Never visited this shop directly, but used them to deliver flowers for a birthday in a town over. Had a very friendly and quick response when I initially inquired as to whether they would be able to do the delivery. The online order placement was effortless and had no trouble, even with a card message in a foreign language. Would definitely recommend Heide's for online orders.
