect customers to pay for it, just make it mandatory. Perhaps next time I will just go to the grocery store.

Very disappointing... I placed an order to be delivered to my wife's place of work for the following day. I did this online. I was later told that my wife would not be working from the office on the day of delivery. I immediately called to have the delivery re-scheduled to the following day. I was told no problem, "we'll take care of it". Guess what. The flowers were delivered the wrong day! So, my wife missed the opportunity to be surprised, delighted and have bragging rights for the day. That's part of the reason you send flowers to a persons place of work... On top of that, the flowers had started to wilt noticeably by the following day when she was at the office. I did not spend a fortune to have these flowers delivered, but it was over $70 for a very small slight;y disappointing bouquet of roses that really only lasted a day. I did send an email to their "wecare" email address, but over a week has gone by, and apparently "wedonotcare" should be the email address as I have yet to hear from anyone. You may choose to use this company, and I am sure they get most orders correct and the quality is usually better. Just hope that there is not an issue, because satisfaction is not one of their products.

So. A week before I needed the flowers delivered for my wife’s birthday week. I was stopping at The bakery which was right beside the flower shop. The lady was very pleasant and was actually interested in the meaning of the code I wrote on my wife’s card. They were to deliver the flowers the following Monday because she likes having the flowers for the whole work week. Well surprisingly to me my wife was off Monday and I had to get the shop to deliver Tuesday instead. The flowers were being loaded as we spoke so I was lucky. The flowers were delivered Tuesday and my wife was freaking out about how gorgeous these roses were. She posted pics on Facebook and people actually asked if they were real as they looked so good. Very disappointed with the delivery time frame. I ordered a bouquet of flowers that were needed for the head table at a wedding. The bouquet arrived 4 hours after the wedding was over. Still waiting for my floral arrangement that should have been delivered on February 14th. I ordered a $150 floral arrangement 1 week ago for Valentine's Day. I received an email confirmation for my order which stated that the flowers would be delivered on February 14th between 8am - 8pm. The flowers never arrived. I was home all day and constantly checked my front porch for flowers. I called KW Flowers multiple times on February 14th-16th inquiring about my order and I received no response. The voicemail box was full thus preventing me from leaving a message. I emailed them multiple times and haven't heard back. Please do not buy anything from KW Flowers. Extremely embarrassing and extremely disappointing that this store processes your payment and does provide you with the goods you purchased. If I cannot get through to anyone at KW Flowers by the end of the day, I will be reporting this business to the BBB.

I order the "succulent zen oasis" for my sister's birthday. Not only am I disappointed with the product but also their customer service. After receiving a photo of the succulent plants that were delivered I contacted KW flowers to express how the product was nothing as described/ advertised on their website. I have yet to hear back from them to resolve the problem. Some of plants that were delivered were completely brown, river rocks were not included and there was only one kind of succulent in the dish in a row, not a grouping. For the price I paid I would expect an arrangement that at least resembles what the company advertised on their website.

I ordered an arrangement for a funeral Celebration of Life on the Friday before Thanksgiving. The service was on Tuesday October 9, 2018 at Henry Walser Funeral Home. KW Flowers would be closed on the Sunday & Monday of the long weekend. Mary Lou from KW Flowers told me she would come in early on Tuesday Oct. 9, do the arrangement & walk it across the street to the funeral home. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. They didn't bother calling and letting me know that they chose to close the shop early and therefore they couldn't fulfill their same day delivery promise. Promised they will be there by 12.... so when I called to see if they are delivered, the lady told me "well maybe you call call the receipent and find out" ... are you serious? Don't you think that is disrespectful? It's sympathy flowers! You should call your driver and see if he rectified your mistake. You messed up and the flowers still aren't there! This is ridiculous! If I could give no star I would. I ordered The Day in Paris Planter for my midwife. What I received was nothing like what was advertised. The flowers and plant looked horrible. They didn’t even send it in the right planter. It came in a flimsy planter. The whole presentation of the plant was tacky. It was not worth the $82.42 that I paid for it and they have a nerve to charge a florist fee of $9.99. When I called them to report my dissatisfaction with the plant, the lady that answered the phone is going to explain to me that the site is a US site and that they try to make the order as close to it as possible. Smh had I known this was not their work they had post up, I would never of ordered from them. Then she tells me due to Covid they also have to make certain substitutions. When I go and check where this information was when I was placing the order I couldn’t see it anywhere before the order. It’s when you already paid and they have your money your being informed of this at the bottom of your receipt. Why not let people know this ahead of time before you take their money? Then to make matters worst. She took my name and number and advised that the Manager would give me a call when he gets back cause he was out doing deliveries. This was from Saturday (September 4th). We are now on Wednesday (September 8) still no call. KW Flowers you need to do better as a business. I will never buy anything from your business again. You guys should be ashamed.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a mothers day flower arrangement for my mother online. It gave me an option of many characters to write something on the greeting card so I thought I would take advantage and write something really nice. A bit long and clearly they didn't like that so they change what I wanted written on the card. Why would they give the option for such a long greeting if they were not able to fulfill my request? Not only that but they didnt even sign my husband, my sons and my name right. They wrote a 3 letter word. Lastly, my final complaint, the flower arrangement looked like it was tossed together quickly... it didn't even look like it came from a florist. It looked like a child attempted to put a flower arrangement together. Definately not worth the $50 we spent.

