I was ordering from overseas to get some flowers delivered to my mum on Mother's Day. Online order only allowed me to chose delivery to be the day after. Upon request to fix my minor mistake that I made, Jim Anderson Flowers not only quickly fixed the mistake, but they also offered to deliver my mum's flowers on the Mother's Day instead. I had a question prior to placing an online order, which was answered promptly by email. I have to though say once I saw the bouquet, I was a bit disappointed. It was nice, but ... $50? Really? I also found it strange that after browsing the site for a few days, once I was ready to order, the prices had all gone up by $15-20. So I don't doubt the quality, but I had originally picked this shop because it seemed reasonably priced compared to the competition. Now, it doesn't seem that way at all.

Oct 22nd I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday the next day. I was given a con formation number. Oct 23rd at 3pm I recieved an email that my flowers were successfully delivered. I was outside at the time and no flowers in sight. I called the florist shop and spoke to the owner. At first she wasn't aware of the arrangement I ordered, but once I gave her the order information she said she made it and her driver usually has his deliveries done by 2pm? I called back at 4pm, I still dont have the order, but now the owner says, her driver has health issues and possibly unreliable. At 4:30 my order was delivered by I'm am assuming the owner, She apologized for the mix up and said I would receive a full refund. I dont want my money back, I just wanted the flowers I ordered for my wife's birthday. If I do receive a refund, I will donate the money to the Veterans Homeless Program at Victory Legion in London. The flowers are amazing and beautiful. The service isn't so much. I appreciate the owner making things right, all I wanted was to buy flowers for my wife's birthday. My advice to her, Dont ask a dying dog to fetch a ball.

Previously had other billing issues with other London florists, Jim Anderson's however was smooth and easy going, flower selection is beautiful. This however, is not what blew my mind. The day of the delivery I called telling them that my girlfriend was going to be out of the house at a specific time, and the woman over the phone was extremely pleasant and actually did her best to coordinate me without charging me extra! When the flowers didn't arrive on Saturday I was a little worried, but the flowers arrived perfectly on the Sunday. Ordered the "Fragrance of Spring" bouquet for my Mother's 80th birthday. Apparently, they try to make sure that the arrangements to choose from are in season and missed this arrangement. The lilacs in the bouquet were not available so, as they are allowed per their not so easily seen disclaimer, they made a substitution. There was no fragrance of Spring or anything else in the bouquet she received. It was a sad disappointing bouquet, not even close to the beautiful picture on their site. Will not order from them again..

So firstly I want to say that I really loved my bouquets, and my table runner, and my arbour piece. They were exactly like I wanted. However, my 2 star review comes from what happened after the wedding. Throughout the planning process, in the two meetings (which were 30+ minutes each) I had talked about how I wanted lush greens, a lot of ivy (I had wanted an all-ivy backdrop at a point in time during the planning process). I had brought in my centrepieces-gold lanterns, and had a conversation with Geraldine about what I wanted. I was very specific in describing my vision, she verbalized her understanding, drew a diagram and everything. Fast forward, wedding has come and gone, it was a fantastic blur of a day. I get my photos back and there is a photo of my tables. I was incredibly shocked to see that instead of greenery surrounding my lanterns, it looked like 5 stems of eucalyptus that were laying flat which was literally the opposite of what I had discussed with Geraldine. I contact her for a meeting to discuss how disappointed I was, which required me to send two emails in order to get a response (her typical response time during the planning process was same-day). I go into meet with her and explain that she had quoted me $50 a table to get what I wanted-and that i had agreed to that. She had said in one of the emails leading up to the meeting that she wouldn't have charged me more than $5-10 per table for the centerpieces. Throughout the meeting, she denied quoting me $50 a table, she repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain why I was upset, she tallied up what she had charged me and then pulled a quote of $15 a table out of no where (her calculations still left $187 unaccounted for in what I was charged for), she repeatedly gaslighted me by saying that "my math" didn't make sense and that what she charged me for table is what the eucalyptus cost and said that's what it took to stay in my budget (I never had a budget, she quoted me after I told her what I wanted) that it would've cost more to do what we had previously discussed at length (which I would've gladly paid if that meant she was going to deliver what we talked about). Only by the end of a 20 minute meeting did she finally take some responsibility, that she realizes she needs to take more detailed notes (despite her reminding me she has been doing multiple weddings a weekend for decades). She refunded me $200, which was appropriate however I would much rather have had centerpieces that didn't look like someone pulled a handful of greens from my head table runner and threw them around my centerpiece. (Succulents were my favors, placed there after set up in an attempt to make it not look bare).

They assured me it would be delivered on the correct day. When I called them to complain, the Woman I spoke with was extremely rude, she kept repeating this was human error, as if this somehow exonerated them from responsibility and offered no redress. Do your self a favor and do not do business with these rude dishonest people.

i ordered flowers for my gf on V day and the flowers were delivered on time, which is good. But... there are a few problems: 1 i ordered a "Deluxe", but received a "standard"; 2 some of flowers wilted on the second day 3 The toy (a bear) is nothing like the one on the website. very cheesy and poor quality. overall, i am disappointed about this purchase.

At the funeral home I work at, we always get our flowers from Jim Andersons and they’re always gorgeous. We were worried about pricing because we were getting married so close to Valentine’s Day and other places had quoted us astronomical amounts. Geraldine gave us a very reasonable estimate and promised she could do exactly what we wanted. All of the bouquets and arrangements were beyond beautiful and we could not have asked for anything better.
