It’s good that the shop actually communicate & reply to emails etc… & don’t just ignore their customers. The roses are just ok & way overpriced for the size… I just wish the tin was what I had seen & ordered online as it came in a different color & pattern. I think the overall packaging for plants from this shop needs a little more professional work … I’ve seen better from other Florist shops tbh.

Made a online order for roses for my mother and sister weeks before Valentine's day. They delivered today. The flowers were like the photo, nothing bad or anything wrong with them. But I was very unhappy they messed up my message card. Since it was typed and confirmed through the site and in my emails back. Completely pointless as I wanted to surprise them since I live out of town. They assumed it was from someone else the whole day. I worked all day, so it was awkward to tell them they were from me at the end of the night. Very disappointed.

Bought flowers on Tuesday by Friday they had wilted. They picked up and replace what they brought back was quite sparse. Monday they wilted again called to return and they explained that I need to ask for longer lasting flowers. Then someone calls me all upset an that I have too high expectations for the life of a flower. Do yourself a favor and go else where that stands behind their product or act like a child on the phone

Ordered flowers for mother’s day and when I went to pick them up, they did not look as I wanted at all... I asked for red and white theme and for the red colors to be all roses and they put only 4 roses... mind you the amount I payed was high enough to get more than 4 roses... they cheaped out by putting a lot of cheap white flower and cheap green leaves... very disappointed ... also the way it was wrapped was embarrassing.... had to fix it myself to present it to my mom. Wouldn’t recommend

What an awesome little find. I was in the area planning a welcome home party when I came across this place. The atmosphere itself is very mystical and cute. The service was very welcoming and the flowers and options of flowers they have are lovely. I found some really great bouquet options for a fraction of what supermarkets charge you. The ladies in the shop were very helpful with the questions I had and made the bouquet for my party absolutely beautiful! Just the way they put it all together was very unique as well. So many different colour options, types of flowers and fillers. The wraps they put the flowers in were adorable too. Highly Recommend even just a little visit inside. Super cute.

The arrangement is gorgeous and the vase is very nice quality. My only complaint is that it was a day late and they called my mother ahead of delivery and that ruined the surprise. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the service.

We were blown away by the beautiful bouquets Sarith put together for our wedding. I gave her the freedom to create something and she did not let us down. I just gave her my girls dress colour and that I like greenery and she did not disappoint. They were like a work of art and she even went above our expectations to deliver them herself to our venue out in harrow. My fiance ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. When I sent him a picture of them saying thank you. He was very disappointed that it was not what he ordered and he even have the florist the arrangement number from the website. After speaking with a co-worker who received an arrangement the same day. She brought hers home and her boyfriend said that is not at all what I ordered. Now four people are completely disappointed.

I don't live in Windsor, but my sister attends school there, so when I realized she would be alone on her birthday, I wanted to surprise her. Janette has a beautiful selection of flowers, I chose the birthday basket with the ballon. I indicated a time for delivery, as my sister had an exam and Janette was more than happy to accommodate. Extremely happy with the final result. Not only was the basket stunning, but the woman who delivered the flowers sang 'happy birthday' to my sister as well. Highly recommend their services!

I wish I can give them minus five stars. Their flowers are so old and half died but they are still selling it... the girl who helped us was soooo rude because we were looking for special design. She kept excusing to walk away instead of having us to find a design. After twenty minutes she gave us book with samples of bouquet... After picking one she maded it but with broken flower and when I requested a replacement for it, she said I broke it and she will change my for it. Worse, the manager was watching and laughing, prude of her good seller person .... plz close your store. Dealing with flowers is for artists not for useless and jobless people

Ordered flowers through this shop to be delivered in Alabama; CSR did not appear to know what she was doing. Flowers we're supposed to be delivered to the recipient on the Monday but order was not placed until I had to personally make the call. Very bad experience. Won't happen again.

Ordered a bouquet a week ago. Went to pick it up and did not look like I ordered. Website said it was in a purple swirled vase. It was in a plain white vase. Woman offered to put food coloring in water. Why offer if you have no intention of providing? Is this false advertising? What can be done to protect the consumer?

I received Mother’s Day flowers ordered by my son in Apsley Ontario. This bouquet was the ugliest bouquet I have ever received. The majority of flowers were identical to ragweed. Absolutely no colours other than light green and ragweed. I would appreciate your returning his money. Please contact either my son or myself. This was awful.

Extremely dissatisfied. These were the flowers my mother received for Mother’s Day. Paid a lot of $$ for them and they’re wilted and broken.