They left the flowers by the step and not even at the door. By the time my mom got them, the vase had tipped and there was no water left. Quite a few of the flowers were damaged. Thank goodness the vase didn’t break. It was a large bouquet so at least some of the flowers were salvaged.

I wanted to give no stars, but the least is one? I live in Waterloo and ordered flowers for a work colleague in Welland on Dec 3 for delivery on Dec 18th. On Dec 18th (today) at 4:30 pm I get an email saying my money was refunded. What?? They stopped the order as Welland was out of their delivery area. What I don’t understand is they accepted my order, knew the location for delivery, took my money and they wait until Dec 18, after the time they promised to deliver to tell me? What a poor excuse for customer service. Really disappointed and will certainly go out of my way NOT to recommend these people

I keep coming back because the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to please. I often tell them "I want a nice bouquet" and let them choose appropriate flowers. I've never been disappointed!! Sometimes I ask for 3 red roses for my wife, and there is always just the right amount of extra greenery to make it perfect.

The bouquet that I received was very disappointing. It barely resembled the picture from the website and was assembled very poorly. The writing in the card resembled chicken scratch. Worst of all, half the flowers were wilted and dying. It was an embarrassment to give. I ordered the premium size and what I received was extremely disappointing and disrespectful.

The Owner Scott handled my order in an unprofessional manner right from the beginning. Starting with simply in how he answered the phone, taking the order saying he was clear about what was requested even after sending him an email outlining the details, after many requests finally sending me a confirmation/receipt of the order (texted a messy hand written note), then the order gone WRONG (wrong colour of flower requested, paying extra for a 80th Birthday card with the names of my family which was not enclosed)! Lastly, when calling him to express my dissatisfaction, embarrassment and let down for such a monumental once in a lifetime moment ruined he did not seem to be phased. He put the blame on staff (for the card) when HE took the order, the supplier of the Flowers (for the incorrect colour) and even saying it was a busy time due to Valentines day when that occurred a week after the 80th Birthday. The reason we all order flowers is for a special event one way or another so if you Don't want to be Disappointed I would recommend finding somewhere else.

Their creative arrangements truly brought the decor of the gala to the next level. They knew there was a bit of an East Coast theme and they put the perfect finishing touches with seashells! It was such a lovely touch and totally unexpected. They have always been so great at ensuring our needs are met, even at the last minute. I would highly recommend them for your next major event or even just for a happy birthdya bouquet!

Ordered flowers for a dear friends funeral through wire service and KW Flowers Waterloo was the florist used. We ordered a mixed fresh arrangement. Was absolutely embarrassed and disgusted with what they delivered. All the same reedy little flowers in two colours. Not one piece of greenery, zero variety making it not an arrangement at all. It looked like they just plopped old withered flowers in a vase for $80.00 plus delivery. That’s the end of ordering flowers for us. Donating to charities is the go to now.

We had a terrible experience with them, my husband had ordered flowers to be delivered to me on our wedding day and they never came. We then called them on the Monday to find out why and they said his card didn't go through. They tried to say a staff member called back Friday and left a message but there was no missed call from them that day. A phone call would have been nice since they were for a special occasion that only happens once in your lifetime. Needless to say it was rather disappointing and we will not be using them again.

I received a “gourmet” fruit, cheese and meat basket for my birthday. I googled what my mom spent on it and what I got was pathetic for the price she spent. It was poorly packaged and the contents were cheap. Do not order their baskets from here unless you want to be disappointed and ripped off!

Would have accepted hearing that they couldn't until February 15th, but you can't get a hold of them. They turn their phones off and don't answer the phone. Straight to voicemail. I had the same thing happen as a number of other people it seems. I ordered on Feb 4th for flowers to be sent to my wife's work for Valentine's day. I emailed on the 5th making sure they could be delivered between 9 am and 3 pm and received an email back saying "Sure, no problem. Thanks for ordering early." My wife never received her order. I received an email in the 15th at 5:30 saying her flowers had been successfully delivered. This isn't possible as no one is at her work past 4. I also tried calling and emailing repeatedly, with no luck. I will be cancelling the credit card payment and never using this company again.

Not only were they delivered late in the evening, they called her house to say they were near. Then they delivered her flowers to the neighbour! I'm so dissapointed, Ordered flowers on Friday for my boyfriends girlfriend . Of course she was happy to receive them like any woman would be , but was confused if they were suppose to be delivered a few days ago since they looked days old . She sent the pictures of the flowers to say thank you but showed old leaves missing petals and old looking flowers . Contacted KW flowers about getting different new flowers with the same price point the same day , no reply . Spoke to the same man twice once on Sunday and again today saying he would look into it after he looked at the emails and still nothing. It has been 48 hours with no reply back, very dissapointed . I don't ever do reviews but I really felt I had to express my disappointment . I probably will never use their services again after this experiences being my first with them .

