I was on Bloor Street and needed some flowers for my mom for her birthday, looked up on Google that Hill's Florist was nearby, and made my way there. Lisa was incredibly helpful with showing me which flowers were on special, and arranging them together in a beautifully wrapped bouquet. She even gave me a free notecard and envelope to attach to the arrangement. I learned that this place has existed on Bloor for 85 years, and I can see why; the service is just excellent!

Unbelievable personalized service and fabulous Deluxe Fruit Basket with chocolates! I hadn’t even known my sister was out of town when I asked for same-day delivery, but Lisa figured out she was away and then arranged for the delivery after she returned, and my sister was very pleasantly surprised! Absolutely beautiful bouquet was arranged, with air plants, orchids, eucalyptus and more. The owner listens to your direction (in my case, quite vague) and creates a unique pallette that is sure to impress and better than I could have ever imagined, for a very reasonable price. I had a great experience ordering from Hill’s Florist. I made an order for same day delivery and shortly after I realized I may need to amend delivery information as it was my intention to surprise my girlfriend with flowers. I didn’t know which one of two addresses she would be at so they worked with me to coordinate with their delivery service to help me out as best they could. I’m glad to say it was a success and I’m glad that they took the effort make sure it would work out! Thank you so much!!

I ordered a beautiful plant online for my friend’s birthday, at first the shop owner Lisa was very cooperative, we were emailing back and forth but when I told her that my friend hasn’t received the package, she stopped replying, didn’t try to send it again or even get me refunded. Edit: after few days, I got an email about processing a refund and I got my money back.

One of the best flower/plant shops in the city. Owner is very helpful, and has a beautiful aesthetic eye, can always trust she will make a lovely bouquet. Fantastic flowers for our wedding. We talked to a few florists in the area trying to make our decision, we went to Hills last, because we signed up while we were there. She took the time to match some flowers she had in stock for us, showing us what it would look like (rather than asking us to imagine the combination of a few photos from pintrest). Gave us great suggestions on what would be in season months ahead of time, and steered us clear of dyed flowers that could bleed onto a dress. All that, and it fit in our budget. The flowers arrived when scheduled on our wedding day, and looked beautiful. Thanks!

Found this place through Google Reviews. It's the best flower shop I've used in the city. Lisa is great and she's a pro. If you're like me and don't know much about flowers, just go there, give her an idea of what you need and she'll take care of it. I'm very happy with the arrangement I got and happy with the price. Very well put together flowers with an eclectic and whimsical feel (ranunculus focal with shepherds purse seed fronds as greenery. Seasonal and delightful).
