Staylish arrangement of fresh flowers, great service, and same day delivery to Dundas. I didn't get to see the flowers in person, but I received a photo from the recipient who seemed happy. I made the order online because I was abroad, and Gray's contacted me on my email as I missed placing the full address... Glad they followed up with me and delivered the flowers so quickly. The photo shows the Contemporary Classic Arrangement.

As per the internet and webpage local deliveries are free. I ordered flowers by phone to be delivered to my mother, who lives in Dundas. I ordered a fresh cut bouquet for $25.00. The girl on the phone quickly said ok sure, got the address and that was that. When the charge came through on my Visa it was nearly $40.00 - for a $25.00 bouquet. I guess they charged me delivery but there was no mention of that on the phone or how much it would be or my total charge.

Amazing service and arrangement! I emailed a copy of a bridal shower invite for them to match the colours - it was a perfect match and the recipient was overjoyed. The delivery man was professional and contactless, and called me to make sure they reached the recipient. Will definitely return!

Met with these guys back in March of 2020. Probably the second worst experience of our wedding planning. We drove all the way out there, and honestly, the person who did the consultation made us feel like we weren’t worth the time. Absolutely zero interest, no creative ideas, just a straight up basic questionnaire (honestly, you could have emailed me and saved me the drive). After the consultation, we didn’t even receive a quote. Absolute wast of time, and gas.

I got a small arrangement for my mother here and not only was it beautiful, the staff were super helpful and friendly. I missed their closing time on the day I was supposed to pick it up and they made sure it was waiting for me outside so that I could still give it to my mother. I highly recommend this place, not just for their flowers (which are stellar), but also for their excellent customer service.

My sister and I ordered flowers for my brother's funeral. The selection wasn't all that great but we chose and nice one that cost $210. When we got to the funeral the arrangement had far less flowers in it than the picture and the purple flowers that were only supposed to be in the background were all over as if they were making up for the lack of red and white flowers. For that price it should have looked fantastic. My mother and I got another arrangement from another florist and for $145 it was absolutely beautiful.

Last week I had to order a casket arrangement for my Mum...not an easy thing to do..I spoke with Jessica on the phone...described to her that my Mum was a tiny, wee, delicate person and that I wanted the arrangement to be like that too...I was so happy to see how beautiful that arrangement was...a lovely variety of pretty flowers in shades of pink with tiny white roses complemented by greenery that I had not seen before... a beautiful delicate arrangement.....absolutely perfect and so appreciated!

I ordered a vase of flowers for $75 for a funeral yesterday. It was embarrassing to see what was delivered to the funeral home - one rose and the rest was greenery. What a disappointment! Sadly, we won't be using this establishment again, nor would we recommend it.

I went to Gray's for my wedding flowers and had no idea what I was looking for, except that I wanted the flowers to be simple and inexpensive and Gray's definitely delivered! It's been almost a week since we got married and the bouquets are in our home and still doing lovely. Anytime I've brought home a flower arrangement from a wedding they've last at most 3-4 days, these flowers are doing really well. These are the bridal bouquets too, and they took a lot of abuse. Above all, they truly delivered on everything they said they would and were a dream to work with! I would highly recommend them. Thank you Gray's for making our wedding that much more beautiful and for all of your hard work.

I ordered floral arrangements for an event I was having. The initial consultation went well. I had pictures of what I wanted in terms of colours, size, and fullness. I was assured mine would match my vision. I was quoted $150 per arrangement. Although not cheap, I thought that was reasonable for what I requested. Fast forward to delivery at my event. The arrangements were not what I expected. Some flowers were different colours than requested/in the quote and the arrangements were not flower dense. Although pretty, they look like $90 arrangements, at most. Definitely not value for money. I wrote an email to the florist and the response I got was quite direct and unexpected. Instead of an “I’m sorry to hear your weren’t happy, what can we do to make this better?” they were surprised I didn’t like them because they thought they were great and they’ve gotten compliments (I’m assuming while they were still in store). I was also given a per stem breakdown of the flowers in the arrangements after I complained and they were grossly inflated. I verified with a few other florists. Needless to say, I was a bit disappointed in the arrangements and the customer service afterwards. Personally, I won’t consider Grays Florist in the future. Update: photo of one of the arrangements

I ordered flowers for my mother in London from Forest of Flowers and ordered flowers for my mother in law from Gray's Florist in Dundas. I spent the exact same amount on flowers for both and the difference between the floral arrangements is embarrassing. I expected the disappointing arrangment to come from the McDonald's of florists(Forest of Flowers) but did not expect it to come from a small town florist(Gray's) whose attention to detail should be in a different league in my opinion. The mason jar floral arrangement I ordered for my mother in law looked like it had been thrown together by someone who had never worked one day in a floral shop. The roses had barely bloomed and were discoloured and brown on the edges(they had bloomed before delivery and were in her home less than 24 hours). There was one random eucalyptus branch put in obviously for filler but as with the roses, it appeared old and looked tossed in last minute. I'm a Horticulture Technician, my background in schooling and work is in the industry. I can't explain how embarrassing it was to walk in to her home today and ask to see her flowers only to see the limp arrangement that they had the audacity to deliver to her. On top of that, you charge me $12 for delivery when you're located in Dundas and my mother in law lives in Dundas. That fee wouldn't have seemed like such a big deal if the arrangement had at least been fresh and satisfactory. I will not be ordering flowers for any occasion from this florist ever again.