My boyfriend ordered flowers to be sent to me at work for valentine's day, they did not show up. He received a notification of a successful delivery at 7:45 that evening while I was sitting next to him. Don't know what happened!! They were then delivered the next morning by a very kind man who apologised profusely even though he was only a friend of the owner not an employee. The flowers looked as though they had been taken out of a dumpster and then sat on, the bag was full of water and the case was sideways in the box proving they had been knocked over. The card was soaked and could barely be removed from the envelope. My boyfriend has been trying to reach them for the last 48 hours for a refund and no returned call. DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SHOP!!!!!

I called to ask for a bouquet of roses for my graduation pictures (with the pandemic, the photographer no longer provides flowers). I asked for the flowers to be laid out nicely and not to be wrapped in plastic as we will be using them for pictures. But I received red roses that were mediocre quality, wrapped in purple tissue paper, covered in plastic and tied with a green ribbon. It looked like a bouquet of roses I could have gotten from Costco for half the price. Further, instead of the roses each having individual water picks, they were shoved into a wet foam brick in a ziplock bag - when I am paying $60 for a bouquet, I would expect individual water picks and for the business to listen to my requests (laid out nicely to be used for graduation pictures and not wrapped in plastic).

**The ONLY reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the situation has finally been rectified** Around the middle of May I ordered an arrangement of sympathy flowers for a coworker who lost a parent. I received an email confirmation saying my order was processed, and a second one later in the day saying the order had been delivered. Fast forward 3 weeks later and the coworker mentioned she never received the arrangement. I called KW Flowers who took down my information and was assured I would get a call back the next day, since the owner was out and they were flooded with orders. A full week later I had not heard back, so called for the second time. A new person answered, took my information, and assured I would get a call back later that day (again, they were busy at the time). One week later (5 weeks after the initial order) I still had not heard anything, so I called back a third time, explained the situation, and that I wanted to talk to someone who can actually help me. I was told to call back when the owner was in, which was in a few days. So a few days later I called back and spoke with the owner, who apologized and said they would send another arrangement, which was delivered the same day. I was given the excuse that they are so busy and get orders from all around the world, and that if they delivered to a building and nobody answers, they would leave it there and mark it as delivered - leaving it in plain sight of the neighbours! After paying a decent amount for this arrangement, I expect them to make sure it is delivered to the correct person. Again, I will say the situation has been rectified, but it took way too long, speaking with too many people, and me having to initiate any and all follow-up. I will not be using KW Flowers in the future, and advise others to look elsewhere for their flower needs.

Awful Customer Service! I just witnessed my coworker get SCREAMED at for asking if they had an update on getting a receipt. She called to make sure they had my email address written correctly as we did not yet have the receipt and my name is hard to spell when given over the phone sometimes. Right after giving the order information someone got on the phone and yelled at her. I understand that this is a frustrating time but no one deserves to be spoken to like that in any situation, especially when she was just calling to confirm an email address. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Valentines day was yesterday. Roses arrived a day late. Judging from the Google / Facebook reviews this store seems like it doesn't run a particularly tight ship. Multiple people complained about not receiving roses and there are similar complaints going back several years. I'd highly advise anyone that's considering using this service not to use it.

I ordered roses for Valentine’s Day back in January. Unfortunately, they never came. That’s not why I’m mad - mistakes happen and the pandemic added a whole other layer to deal with. I’m mad because I’ve sent them multiple emails asking for a refund with no response. I’ve called in multiple times and have been told that I would be getting a refund and it hasn’t happened. Nobody should have to call in more than once, let alone four times, for a refund. It’s now the end of April and my emails continue to get no response (but they did get a response before the order date, so I know it’s monitored).

No cylindrical vase and a different colour of flowers. The flowers died 3 days later. I emailed several times. No response. I called 3 times from the UK. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! If I could give zero, I would. I bought a sunflower arrangement for my mothers birthday and this is what I got. I paid over 70$ for it and they barely lasted 4 days, I'm no florist but I could have done better myself. Disappointed, I went to their store to request a reimbursement and as I walked in, I see these dead flowers just lying on the counter where the girl was plucking off the dead stuff over the garbage and putting them out for sale in the coolers. The girl didn't even know what to do for the reimbursement, so she called her boss. I spoke to the owner on the phone and he wasn't even paying attention to what I was saying. He was extremely and beyond rude, completely refused to reimburse me, started accusing me of not taking care of the flowers, making up a bunch of excuses and eventually hung up on me when I was trying to explain my point. Their stores are filthy, dead plants and boxes everywhere, stuff thrown in piles and things pilled all the way to the ceiling to the point where your scared something will fall on you, can't navigate through the store without tripping on something. Terrible, absolutely terrible.... save your time and money and go anywhere else.
